But there was a lack of warmth, both in the service and the atmosphere; the minimalist decor didn't make me feel comfortable.
But I still recommend this restaurant! The food is excellent.

07/03/2026: Excellent! We just discovered this restaurant, which is a real gem. The setting is warm yet elegant. The service is perfect: professional, attentive, and welcoming. No waiting at all. As for the food, it's absolutely delicious.

Amazing food and amazing drinks.
Very nice place.
Sum up, it's a wonderful option if you want to celebrated a wedding.

28/05/2026: Prices are displayed on the shelves, but at the checkout, they're different, and of course, higher. I noticed an error at the checkout: "Well, we can't do anything about it..." That's a serious mistake; normally, the item should be the same price at the checkout as on the shelf. It's a shame, because otherwise the store is quite decent.
19/05/2026: Beware, don't buy your fish from the fish counter without checking the delivery date. I bought 1kg of salmon fillets on Monday, May 18th, and they were rotten after 24 hours. I had to throw it all away, €20 down the drain. I suspect the fishmonger sold us an inedible product. The skin on one of the fillets had come off on its own in the bag, clear evidence of a product that wasn't fresh. I won't be fooled again.

I don't recommend this restaurant, which enjoys a sort of monopoly in Bois-Plage thanks to its location. It's very expensive for what it is. In season, I prefer the small tapas bar next door.
There are more options in La Couarde.

16/05/2026: No complaints. Prices a bit high, but impeccable service. The meat dish served on chafing dishes was much appreciated, especially for someone like me who likes to take my time!
