29/03/2026: Delicious food, everything is perfect and homemade. The couple is charming, the wife in the kitchen and the husband in the dining room. I highly recommend it, one of the best places in the area.

30/04/2026: Very bad experience. I dropped off my phone because the touchscreen stopped working overnight. I was simply told it was being sent for repair, without ever mentioning that a repair estimate would be charged. (I actually dealt with two different salespeople over several days before handing over my phone, and neither of them ever mentioned that I would have to pay €50 under the pretext of never getting my phone back). The result: I'm being asked for €50 for a "diagnosis" even though I haven't been given any clear explanation for the problem. Then they refuse the warranty, claiming a crack on the phone, without being able to prove that it's related to the touchscreen issue. Finally, they're asking me for €130 for repairs, without any real justification. (Even though the product is under warranty and the problem isn't what they claim, they're even unable to identify the fault despite you paying €50.) These are abusive and unprofessional practices. There's a complete lack of transparency and explanation. I strongly advise against using them. Contacting the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) and obtaining legal insurance will be helpful in asserting your rights!

29/04/2026: Be very careful if you return a phone still under warranty; they won't honor it. Worse, they'll hold your phone hostage unless you pay €50 to get it back, even though it no longer works. Furthermore, when you ask for clarification on their quotes, they are unable to clearly explain the defects listed on the €50 quote you just paid (even though you're under warranty). And if you still want information, they'll give you a number that no one answers! Be extremely careful; none of this was ever mentioned during my interactions with the salespeople (it's a scam)!!!

24/04/2026: Warm and welcoming owners with a genuine passion for local produce that shines through in every dish. Here, everything is authentic, sincere, and made with heart. Add to that the breathtaking sea view… and you have a place in the Port-Neuf district where you simply feel at home, like you're with family. Not to mention the atmosphere on Stade Rochelais match days 💛🖤 This is La Rochelle as we love it all year round ❤️

24/04/2026: We know that it's not feasible to come for lunch when you're working, given the 30-minute wait for our food, so we won't be repeating the experience. Thank you to the waiter for his welcome, however, we had the impression of bothering the person who took the payment.

15/03/2026: This is the second time I've been here, and both times I've been practically refused service. The first time, I had to insist just to get a coffee and a dessert. This morning, after waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes and several reminders, no one came to take my order. They looked at me, dusted the coffee maker, but no one bothered to come and see me. I find this very disrespectful to customers. As for me, I won't be going back.

31/03/2026: We just left this restaurant, which we hadn't been to before. Only 3 stars for the atmosphere, as we were the only customers. Aside from that, the food was excellent and beautifully presented. The person who served us was very kind. I highly recommend it!

19/02/2026: A group of four people, just for a drink in the early afternoon. The welcome was appalling: no hello, no thank you, no please. The card payment terminal was broken, not a word of apology, not a smile, not a goodbye. No desire to ever set foot in there again.

03/01/2026: A very pleasant experience, a warm and polite welcome despite the large group. Simple but delicious food, and absolutely divine desserts! The crumble was heavenly… kudos to the pastry chef.

07/01/2026: What a lovely surprise! We went on January 2nd. We ate at the "oyster bar." A trio platter and some "special" oysters on top. Delicious! The owners are super friendly. We'll be back and we've recommended it to our friends from Charente!
