26/09/2024: You are now installed in an old oyster cabin on the edge of the salt marshes. A typical and timeless place. I recommend the signature dishes (hot oysters, confit octopus, lemon tart) the recipes hit the mark! The service is flawless. The addiction is in line with the table and the products.
The walk around the marshes perfect this moment

09/09/2024: Refined and distinguished. Menu at 40 or 50€. The dishes are tasty and well presented, the setting is very pleasant, the service very attentive. It's a discovery, 'to try it is to adopt it'
08/09/2024: A very beautiful place, very refined cuisine in quantity, very pleasant and friendly staff.
And what's more, dogs are accepted and a bowl of water is offered to them. Dear 4-legged owners, a place has been respected.

A very nice address. Taste the prawns with chorizo, the razor clams with garlic cream, the scallop mouclade for example. Thanks to them.

23/09/2024: On s'est arrêté dans ce restaurant face au port, un peu au hasard mais nous n'avons pas été déçus... il y a longtemps que je n'avais mangé d'aussi bonnes sardines grillées, un copieux délice ! Tres bon établissement que je recommande.

La déco est sympa, le service est sympathique et professionnel, la cuisine goûteuse, une très bonne adresse sur l’île d’Oléron . Réservez c’est indispensable !
07/09/2024: Die Einrichtung ist sehr originell. Das Team sehr sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Das Essen war gut bis sehr gut. Der Fisch super, die Pasta etwas zu weich.
Der Besitzer hat die Kritik sehr freundlich und aufmerksam aufgenommen und sich sehr entgegenkommend gezeigt. Die Meinung des Gastes wird sehr ernst genommen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder

Note that the accras are really excellent and smell "homemade", however regarding the fries, this still remains to be proven...

13/09/2024: Excellent cuisine, from starter to dessert. However, the plates are sometimes a little empty: my sea bass fillet was delicious but very small.
The point to improve remains efficiency when taking orders: why do you have to wait 1/4 hour before getting the menu, and even that much to place an order?
It's really a shame because I already made the same remark 3 years ago but nothing has changed. However, there would not be much that could be done to improve this point.

31/08/2024: Surprenant de ne pas voir un seul poisson au menu. Nous avons donc pris l'onglet de Boeuf au foin, surprenant mais bon. Personnel agréable. Tarif abordable, amuse-bouche offert par la maison, vin rouge Brouilly de qualité. A recommander.
28/08/2024: Everything is very good, from start to finish... Very warm welcome, quality of food and tranquility.
Go there with your eyes closed, and I would like to point out that I have no shares in the restaurant.

16/09/2024: Très déçu !! Nous sommes venu y manger une fondue durant l'hiver 2023 et c'était parfait. Nous y sommes retourné début septembre 2023 et....
Du tournedos à la carte mais pas en cuisine, un pavé de bœuf cuit sur un grille sûrement charboné vu le goût et l'odeur de la viande, odeur qui a rapidement envahie la salle de restaurant, des frites brûlées et un vin gris/ blanc servi trop chaud...dommage, peut être une fatigue de fin de saison ou le chef en congés ce soir là???
Nous cherchons ailleurs la prochaine fois

27/09/2024: Beautiful bar, great drinks and excellent service. Happened on the Karaoke night, locals having lots of fun and a great vibe.
17/09/2024: Just a coffee and two pastries each, early this morning.
Nicolas served us kindly with a big smile and a bowl of water for the dog without asking.
We appreciated the very cozy interior, the friendly atmosphere with regulars and the pastries that were still warm and crispy.
We will come back!
