11/04/2026: Passing through Royan, we stopped for coffee around 11 am. We received a warm and professional welcome, so we asked for the lunch menu. It was simple, efficient, and very tasty. The terrace was sunny. The next day, before heading back to Paris, we had the full breakfast. Excellent, for under 10 euros! Well done, ladies! There are still professionals in the restaurant industry who make everything on-site.

The chef shared his extensive experience with us through his dishes. I take my hat off to him for the slow-cooked sea bass with thinly sliced ​​artichokes: a truly signature dish. The other dishes were all executed with exquisite precision in seasoning and cooking, where the ingredients are clearly at the heart of the chef's vision.
