24/09/2026: An experience that makes you want to walk right past… As we were simply walking past the establishment, the owner or an employee started moving chairs, swinging them right at our level, with a rather jarring noise. We pointed out, quite simply, that it could have been done with a little more consideration. The response: “But I’m working, I don’t have time,” followed by a very friendly “Have a nice vacation.” Just to be clear: we were working too, and we weren’t on vacation. But apparently, respecting passersby seems to be an activity that takes up too much of your time. We then continued on our way, not without hearing the comments made behind our backs. A rather peculiar way of viewing potential customers and, more broadly, tourists who contribute significantly to the local economy. We weren’t asking for the red carpet or special treatment, just a minimum of courtesy. A simple "excuse me" would certainly have been more professional and would have avoided this review. This just goes to show that hard work isn't enough to guarantee a good image for your establishment; you also need to respect the people who pass by your door.

14/10/2026: It's best to visit this establishment when the weather is nice, on the terrace, because it's quite small inside 😊 Otherwise, a friendly welcome and delicious food. What more could you ask for?

The setting is welcoming, right in the heart of the market, and the atmosphere on the sunny terrace in the morning is truly delightful, not to mention the excellent coffee. Without a doubt, the best coffee in town. Special mention to Clara and her colleagues, who are always incredibly welcoming, smiling, and attentive. Thank you for all your positive energy!

05/10/2026: We were absolutely delighted with our wedding caterer. It wasn't just a catering service; the team was truly involved in our day and contributed significantly to its success. They took care of setting the tables, all the preparations, and were present throughout the reception with great professionalism and good humor. They even contributed to the atmosphere and took some photos to capture certain moments, which we greatly appreciated. The meal was simply excellent, with high-quality ingredients, delicious dishes, and perfectly timed service. Everything flowed seamlessly, without any long waits between courses. The following day, for brunch, everything was equally delicious. We particularly appreciated their organization: they didn't bring out all the dishes at once, which allowed guests who arrived later to sample the entire buffet and fully enjoy the brunch. A professional, warm, attentive, and truly dedicated team. They were so much more than just a caterer and played a huge part in making our wedding even more special. We recommend them without hesitation!

26/08/2026: We have trusted Bel Air Catering for many years for our family events. So it was only natural that we once again chose them for our wedding. The team listened to our needs and offered their experience and advice to work within our budget. Their professionalism allowed us to fully enjoy our evening. 28/10/2026: We searched high and low, using our critical thinking skills, but we couldn't find a single fault with the establishment during our recent visit. The exquisite dishes we chose, with their subtly blended flavors, delighted us; the attentive and friendly service provided by the staff dedicated to our enjoyment; and the refined taste of the setting all combined to make for a truly excellent evening. We will be back!

23/10/2026: We ate there one weekend without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. Although the restaurant was full, the atmosphere was very pleasant, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. The menu offers unusual and tasty dishes. Excellent value for money; we highly recommend this place.

21/10/2026: It's a shame, because we were regulars at this restaurant and always had a good meal. We had even booked almost a week in advance. When you book a table at a restaurant, you're also booking for its ambiance (the dining room, etc.). However, we were seated in the Eden's café area, in the neighboring building. I asked the waitress if it was possible to eat in the main dining room, where several tables still seemed available. She told me she didn't have a table for four, without offering any alternative. When I pointed out that customers without reservations had been seated there, she simply replied, "Yes, well, sorry, that's how it is." We were there to celebrate a birthday and didn't want to eat at small café tables, crammed with other customers and near a door that kept opening and closing. There were no servers in the café area, as they were all in the neighboring restaurant. If we had known we would be received in these conditions, we would have booked elsewhere. It's all the more regrettable and surprising as we were familiar with the establishment. In the end, we preferred to leave and eat at a competitor, where the welcome seemed more pleasant. It's a shame, because we usually enjoy this restaurant. A little more friendliness, consideration, and business acumen would certainly have prevented this situation. I simply wanted to share my disappointment. But no hard feelings. :)

17/10/2026: A very nice restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were very friendly during our visit. The wait was short and the portions were very generous. And as you can see, my dessert was as big as my hand 😂

17/10/2026: Everything was perfect, from the incredible setting beneath this vast expanse of earth with its magnificent plants, to the cuisine where you can tell everything is homemade: we ordered a wide variety of dishes and everything was excellent. Finally, the service was highly professional and friendly. In short, we'll be back!
