07/06/2026: A typical Ibis hotel in a good, convenient location, allowing for a quick walk to Besançon's old town. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. The breakfast buffet is small but excellent, offering something for everyone. The service is friendly.

25/09/2026: A restaurant worth discovering or rediscovering. Friendly and professional service, comfortable dining room, delicious and beautifully presented dishes. Excellent value for money, perhaps even the best in Besançon. Highly recommended.

10/09/2026: I stumbled upon this restaurant completely by chance, without a reservation. However, we received an extremely warm welcome from Marie, the hostess, with impeccable service and dishes that delighted our palates. We enjoyed a perfect egg with morels and asparagus, followed by a truly exceptional calf's head with gribiche sauce. I highly recommend this establishment; you won't be disappointed.

31/07/2026: Fellow bikers, avoid this place on Sunday afternoons, especially if you're looking for a refreshing drink during a heatwave. They make absolutely no effort to serve you; there's no bar service whatsoever. So you have to eat, which is a shame and shows a real lack of professionalism. Perhaps hiring an extra person would help, but it wouldn't be as profitable.

14/05/2026: We waited 30 minutes for the bald man to come and greet us, speaking to us very rudely. Very unpleasant.

16/06/2026: The hotel's location at the end of the valley, in the heart of the mountains, is very accessible by road. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and warm. Our entire stay was wonderful. The room was very functional with a balcony and views of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant offered excellent cuisine, and the breakfast was very comprehensive, featuring many homemade products. A perfect stay!

14/06/2026: We came to share an evening with friends to celebrate a birthday. We had to add two extra people at the last minute, and the staff adapted by adding a table and two place settings without any problem. The welcome was very pleasant, and we were each able to enjoy dishes prepared with great finesse, with a special mention for the trompe-l'œil fruit at dessert time! (Superb). We will be back!!

13/10/2026: So, the ribeye steak is a joke... Yes, because as a professional chef, if you want a good ribeye steak, definitely steer clear. It's already dishonest to sell a vulgar Parisian ribeye (full of gristle, of course, it's a Parisian steak) under the name "ribeye steak"... Following this complaint, one dish (out of three) was changed to a beef steak, described on the menu as very tender meat. But you still have to be careful not to cut it with the grain, because it's inedible if it's cut the wrong way and then seared... pffft... Anyway, between 40-50 Euros with a cocktail, a snack plate, an appetizer, and... Don't worry, we skipped desserts and coffee... I'll never go back...

03/10/2026: We wanted to have a drink on the terrace. Seeing no one, we sat down at a table and waited for someone. Imagine my surprise when a woman arrived and said to us in a very unpleasant tone, "What's this for?" Saying hello must be optional in this place... and then she said loudly to someone, "I love it when people sit down like that," in a very disdainful tone. Without hesitation, we grabbed our bags and left... avoid this place at all costs! Next time, dear lady, go to Google and type "how to be a good shopkeeper so you don't scare away customers," and the first thing you'll see is: - don't be unpleasant and know how to say hello.

03/10/2026: This restaurant was recommended to me. I'm very disappointed. The service was incredibly slow; we waited two and a half hours for two people. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. Personally, I don't recommend this restaurant.

25/09/2026: Hello, I'm only giving one star because, in my opinion, it doesn't deserve more. Many people recommended this restaurant, but I was very disappointed from the beginning to the end of the service. The service was extremely slow; we waited 2.5 hours for two people. The food was decent but not exceptional. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant.
