11/12/2024: An address that is worth a detour if you come to Besançon. The traditional dishes (gratins and other comforting dishes) are generous and really very good! I have been here several times and have never been disappointed.

I had a carpaccio which was excellent and cut by hand.
Lots of choice for salads, pizzas and dishes.
Little digestive offered 👌
The staff are really professional, smiling and pleasant.
Nice and clean place.
14/08/2024: Aujourd'hui nous sommes arrivés à 11h45 nous sommes était reçu comme des chiens , elle nous dit vous avez réservé nous lui répond non elle se lève elle nous répond au fond contre le mur elle nous dit on serre pas avant midi on a dérangé la grosse dinde entrain de manger se n'est pas normal de marquer sur vôtre site 11h30

We really liked our starters and deserts. The foie gras is delicious. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our main dishes, not to our taste.
Possibility of taking à la carte dishes or 3 different options for a menu.

14/09/2024: Remember to book on their site, even if the restaurant is lost in the middle of the mountains, people are flocking to it and we understand why! The setting, the atmosphere and the meal were perfect!
We had the raclette and had a great time! Very welcoming and friendly staff!

16/08/2024: The beef fillet was soaked in pepper sauce and was not accompanied by any vegetables, a vegetarian dish with 3 croutons and 4 mushrooms €26, which seemed a bit excessive to us.

The food is excellent...
The service is efficient.
The setting is tastefully decorated
With nice background music 🎶..

03/10/2024: I went to eat there yesterday with my daughter. I had the daily menu. I wanted to congratulate the chef (or the cook present) for this menu of the day but especially his mustard sauce which was excellent. The only downside is the salad dressing which doesn't look homemade. Shame. I understand better why you need to make reservations to eat there at lunchtime. And also thank you to the waitress for her impeccable service. Ah I forgot. Thank you for the welcome upon my arrival. 😉

28/09/2024: Confusion of the senses... The only confusion I had was that of my taste buds which were only treated to dough and a plaster of barely cooked potatoes.
Caradoc crepe: with, without lying, 10 pieces of bacon and a tiny piece of morbier at both ends of the crepe to create an “illusion” I suppose 🤷🏻♀️ The little dome of caramelized onions saved the taste of this crepe a little BAD because not even a little seasoned.
Crêpe yseult: same observation with the almost non-existent salmon, potatoes in too large a quantity and not cooked enough, once again, and still as bland.
The sweet pancakes saved the day a little but not generous enough, too bad.
Prices not exorbitant but still too expensive for the quality.
