The manager replied that I had the wrong establishment since they have been closed since November 2025. The manager didn't see that in my review, I stated that the visit was in August 2025. The owner claims I made a mistake as they are closed as of November 2025. They didn't notice I dated the visit. I'm attaching my receipt.

16/05/2026: Booked for 11 people just two hours beforehand, the service was impeccable! They offered an affordable set menu (under €20) and a fairly short but excellent à la carte menu. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The cooking was perfect, everything was expertly prepared, and the dessert trolley was a hit with our sweet tooth! Prices were more than reasonable; in short, there's not much to complain about except for the ugly signs that need to be removed! 🤣🤣 We'll definitely be back! 🩵

01/06/2026: Superb setting in this former Franche-Comté farmhouse, in the heart of the Doubs countryside. A very warm welcome. The food and service are family-run and perfectly adequate. The rooms have retained their original character. Six rooms, each with its own unique ambiance. Highly recommended!

03/06/2026: We came for lunch today, having not been back since the change of ownership. The restaurant feels a bit more modern, thanks to the new, dynamic, and professional team. We enjoyed our meal: a large and generous Caesar salad as a main course, a good children's pizza, and the burger was also very tasty. It was a little noisy, unusually, as large tables were reserved for groups. Very good value for money.

24/12/2025: What a welcome! We were very warmly welcomed by the owner. A group of about ten of us stayed for a short family holiday. The rooms were clean, and the hotel was spotless. We will gladly return. If everyone were as welcoming as you, life would be so much more pleasant. Well done!

09/11/2025: We stayed just one night in this charming little hotel in Jougne. I could have given it 5 stars just for the absolutely delightful welcome, but that was without taking into account the absolutely perfect breakfast we were treated to. I wasn't expecting a breakfast of this quality; it was worthy of a 4-star hotel, both in terms of quality and quantity. You can feel the owner's generosity and desire to do things well. A big thank you for your warm welcome and kindness.

17/06/2026: A mixed experience that doesn't make me want to return to La Cornemuse. I waited a very long time to order and then to be served; then I paid a lot for very little (one small ice cream sundae that didn't match the menu description: I would have been better off ordering three scoops). The restaurants and other places to eat and drink on Rue Bersot are really overrated. I've tried most of them. The reason I often come to this street is because of the physiotherapy clinic in the middle. The young, inexperienced but well-intentioned waitresses still have a lot to learn; I wish them good luck!

14/06/2026: The service quality has declined. We waited far too long. I had to go and ask for the menu myself. I'm disappointed because I used to like this crêperie, but it's gone downhill. Also, the toilets at the back of the courtyard that you have to kick open are unacceptable... I'm giving it 3 stars to be generous.
