Located not far from Besançon, but in a pleasant, rustic setting, the building blends modern and classic styles with a cozy feel, thanks to the generous spacing between tables, enhancing the relaxing atmosphere. On the plate, delightful flavors that effortlessly transport you. As for the price, there's nothing to complain about; the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. The service is professional, though perhaps a touch more cheerfulness would be welcome. In short, a great place to remember; we'll be back.

22/03/2026: On our way to Dijon, we stopped again at L'Aquarelle, which is open on Sundays. This time, we had lunch inside. After enjoying an aperitif with small cheese and truffle muffins, the waitress came to take our order... we only had the wine list to look at 🤔, the menu was on other tables but not ours... The food was prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. This time, the amuse-bouche (mushroom and truffle flan) was a little under-seasoned, while the starter, a soft-boiled egg with morels and green asparagus, was perfectly acceptable. The cod fillet and the artichoke mousseline were also a little under-seasoned, but the samosa was very well-seasoned. We didn't have dessert as we still had a long drive ahead of us. The espresso and pistachio financiers were excellent! We'll definitely stop by on our next visit; third time's the charm! Thanks and all the best!

01/04/2026: We absolutely loved it!!! The food is high quality and the homemade fries are amazing! The staff is very friendly, I highly recommend this restaurant. The only slight drawback, and it's a minor point, is the price of the children's menu, which is a bit high, but considering the quality of the food, it's still very reasonable! I highly recommend this place.

I opted for a starter, a main course, and a dessert with the lychee cocktail of the day, and I can tell you that I thoroughly enjoyed it. The chicken supreme was fantastic: the meat was tender, and I loved the way the rice was prepared. The food was delicious, and I appreciated the menu selection, which was varied enough to avoid being overwhelming and relatively reasonably priced. The service was extremely efficient and friendly. Special mention to Eric and Nolan, who were extremely professional; the chef is also very good. I will definitely return.
