10/05/2026: A wonderful stay: the location is superb and peaceful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, and the entire hotel staff is incredibly attentive. There are some beautiful hikes starting right from the hotel.

01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this hotel-restaurant. The setting is simply magnificent, with a perfectly maintained garden, a lovely terrace, and a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious: high-quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and flavors that were spot-on from start to finish. The staff also deserves a special mention. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and always smiling, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A small gesture that demonstrates their excellent service: I had forgotten my phone cable, and they kindly took the time to lend me one so I could charge my phone. Always with a smile and great kindness. An establishment I wholeheartedly recommend for the quality of its welcome, its cuisine, and its setting. We will definitely be back! 👏😊

11/08/2026: A lovely restaurant on the banks of the Loue River, and even overlooking it if you're lucky enough to dine in the small gallery. A regional menu with starter, main course, and dessert is available for €40. Good local produce, generous portions, and well-prepared meat, fish, or vegetables—everything was delicious, and the morels were... well, let's just say they were delicious. This restaurant also offers wood-fired pizzas, and the oven heats up the entire restaurant. A few well-placed fans would have been appreciated on these sweltering days. Excellent value for money, setting, and quality.

03/08/2026: I'm sorry to only give the food 2 out of 5, even though it's a very pleasant place and the service is attentive. I ordered a rare flank steak, and it arrived completely white, not seared (it's unbelievable that supposedly professional chefs can't serve rare meat but seared), and tough. It tasted good, but if it had been cooked properly, I think it would have been a very good cut of meat. But I'll try it again.

17/08/2026: We were right to book, even at the last minute, at this brasserie open on a Sunday evening, given the number of people turned away after 8 pm. A very pleasant spot on the large, tree-shaded terrace, with beautiful interior decor that is both elegant and cheerful. The service was friendly and efficient. The brasserie dishes were delicious. The meats were of high quality, and both the meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection. The chicken supreme with wine and morel sauce was delicious. The portions were generous. A great find.
