18/09/2024: Great place. I visited this restaurant in the evening, the atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. Very friendly waiters who speak good English and know the menu very well. The flavors of the dishes are refined, the portions are large, I could not finish my meal. They also have wines of their own production, my partner and I tried the Cesars Alix wine, which gives a pleasant noble intoxication. I have great impressions from this evening and I want to express a huge thank you to all the waiters, cooks and the owner of the establishment!

14/09/2024: Dinner for 4 adults in 09/24, very decent starters but disappointed with the dishes. The ravioli and scallops were very good. However, the bluefin tuna was nicely seared but lacked cooking inside and arrived cold. His fried vegetables didn't seem very fresh... Our main problem was with the bouillabaisse, the dish for which we came to this restaurant and which is the most expensive specialty on the menu. The potatoes arrived cold and the fish, also cold, were not cooked enough, we were only able to eat half of the plates... We had the feeling that the kitchen wanted to kick us out of the restaurant. The servers were professional and very friendly. The bill is high given the quality of the dishes served

16/10/2025: We had an excellent stay. The setting is warm, traditional, and very well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, perfect for a quiet weekend. The restaurant is a wonderful surprise! The cuisine is generous, homemade with fresh, local produce. The menu offers traditional dishes with a refined twist. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and always available to offer advice on dishes or activities in the surrounding area. You can sense a real passion in their work. A place to remember for a relaxing and gourmet getaway. We will be happy to return!

16/10/2025: We had a wonderful time at this hotel-restaurant! The welcome was warm and the service impeccable. The traditional cuisine was simply delicious: homemade dishes, beautifully presented. You can feel the chef's expertise and passion in every dish. The setting is pleasant, friendly, and very clean. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience and a relaxing stay. We will definitely return!

29/08/2024: Very warm place with inspiring and original decor. The staff is super friendly and smiling. We had vegetarian burgers which we recommend as they were excellent. The prices are very affordable too. In short, ideal place to eat good things, while having a pleasant time.

28/08/2024: Very intimate "cour" with a 35-year-old vine as a roof. There is nothing wrong with the food, but it is quite expensive for what is offered. There will be a different owner/operator as of September, so maybe something will change.

Die Tartines sind wirklich lecker und die Besitzerin des Restaurants ist eine sehr freundliche und liebenswerte junge Frau. Vielen Dank für das tolle Gastronomie Erlebnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir in Crest sind ☺️

02/09/2024: Magnifique restaurant qu'il faut découvrir, que nous connaissons depuis des années puisque nous travaillons une semaine par an à Crest. Accueil souriant et service impeccable, menu plats du jour savoureux, équilibrés, et préparés avec passion par le chef avec des produits locaux de saison ! C'est évidemment du fait maison ! Une carte vous satisfera assurément si le plat du jour ne vous convient pas. Le restaurant est frais, même quand il fait chaud, puisqu'il se trouve sous la voûte du rez-de-chaussée. Si vous préférez l'extérieur, la terrasse vous accueille rue de la République, rue piétonne très calme où se baladent les Crestois et visiteurs !

29/10/2024: It's a very interesting place with a lot of untapped potential, an easy place to find in a super nice little village, however I found that in terms of cleaning and maintenance it was the minimum, very basic room and not very clean it's a shame because the welcome was good. The price is high for the room, especially since breakfast is not included and its condition really leaves something to be desired. This message without malice aims to move this establishment forward in the right direction.

23/09/2024: 2' visit in 2 months and unfortunately the same observation: the service is endless to eat a dish of the day (1 hour flat). The quality is correct but the quantity remains very limited. The à la carte prices are very high for this category of establishment.

01/12/2024: Roman institution with their influence. The products are of high quality...their range extends to snacking... The prices charged are rather excessive as they aim to be of a certain standard...which makes the service a little too formal and mannered..

06/10/2024: Hesitation this morning between Pascalis and another baker, well I tell myself to go Pascalis a long time ago and what a regret the St Génix good but the pogne was bland for my taste and not sure that it was of the day. Next time I know the direction to take.
