04/09/2024: Passing through during my GR10, I was welcomed by the hostel manager. To be honest: I have never been so welcomed by anyone. A person of great kindness, very smiling, accommodating, attentive.. The place is great, I had the chance to eat there, the products are local and of high quality (homemade). I enjoyed myself. I had half board, I slept very well and the breakfast was truly incredible (brioche, handmade bread, jams, cereals, juice, hot drinks machines.. all self-service). Thank you for the trust you have given us, a big thank you to your mother as well as your aunt who allowed us to make the trip from gite to inn by car. I will come back with great pleasure, I recommend to all people passing through to stop there. It's rare to feel so much passion and love for your work somewhere so thank you for that. I hope that your hostel continues to welcome many people because it is well deserved. See you soon 🙂

17/11/2024: The highway had deprived us of this restaurant where we returned with pleasure for the atmosphere of a renovated post house. It was a Saturday lunchtime and the menus were gourmet, no doubt there is a simpler menu during the week. One of us had a menu where the homemade pâté was perfect for two. The fat from the duck confit had undoubtedly been used for exquisite fries and it was therefore a little dry. As far as I am concerned, the sweetbreads were superb in texture and taste. A Plaimont wine at 12 euros per bottle was excellent value for money. A reservation all the same is to know that the behavior of the establishment and the prices make paper napkins unacceptable to me. In the days of the inn in the beautiful photo, the guests tied one square meter napkins around their necks!!! You have to take them out of the cupboards... We will come back to confirm a favorable judgment

21/11/2024: Restaurant located in a small, charming and authentic village, despite this the atmosphere and the service left something to be desired because the outside table was not cleaned properly, the server was not smiling and there was little choice. However, it was indicated that there was possibility of taking away or tasting desserts and pastries (mid August). In short, it's a shame and not commercial to be welcomed like this!

24/09/2024: Too expensive for what's on the plate, we expected better given the advertising surrounding this establishment and having had lunch there a few years ago, really very disappointed

02/09/2024: Very warm welcome, restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. In the triple room, very comfortable bedding, clean room. (But it’s true that I would have liked to find a small bottle of soap and/or shampoo..) On the other hand, she hates these sounds of flushing toilets every 10 minutes in the evening and in the morning from 7 a.m..😩. the ducts are nearby and the room is not at all insulated against this noise, not pleasant at all. In terms of the restaurant, the menu is quite nice, despite a slight disappointment when tasting the John Dory fillet as well as the trout, overall it was OK. The service was impeccable. The swimming pool is a real plus which motivates the choice of this hotel restaurant, it is well maintained. Overall I therefore recommend this hotel but in another room..😅

25/09/2024: Great !! It's rare to find a restaurant in the mountains with such good products, good cuisine and beautiful dishes. Bravo also for the service, very friendly and warm. I was going for a hike and stopped, all the staff advised me on my route, welcomed me back from my hike, a great group of young people with enormous potential. The trout was delicious, as was the garbure! Well done, we feel good at your place.

25/09/2024: Excellent ! What a welcome and what cuisine! The restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes, open summer and winter in the mountains. The service is great, very friendly and warm staff, fast service. I ordered the Bareges sheep, it was excellent, very carefully cooked, as tender as anything and a very beautiful plate. Traditional cuisine, good and healthy, hearty, very good value for money. THANKS ! Long live the Chez Louisette restaurant!

14/12/2024: Raclette lunch and fondue Mont d'or impeccable service we had a really great time. Little attention for our 2 children. Nothing to say except to go there without hesitation. Thank you for this moment.

14/12/2024: Piece of bread with a clearly visible blue stain. The waiters seem too eager to look at what they are serving. Maybe review the service??! Too bad, I didn't think of the appetizing photo...

28/08/2024: Pause déjeuner au retour d'une marche au cirque. Restaurant correct mais pas bistronomique. Ca permet d'avoir un repas consistant après l'effort. Frites grasses et lourdes à digérer, clafoutis raplapla et sec, moelleux trop cuit donc sec. Service un peu désorganisé.

18/08/2024: We enjoyed a small pancake with raspberry jam before taking the little train to go to the Troumousse circus. Very pleasant starting point for discovering the magnificent environment and eating. Large parking lot to accommodate people with enough room to picnic or rest (van or other...)

10/09/2024: If it were possible I would have given it average, but as we are rather on the low average, I am giving it 2 stars out of 5. There were a lot of us, which perhaps explains the difference between our feelings and the overall opinions... (Lots of dishes to come out with at once). The starters were just a collection of uninteresting industrial products, the dish was too dry (or overcooked) and it was a shame... The slice of cake for dessert comes directly from the transparent boxes that can be found in large areas. Thin ! Maybe it wasn't the best evening... Too bad...
