29/08/2024: We had booked for Friday July 13th. Bad experience for us. The establishment is already very messy, too many things in decoration, so everything is dusty, I would have wanted to clean it up.
The manager, on the other hand, is friendly and commercial.
The meal is very average, I don't think it's all "homemade".
23/08/2024: Very well received, family atmosphere, pretty room, very pleasant bathroom.
Very good evening meal, local products, pleasant service.
Extra breakfast, homemade jams, excellent bread.
I recommend!

25/09/2024: Great !! It's rare to find a restaurant in the mountains with such good products, good cuisine and beautiful dishes. Bravo also for the service, very friendly and warm. I was going for a hike and stopped, all the staff advised me on my route, welcomed me back from my hike, a great group of young people with enormous potential. The trout was delicious, as was the garbure! Well done, we feel good at your place.

The restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes, open summer and winter in the mountains. The service is great, very friendly and warm staff, fast service. I ordered the Bareges sheep, it was excellent, very carefully cooked, as tender as anything and a very beautiful plate. Traditional cuisine, good and healthy, hearty, very good value for money. THANKS ! Long live the Chez Louisette restaurant!

10/09/2024: If it were possible I would have given it average, but as we are rather on the low average, I am giving it 2 stars out of 5.
There were a lot of us, which perhaps explains the difference between our feelings and the overall opinions... (Lots of dishes to come out with at once).
The starters were just a collection of uninteresting industrial products, the dish was too dry (or overcooked) and it was a shame... The slice of cake for dessert comes directly from the transparent boxes that can be found in large areas.
Thin ! Maybe it wasn't the best evening... Too bad...

30/07/2024: A little treasure far from the highway. An idyllic setting, garden food and a simple but local menu. The service and the meal by the host are a real delight. Special mention for the crème brûlée with eggs from the henhouse.

16/08/2024: A great moment sharing with the team of this establishment. We came to pass through thanks to our smartbox and we do not regret this stop for a moment.
An establishment run from father to son for 3 generations and this is felt at the level of the hotel as well as on the plate.
We ate there in the evening and the meal was just wonderful. The foie gras and scallops were excellent. From starter to dessert, we were won over by our dishes.
A very nice little moment of sharing with the 2 chefs at the end of the meal to end this evening in style.
A highly recommended address, especially for the restaurant.
15/08/2024: I have been a customer of this restaurant for several years but I was disappointed. The quality is no longer there, a menu at 27€ which was not worth it. Not to mention the service where we are still waiting to be served the aperitif at the bar! I wouldn't come back.
