12/08/2026: A very good restaurant that we like to return to whenever we're in Tarbes, despite the service which always makes us feel like we're bothering them! For us, it will be the last time, given that dogs aren't allowed, which I understand.

02/08/2026: A refined, family-run restaurant. The unusual service provided by the young son, around ten years old, is inconsistent with this type of establishment! The welcome and service were not particularly warm. The menu is gourmet and varied, but expensive.

06/08/2026: I love the restaurant's ambiance! The food is excellent. However, I don't understand why the woman who runs the restaurant doesn't answer the phone when we try to call to make a reservation and why she refuses new customers even though the restaurant is empty.

24/08/2026: A consistently warm welcome in this very pleasant setting, and tasty, inventive cuisine. One disappointment, however: I asked for fruit to replace the dessert on the set menu. In the middle of August, I expected seasonal fruit: peach, nectarine, plum, grape... but no. Instead, I was brought a very sad-looking orange on a plate, straight from the refrigerator. Don't they know about fruit in the Hautes-Pyrénées?

17/03/2026: We came for my brother's birthday. We hadn't been to this restaurant before. What a wonderful surprise! The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We quickly felt at ease. The owner described the dishes like poems, captivating us with his story. Above all, we were eager to taste these surprises, and we weren't disappointed. Everything was pure enchantment. This fusion of two cuisines is a triumph. We won't have the pleasure of experiencing this cuisine and hospitality again. We wish the owners every success in their new Auvergne venture. And who knows what the future holds...

22/09/2026: We came to charge our EV at the IZIVIA charging stations, located across the street in the fast-food parking lot. Don't hesitate to cross over; they have a menu and a daily special. Very welcoming, good food, and quick, friendly service.

21/09/2026: A bit noisy because it's very busy, and for good reason: delicious dishes with an unbeatable menu, a very generous cassoulet, and a dynamic and professional staff. Go without hesitation and without moderation!

01/07/2026: Run by a very friendly and helpful couple. We stayed in a camping area with continuous hot showers. Dinner was well-prepared and explained, the homemade desserts were exquisite, and breakfast was good. They also had good craft beer. The price was reasonable for France and the Pyrenees.

Very affordable prices, a daily special, a simple menu featuring locally sourced products, simple yet effective cuisine, and above all, a warm, friendly welcome, always with a smile. It has everything that makes a bistro charming: regulars, passersby, and a wonderfully convivial atmosphere where everyone mingles naturally. You feel right at home every time you visit. The setting is pleasant and full of charm, reflecting the team that works there. A reliable place that I recommend without hesitation. Note: Reservations are recommended.

A superb hotel in a beautiful setting overlooking the Brèche de Roland – peaceful and serene. Secondly, congratulations to the Chef and his sous-chef; the cuisine was full of flavor and refined – a true delight for our taste buds. The breakfast was generous, and let's not forget the very pleasant waiter. We will gladly return; there is so much more to discover in this magnificent region of the Pyrenees. 27/05/2026: Excellent, impeccable value for money! I've rarely seen such a clean hotel. The only slight drawback during this very hot season was that the room was an oven... despite our efforts to close the shutters and windows. We were told they were considering the air conditioning budget, but why not have a fan in the mountain-facing rooms in the meantime, as the cool air only arrives at midnight? Despite this minor detail, I recommend it to everyone I know; the staff is very professional. So thank you to the team!
