03/11/2025: The welcome and service were pleasant, smiling, and efficient. Kudos to the kitchen for the delicious meal; I even forgot to take a picture! Nothing to complain about except that we'll be back! 👍

12/01/2026: Best restaurant ever, truly! The service was welcoming and warm, and perfect. As for the food, from the appetizer to the dessert, it was absolutely delicious! Real ingredients, fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and exceptionally tasty. Plus, the portions were generous and the price was very reasonable. Thank you, we had an unforgettable family meal.

04/01/2026: The welcome was perfect... many very friendly and smiling young women gave us a wonderful reception. Disappointment with the menu... - The restaurant was unheated... just a small fan in the corner of the room trying to create a semi-warm atmosphere... (outside temperature -1°C). - The prawns served were not raw... we pointed this out (which was acknowledged), except that we should have mentioned it as soon as they arrived at the table! - The lamb shank was far too dry, having been overcooked and reheated, and was supposedly served with a truffle sauce that had no flavor whatsoever... - The very generous profiteroles thankfully left a positive note at the end of the meal for this otherwise renowned restaurant... it's a shame because it's no longer the cuisine that used to be served.

25/09/2024: Excellent ! What a welcome and what cuisine! The restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes, open summer and winter in the mountains. The service is great, very friendly and warm staff, fast service. I ordered the Bareges sheep, it was excellent, very carefully cooked, as tender as anything and a very beautiful plate. Traditional cuisine, good and healthy, hearty, very good value for money. THANKS ! Long live the Chez Louisette restaurant!

25/09/2024: Great !! It's rare to find a restaurant in the mountains with such good products, good cuisine and beautiful dishes. Bravo also for the service, very friendly and warm. I was going for a hike and stopped, all the staff advised me on my route, welcomed me back from my hike, a great group of young people with enormous potential. The trout was delicious, as was the garbure! Well done, we feel good at your place.

02/10/2025: Very good starter and dessert buffet. A choice of two meat dishes and one fish dish were also very good. A little extra: a selection of different coffees from various origins.

28/09/2025: We had just come from an 8-hour motorcycle trip and arrived at the restaurant shortly before 9 p.m. Despite closing at 10 p.m., they wouldn't let us in because they said the kitchen was already closed. We asked them for something cold to eat, and they said no. It was clear that they didn't want foreigners... clearly.

13/12/2025: How dare this place still call itself a “restaurant”??? We had reserved a table for 15 people around 8 pm. Some arrived at 8:35 pm, others were still stuck on the road because of the farmers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was icy: we immediately felt like we were intruding. The waitress curtly announced: “It’ll be a straight course.” That’s professionalism for you. As a restaurant owner myself, this kind of attitude is simply unacceptable and I would never tolerate it in my establishment.

19/08/2025: Excellent place with a delicious menu that's very reasonably priced. Real cuisine with real ingredients, the likes of which you can't find anywhere else. Highly recommended.
