We won't be back; there are much better options elsewhere.

A small point: the seasonings could be improved; they're a little bland. I highly recommend it; go there, you won't be disappointed with the value for money.

14/01/2026: A beautiful sunny day at Atelier & Co for an oyster tasting in a warm and inviting setting. The welcome and service were excellent, and their platters were beautifully presented.

02/01/2026: A real disgrace. We're regulars here and usually everything is fine. However, our last visit will be our last. Indeed, we won't be back, and we won't let it go. A prefectural decree removed oysters and mussels from the Thau Lagoon from sale on the morning of December 30th. At noon on December 30th, the staff served us as if nothing was wrong, knowing full well that the oysters were infected with norovirus, which causes severe bouts of gastroenteritis… The whole group got sick, ruining our planned weekends. It's despicable to continue selling to clear out your stock knowing you're going to cause illness. And all this with the staff smiling, no less… Beware of your reputation. You should rethink your concept of "restaurant." For us, that's it for these little oysters from the Thau Lagoon; we'll never eat them again because of this place and its ilk. We prefer the fines de claires which are produced by people who know how to work.

06/12/2025: "Menu Confidence" for my family birthday. A real treat, thanks to the chef's initiative: amuse-bouche, three courses, and dessert. The cooking was extraordinary, perfect (fish of the day, pigeon/beef fillet). Delicious cuisine is a true art!
