02/03/2026: Perfect for enjoying exquisitely prepared oysters and mussels by the bay, facing Sète. The only drawback, common to these places, is the lack of side dishes. 2026 Update: Still just as good, but it's best to arrive early because even with a reservation, you might not get a table when you arrive.

23/02/2026: A visit to the Thau Lagoon is a must when exploring Sète, as is a meal at one of the oyster and mussel farms. This was our third visit to this particular farm's restaurant. The place is typical and has an authentic character. Oysters and mussels are the stars, served both hot and cold. The servers were very friendly, and the service was quick and professional. We had thoroughly enjoyed the mussels with pepper and onion sauce the previous time, but this time it wasn't quite as good. The sauce hadn't simmered as long, and the peppers had a slightly bitter taste. The oyster tartare was also very good, as was the oyster itself, which won a gold medal at the Concours Général Agricole in Paris. As for hot oysters, we tried the oysters with truffle cream and Parmesan last time. They were good, but perhaps a little pricey for the quality. This time, we opted for the leek cream, which we preferred. The mussels with butter and parsley are also quite expensive. 27/03/2026: Excellent restaurant where the chef accommodates dietary restrictions and the surprise menu was a delight. I didn't give it 4 stars for ambiance because we had very noisy neighbors, but otherwise it was perfect.

26/03/2026: I had excellent memories of the quality of the surprise dishes during Valentine's Day 2025. I was generally disappointed during our last dinner.

09/03/2026: We had the pleasure of celebrating a birthday there, in rainy weather which made the experience, nestled high above the old village, all the more spectacular and invigorating, as were the dishes themselves. You truly live in the moment, losing track of time and reconnecting with reality with your loved ones for a precious instant! Every ingredient is used in its entirety throughout the meal, and the chef shares the history of the place. Don't hesitate to lose yourself in the heart of this village surrounded by beautiful nature. P.S.: Everything is organic.

25/02/2026: A very welcoming place, the outdoor courtyard is lovely, tastefully decorated, the waitress very efficient, the dishes beautifully presented, refined, generous, perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, not too heavy and well-balanced. Not a single flaw from appetizer to dessert. A real treat, we had a wonderful time. Excellent value for money, everything is undoubtedly homemade, and even the bread is fresh, which is increasingly rare. Thank you for this experience.

27/01/2026: A highly recommended restaurant. Modern and delicious cuisine. The chef and his sous-chef are always attentive and eager to explore new culinary experiences. I recommend the duck carpaccio and the beef tartare – a true delight for the taste buds. Many thanks to the entire team.

11/12/2025: My friend and I stopped by today around 2 pm to enjoy a pastry. The food was perfect, but the service was sorely lacking in politeness... Being called a thief out loud in front of a full restaurant, with the pretext that we hadn't paid, and having this claim, which turned out to be false, persisted is UNACCEPTABLE!! After you took the time to check (in short, to do your job), you didn't even have the courtesy to apologize.

05/03/2026: A great restaurant where we always receive a warm welcome. The dishes are very good and varied. Just one small criticism: the menu on the website isn't always the same as the one we have when we arrive, which can sometimes be disappointing.

17/03/2026: Good food in a pleasant setting. A bit too long a wait between courses, which was a shame. Probably a slight disorganization in the kitchen, because the front-of-house staff were excellent.

25/03/2026: Very pleasant view. We were there during the day; it's best to go in the evening for the sunset. Impeccable service. We were seated by the window. The restaurant's atmosphere is very nice. The meal was flawless from start to finish. Presentation and taste of the dishes were excellent. 👍 We had after-dinner drinks at the bar downstairs. Pleasant and comfortable setting. I highly recommend it.
