26/08/2024: Des propriétaires supers, un grand respect des clients, je recommande. Ils avaient travaillé durant 4 jours,non stop, c'était la fête du Cassoulet
25/08/2024: Salade 1 er prix avec 2 tomates cerise et un foie gras en bloc ...grosse déception du cassoulet ! Salade de fruits en boîte ..pour un total de 25 euros par personne!!.. très cher pour la qualité !alors qu'on est dans la ville du cassoulet quel dommage ..on était venu pour la fête du cassoulet .
Toilettes très sales!!...prochaine fois on ira manger chez Étienne a la bastide d'Anjou pour manger un bon cassoulet !!

We arrive in a pretty place, certainly very pleasant in summer and eat in a warm and authentic room.
I'm looking forward to enjoying the fireplace this winter.
Warm welcome from the waitress and the owner.
The latter presents us with her dishes, each more tempting than the other; she's passionate about cooking, that's for sure.
We enjoyed ourselves from A to Z.
What a pleasure!

24/09/2024: We went there on a Sunday lunchtime, and the meal was simply delicious. The quality of the dishes is really evident, unsurprisingly when you know that the chef participated in the MasterChef show. In addition, when the weather permits, you can enjoy a quiet, tree-lined terrace for a moment of relaxation.

Ce restaurant-brasserie est une véritable pépite. En tant qu’amateurs de très bonne cuisine, nous n’avons eu qu’à nous réjouir : des plats savoureux, un personnel incroyablement aimable, et un chef dont le talent est indéniable, et une très bon rapport qualité-prix. Une expérience sans faute que je recommande chaudement, sans la moindre réserve.
31/10/2024: Nous nous sommes arrêtés là par hasard. La déco n'attire pas l'œil et bien ! Belle surprise : l'ensemble du personnel est très agréable,service rapide, assiette copieuse,poisson très bien cuit, dessert copieux également . Mon ado a été rassasié et s'est régalé ! Rien à voir avec les attrapes touristes que l'on peut trouver le long du même quai.

17/08/2024: Charming hotel in the heart of the Garrigue. Don’t hesitate to have breakfast included and eat at the hotel restaurant. Everything is delicious, we enjoyed ourselves. In addition, the staff is very attentive and cheerful. Thank you for this family time.
14/08/2024: I made an appointment on the site for 08/09 at 12:30 p.m. with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary (50) once there the restaurant was closed?
On site the person did not understand and offered us an aperitif next time......

02/10/2024: This is a white van man hotel on the main drag. We did not stay as we were with local family lunching at the restaurant.
The restaurant is well frequented as there is an excellent menu of the day. However it is well worth diving into the main menu. This is sound French food at its best. The four meals we ate were all of a high quality with fresh produce. You can eat at your own pace but if in a rush point this out first.
Great selection of value wine etc. a wonderful choice of desserts if you have managed to eat the well proportioned starters and main.
On the side it’s up for sale for good change out of 200k€, if I was younger I’d be sorely tempted.

23/09/2024: Wir haben die Gambille im Vorbeifahren entdeckt und sind direkt den nächsten Abend dort essen gegangen. Es war nicht viel los und es gab auch keine Livemusik, aber das Restaurant hat auch so genug Charme und ist wirklich schnuckelig. Man sitzt sehr nett draußen und mit unserem Hund war es perfekt!
Der Service war herzlich und gut.
Das Essen war beide Male sehr gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis völlig ok.
Wir können die Gambille nur empfehlen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

05/09/2024: I would give 6 stars if it were possible: service provided by 2 pleasant, smiling and handsome young men, very full plates with lots of flavors. I advise you to try the artisanal ice creams, it's killer! I will definitely come back 👍.

28/07/2024: Nothing incredible.. Quite disappointed. Low quantity for the main course, little choice for beers, really expensive price for a dessert (the ice cream arrived melting/runny). The dish itself, good, but nothing more... The bill on the other hand was generous. First and last time for me. Server still pleasant (passing through if I understood correctly).
