29/11/2025: Hello, I stayed one night at the end of October. I couldn't find an email address to contact you. I haven't been refunded for the night, even though I arrived at 11 PM and there was no electricity or water. You asked me to leave my contact information so you could process my refund by Monday. This still hasn't been done. I contacted Booking.com's customer service and haven't received a response either.

22/11/2025: Completely disorganized, they leave a sign with a phone number that says "available 24/7" when it's not, forget to hang up, and then clearly spit on you after your phone conversation (which wasn't disconnected because they didn't hang up!!). I absolutely do not recommend them; it was to be expected given the existing reviews and the number of stars in the rating!!

04/01/2026: I'm a regular at this bar. I'm always very well received, especially by the excellent servers. Except for today, when a woman with glasses at the counter, "the manager," spoke rudely to my father, who was simply asking to be seated at a table for seven because there were five of us and it was too cramped. The service was unacceptable: no smile, disgusting language, and threats. I refuse to be served by this woman again. It's unacceptable to have people like that working there.

02/10/2024: The places are beautiful with beautiful colors Spacious and comfortable rooms Small downside with the presence of stains on a few seats, cleaning could be carried out more thoroughly The cinema is not more expensive than any other (well €40 for a couple with some popcorn has become almost a luxury) The games room located at the entrance is small but does the job of relaxing and having fun

27/09/2024: Nothing is right The price, 15.60, is a joke.. Dirty rooms and disgusting chairs WC or toilet rollers are so big that they are blocked And you give credit if you want to buy a bottle of water or popcorn 3.50 euros per badoit... It's gold in a bottle And again this time I was lucky I didn't have to go and ask to turn off the room...

10/09/2024: End of season.... And yet we had a great time. Super friendly and pleasant service.... Top cuisine.... A crazy parillada..... We will come back before closing..... Thank you

09/09/2024: Je lis beaucoup d’avis négatifs, nous avons déjeuné ce midi, moules marinières pour mon épouse, moules royales pour moi, plats copieux, service agréable, rien à redire, nous reviendrons

09/07/2025: Excellent! The man is really nice and the smoothies are very fresh and not too sweet. It's perfect for cooling off on a hot day.

06/07/2025: Tourist trap. We bought a smoothie. Inside were a lot of unidentified "grains" (yellow, like peanuts, crunchy but tasteless). We went back to the ice cream maker, who refused to listen and told us we'd have to wait for them to melt. On reflection, I think they're pomegranate seeds, but I'm not sure. What's certain is that they're not something that can "melt." The shopkeeper (clearly not a craftsman) isn't interested in what he's selling; he just wants your money, and then move on; there's nothing to see.

01/09/2024: Zero RUN AWAY!!!! 🤮 Zero hygiene! hairs in the plates 😡 tiny mussels because they are so well cooked! Kindness non-existent! Incredible aggressiveness of the waiter (told us: you're not going to break my C......!!!) and a la carte cocktails but none can be served.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS Fortunately the boss and her daughter made a commercial gesture

22/08/2025: Very pleasant place. The best pina colada I've ever tasted. Good Caesar salad. Too bad there are no meal deals. The à la carte selection quickly becomes very expensive for a full meal.

14/08/2025: Great welcome! Lola, the waitress, is just perfect: smiling, kind and attentive. We will be back

13/09/2024: restaurant moules a volonté ,il faut se lever pour aller chercher ses moules insipides servis dans un saladier .Commandé un loup pas cuit aucune saveur .A 20 euros le plat allez ailleurs.

09/09/2024: Great bowls of moules, large portions with refills. Choice of different sauces all for the same price . Very reasonable. Friendly staff.

28/09/2024: The setting is beautiful but we made a reservation and after 1 hour of waiting in the sun a lady came to tell us in an annoyed manner: "we're going to have to find a place for you, the kitchen is going to close" no polite words to soften a bit of budding bitterness but so be it, let's get to the end of the experience. We are finally seated, the people next to us tell the lady that they ordered more than an hour ago and she tells them that we will see where it is. 30 minutes later they still don't have their dish and no one has come to take our order. We follow up with the lady who seems more and more annoyed. We stay 20 minutes longer and end up leaving as does the couple at the next table. Worst experience

22/09/2024: Lunch in September. The view of the lake is very pretty. Music a little loud at first, but quickly changed without even asking. Service a bit slow. It's expensive (you pay for the place). €30 per piece of beef can be included in the framework (and 400g). But when we do not display and especially do not specify when ordering that the accompaniments (eggplant, salads, etc.) are extra (€9 more per dish), the final bill is very expensive and ultimately unjustified. It is therefore quite limited in terms of commercial honesty

22/12/2025: Not safe for women, sexist behaviour, phisycally and verbally agressive bartender (maybe the boss?).

16/12/2025: No more daily special. No more flank steak either, even though it was listed on the menu. None of the three wok dishes were available. I had a hamburger out of desperation. It was inedible. I did love the carafe of ice-cold water, though.
