07/06/2026: I really like this franchise, but this is the second time I've been to the 3 B's at Odyseum, and I've never been treated so badly at a franchise. The staff is bitter and completely incompetent. On my most recent visit this past Sunday, someone dumped an entire tray of food on me. She went to serve other tables, then apologized very briefly and told us she was taking a while because she had to change.

06/06/2026: We came in just for a quick drink, but ended up waiting 20 minutes to order in a place that wasn't even half full. Then, another 10-minute wait for one beer and two virgin mojitos... And to top it all off: the longest wait was for a simple glass of water, which took another 10 minutes! The staff spends more time chatting amongst themselves than working. They should really call themselves "The 3 Brins" (a play on words, roughly translating to "The 3 Brins").

17/05/2026: Hello. On May 17th, around 3 pm, I ordered a Nutella waffle with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and whipped cream. To begin with, the young man at the register was quite condescending. Then the waffle arrived with the whipped cream completely melted. When I started eating, I realized there were lots of bits of the waffle iron stuck in my waffle. I went over to the person who took the order, explained the situation, and without even apologizing, she replied, "It's not hard." Basically, the bits aren't hard, so I can eat them. Great. Not even an apology. I left.

14/05/2026: The ice cream shop is very cute, with lots of choices. And their homemade waffles are excellent! I recommend it.

14/04/2026: The paella and pizza were excellent, we had a wonderful meal yesterday, I highly recommend it!

13/04/2026: Very disappointed. Several of us came for lunch after seeing a very appealing menu online. Once there, there was no menu (no drinks or set menus) and only three main courses and one starter listed on a chalkboard. The pizzas seemed frozen, the paella was clearly overpriced, and the wines were under-served. The service was slow, even though we weren't the only ones in the restaurant, I understand, but we were the only ones eating. The atmosphere was unpleasant; someone was smoking a joint on the terrace, staring at us throughout the entire meal… An establishment with a beautiful website that promises a dream, but a very disappointing reality: low-quality, limited cuisine and unfriendly service.

17/02/2026: Have you ever been to a bakery where, when I refused to buy bread because they supposedly had to save it for regular customers, even though the bread basket was overflowing with freshly baked loaves and other items displayed for sale, they looked me straight in the eye and told me, "No, there's no bread," adding, "It's all reserved." It's unbelievable! I've never seen anything like it. It's a disgrace, I've never seen anything like it! So you know what to do: run away! Unacceptable!

28/04/2026: "THE" brasserie that will make you fall in love with this type of restaurant again! A place without any particular charm, but all the more pleasant for it! You quickly feel right at home. Both the dining room and the terrace are lively spaces, at once cheerful and peaceful, with a quick and courteous welcome, even during the busiest times. The food was good and very generous (too much so: I took home a doggy bag, which is rare for me). The dessert (coconut flan) was excellent, which isn't something you find every day in a brasserie. Whether it's for a quick lunch, drinks with friends, or any other occasion, you'll feel right at home here.

22/04/2026: Thank you very much for the friendly service. I only had a cafe and a Coca-Cola, and it was lunchtime, and the service was at its peak. A very nice, atmospheric neighborhood, a small square in the center. All Poles already know about you; expect guests. Thomas Varsovie

24/11/2025: Excellent restaurant! We had a mixed fish platter and scallop carpaccio on Saturday evening, and everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly, the welcome was very warm, and they even offered us a small digestif. Thank you, and we'll be back soon.

13/03/2026: I do not recommend this hotel. I would like to clarify a few points. I did not actually have the opportunity to stay with you. Despite making a reservation through Booking.com, not out of conviction, but because, after checking just now, if we search for your establishment on Google Maps, the first room that appears is on Booking.com. I did not wish to cancel my reservation but to modify it. And after a back-and-forth between Booking.com and you, this is no longer acceptable. I told you on the phone that if I were to pay €350 for a hotel night and not stay there, I would certainly leave a negative review, urging you to offer a commercial solution, which I thought was possible given the standard you claim to maintain. Since no solution is possible, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction and have no intention of removing this review.

06/06/2026: Warm goat cheese salad consisting of curly endive fresh from its vacuum-sealed bag, four slices of a cheap supermarket goat cheese log... For dessert, chocolate mousse in its original container with a remnant of the lid still on the rim. Overpriced for this type of product. The wine was acceptable.

21/05/2026: The manager is extremely friendly and funny, as are the staff! He's always ready to help out when you want to have a drink! I highly recommend this fantastic and quirky bar if you want to laugh and soak up the sun. The food is very good and plentiful! The tapas are delicious and well-presented.

15/04/2026: Everything is mass-produced; the cook simply opened cans without even bothering with the presentation. At first, I criticized the bread, calling it "Lidl bread," but by the end of the meal, it turned out to be the best ingredient.
