05/03/2026: A very enjoyable experience. The cocktail, salmon tartare, and gourmet tea were all excellent, made with high-quality ingredients. The service was top-notch.

28/02/2026: A warm and inviting restaurant, with a charming mountain chalet feel... There are two important things in a restaurant that make you want to return: the welcome (the staff), and the quality of the food. The welcome 🤔... The staff can smile, it makes all the difference and it's especially nicer for us customers... don't be afraid of getting a few wrinkles!! The dishes 🤔... hot box, salmon, pork ribs, raclette, fondue... are worth 5 stars (even though we had to ask for the sides), we thoroughly enjoyed them, the taste 🥰, the portions 👍🏼... Everything was great until we got moldy bread for the fondue 😱... big mistake... keeping, storing, reusing, why not, even if 🤨... but do it intelligently and in a much more hygienic and rigorous way.... Needless to say, we skipped dessert... Nothing's stopping you from trying your luck, but be careful!!

25/02/2026: A magnificent culinary experience. Exquisite dishes served with simplicity. The combinations of flavors, colors, and textures are surprising and harmonious. And everything is so beautifully presented. There's also a very fine wine selection. I've been back again and again without hesitation! Ideal for treating yourself and others. We'll be back :)

10/02/2026: A wonderful discovery. The food is excellent, and it's been a long time since I've tasted such dishes. Special mention goes to the Pink Lady dessert, which is simply incredible.

20/02/2026: A wonderful experience at this mountain restaurant. The dishes were excellent and well-prepared, but the real highlight was the service. The servers were truly attentive, helpful, and very friendly, which made the meal even more enjoyable. There was a genuinely pleasant atmosphere and a real focus on the customers. I highly recommend this place.

19/02/2026: We love having lunch at Chalet du Lac Basson. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is delicious. We ordered grilled meats: lamb chops, duck, and ribeye steak. They were cooked to perfection and the meats were flavorful. Then we had blueberry tarts and a tarte tatin. Afterwards, we had to go for a walk to burn off some calories! A special mention goes to the Grill Master, who is incredibly friendly and always has a great sense of humor, making the experience even more enjoyable and certainly brightening his own day! We look forward to going back!

12/12/2025: Lunch with colleagues at noon. Very welcoming, excellent value for money. Easy to access. It's surely even better in the summer on the terrace. I recommend it.
