11/07/2026: A well-known and very pleasant setting, the staff are not only competent but also very friendly. I didn't try everything on the menu, but the prawn curry is simply incredible and suggests that the rest of the menu is just as good. Top-notch! 👌

09/12/2025: There were three employees, all three chatting away. I wanted to buy something, but no one answered me. I said "hello," one of them looked at me, simply ignored me, and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I left without buying anything. APPALLING SERVICE (09/12/25 – 2:50 PM).

23/06/2026: I ended up there by chance. I had a merguez sausage and fries, it was really very good.

22/06/2026: I ate at this kebab shop twice. The food is good, no complaints there. However, on my last visit, an employee called me "Japanese" without even asking where I was from. I'm Chinese, but beyond that, I find this kind of remark inappropriate and disrespectful. Reducing an Asian person to a supposed nationality is a stereotype that should no longer be seen in a business open to the public. In 2026, systematically conflating Asian people with a supposed nationality is neither funny nor acceptable. A minimum of respect and consideration should be the foundation of any customer interaction. It's a shame, because the food is good, but respect for customers is just as important. This experience made me uncomfortable enough that I decided not to return. Therefore, I recommend that future customers consider not only the quality of the food, but also the quality of the service.

12/07/2026: An unexpected afternoon led to an unforgettable experience at the wellness club of this Thalasso spa, where you can enjoy everything at a very low price considering the establishment's high standard. I highly recommend it.

12/07/2026: It was specified during the booking process that we were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary. Not a single gesture of appreciation was shown to us. Not even a note in the room. What a disappointment. This establishment is not up to 4-star standards.

11/07/2026: A very good experience for our first visit to Crescendo in Orvault. Delicious all-you-can-eat mussels and fries, and very friendly and helpful staff. We will gladly return.

07/07/2026: We used to love this cafeteria. It was clean, the service and food were excellent. Really very good. But what a terrible idea to change the fries, which were so delicious before! The ones they offer now are sprinkled with herbs and spices. How are we supposed to eat them if we're allergic? What a terrible idea! They should be able to choose between spicy and plain fries. It shouldn't be that hard to offer customers two options. We didn't have a choice at lunchtime, which somewhat spoiled our meal! We're replying to the owner who was kind enough to post their review: no, there wasn't a choice that day. We looked carefully because it's not that difficult, as you say. We even asked two employees in the kitchen. Oh well, never mind!

28/06/2026: Very nice, a quick and easy meal: a croque-monsieur with salad and a homemade burger, very good, quite generous portions with fries, and fast, pleasant, and relaxed service. They gave us a table in the shade without any trouble. It's a good place for a casual meal.

06/06/2026: Very friendly staff, good welcome despite our 3 medium-sized dogs and the mussels were excellent with a special mention for those with gorgonzola.

03/06/2026: The rooms are modern and functionally furnished, with soundproof windows, which are definitely necessary when facing the street. Breakfast is also suitable for vegans, although the selection of cheese and meat options is predominantly vegan.

28/05/2026: We spent three nights in this very well-located hotel, just steps from the sea and the city center. It was very clean, with excellent soundproofing between rooms. The management and staff were very friendly and attentive to their guests. The rooms are not air-conditioned, but you can request a fan. We would gladly return.

24/05/2026: It is our 4th time in La Baule, we love the region. :) The location is a plus. Unfortunately, the parking lot cannot accommodate 15 cars as I read in another review; we were lucky enough to be able to park for two days, for the remaining 5 we had to pay for street parking. We chose this hotel for the parking to ensure a safe stay. The villas are beautiful but unfortunately very poorly insulated (our previous hotels were also Art Deco buildings but better insulated); we could hear the neighbors switching the buttons on and off... A major downside for us was that there was no air conditioning... it was so hot at night. Positive: very friendly management, good location...

09/06/2026: Excellent place! Always a warm welcome and efficient service. The food is delicious, the galettes and crêpes are wonderful, and the dishes are served quickly. A sure bet for a great time and a delicious meal. I highly recommend it!

30/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in La Baule! The galettes at Ar Poul Gwen are truly excellent, carefully prepared and bursting with flavor. The staff is exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. You immediately feel at ease. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of good Breton galettes. We will gladly return!

28/06/2026: For 16 years now, we've been loyal customers of this crêperie. Every weekend in La Baule, it's a must, our little ritual. Last year, when we saw they were no longer there, we really felt like La Baule had lost something... and we, our anchor. So what a joy to see them back! They've seen us grow, evolve, arrive as a couple, then with our first child, and now with our second. Long live you, and thank you for being part of our memories all these years. ❤️
