11/02/2026: This bakery has unfortunately lost its charm. It caters to a busy weekday clientele, not the local neighborhood. It's closed every weekend and public holiday, and regularly for at least a week during school breaks. As a local resident, I no longer stop by at all. The quality and quantity have decreased, and the prices have skyrocketed. What a shame...

31/01/2026: A bakery that meets its customers' expectations by offering generous, flavorful, and original homemade dishes (tikka masala, rougail, etc.), crudités, and also sandwiches and pizzas. And it also meets the needs of its employees by allowing them to have their weekends and some school holidays off. A big thank you to them, even if, selfishly, we'd love to benefit from their talents for one or two more days a week.

05/03/2026: Incredible views and an unbeatable location. It's right next to the river, and the views from there are simply breathtaking—one of the highlights of the trip. The room: Very nice, comfortable, clean, and with everything you need for a good night's sleep. The food: The food is quite good, with high-quality dishes. However, keep in mind that the portions aren't huge, but you'll leave satisfied. The service: The best part of the experience, along with the views. The staff was attentive and friendly. In short: A fantastic hotel for its location and atmosphere, with delicious food, although the portions are a bit small. Highly recommended!

01/03/2026: We received a complimentary Smartbox package including one night for two, dinner and breakfast, spa treatment, and body scrub. Unlike other establishments, we were treated like royalty. The gentlemen at reception were helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. At our table, João and Inés were very welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service, explaining the dishes and offering helpful guidance. Despite a fire alarm in the middle of the night, the young receptionist (who was new to the job) reassured us and guided us through the process, which didn't detract from our stay at all. The young women at the spa also gave us a wonderful experience; their massages were truly magical and provided absolute relaxation. We highly recommend this place if you're looking to be pampered.

31/10/2025: The food is decent, however, the portions are questionable! As for the owner, he's too pushy; the feeling of being rushed quickly becomes oppressive and really spoils the experience at the restaurant. You get the sense that he's under pressure to make a quick profit, while the customer simply wants to take their time, be comfortable, and savor their meal at their leisure. This is my second visit, thinking that the first impression might have been misleading, but unfortunately, no. The service, provided by the owner (both times), hasn't managed to improve. Unfortunately, the quality of the food isn't exceptional enough to overcome this feeling of pressure and the impression that he's under pressure to make a quick profit, finish the meal, and make room for new customers. It's a shame, because the potential is there, but the experience remains disappointing.

09/02/2026: I'm staying here for four weeks on a business trip and I feel almost "at home" thanks to the warm welcome and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and dedicated to the well-being of their guests. They offer generous breakfasts, meal trays if you arrive late, simple but tasty cuisine, and they're happy to accommodate requests for salads (thanks, Kevin! 😁).

01/02/2026: A week's stay in Châteaubriant... I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist (Gwendoline). Breakfast was very good. It's a shame the restaurant isn't open on Saturday evenings.

24/12/2025: Lunch after the funeral service: excellent telephone service, Charlie sought and found solutions, and on-site, a warm and cheerful welcome that continued throughout the meal. A wonderful rapport between the service and the kitchen. Homemade cuisine prepared with love, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this lovely moment of relaxation!

25/02/2026: Hello! I'm replying to your comment following the publication of my review yesterday, Wednesday, February 18, 2026. First, try to make fewer spelling mistakes when responding to customers! Five serious errors in just a few lines?! Second, your front door is really difficult to open, and I wasn't being aggressive at all! Third, I didn't ask for a doggy bag for the two rolls left over from our meal. You know perfectly well that you're "obligated" to provide one if we ask for it. Similarly, if there had been leftover food or wine, you would have given us a cork to take it home. All restaurants have to do this. You're no exception! Sylvie B-44640, not from Wednesday, February 18, 2026 - Don't trust the website, it's all wrong! Keep walking... The waitress was really unfriendly and bordering on aggressive... Dessert portions for people on a diet! Shameful! Excessive price for a plate of pasta gratin... Two tiny pasta bars for €10!! The food tasted okay, but nothing special. We won't be returning to this restaurant, which promised so much on its website... 12/02/2026: We ate at this restaurant today at lunchtime and had the 3 course menu for19.90€. The lady who waited on us was very friendly. pleasant and efficient. We both enjoyed our meals very much. Lovely food, well presented and delicious. We will go back again. They do not serve carafes of wine so we had to buy a bottle but when we ordered the server told us that she would leave the cork so that we could take away any wine we didn’t drink. A lovely experience 🌺

14/01/2026: Terrible welcome this Wednesday evening at 6:30 pm... or rather, no welcome at all!! Not even a "good evening"! The "good evening" only came when I headed for the exit a few minutes after arriving. It's a shame because the pastries are very good!!

11/01/2026: I ordered a birthday cake and we were very disappointed. The taste and texture were unsatisfactory. I do not recommend it!

18/03/2026: A completely uninteresting restaurant. €23.30 for lunch, for a dish entirely assembled from frozen ingredients: fish and chips, coffee with a lot of robusta... only the beer was decent.

04/03/2026: Very disappointed with my first experience. I came on Sunday for Grandmother's Day with my two daughters and my mother, and the welcome was quite positive. However, the food was terrible. First, my dish, especially the fries, were cold. I mentioned this to the woman who went to the kitchen to bring them back, but it took a while, so I started eating my steak halfway through. What did I find in my dish? A hair or a fiber? I'm not really sure what it was. I told the person who went back to the kitchen to bring the dish back, and she made me a whole new dish, which arrived hot this time. However, no compensation was offered at the end. It cost me €96 for four people. I don't think I'll be going back, especially since the cook kept staring at me after I mentioned it.

04/01/2026: We have been coming to Panorama for many years to celebrate New Year's Eve. The meal was perfect, as usual, with an excellent fish dish. The waitresses were attentive and smiling; there was nothing to complain about regarding the service or the food. The 3-star rating is for the entertainment, which wasn't up to last year's standard, despite a great atmosphere and a dance group. It's also for the owners, who were tired and had been there since 5 pm, according to them, when we were informed that the establishment was closing earlier than in previous years. There was no discussion possible; they offered people the nightclub instead, and I remind you that the average age is 60. We left for the first time very disappointed with how the evening ended.

31/12/2025: New Year's Eve celebration underway. It's 10:30 PM and we still haven't had any fun apart from two trivia quizzes with software that malfunctions intermittently. No music during the interminable meal, even though the dishes are refined and impeccable. No atmosphere. Just a simple restaurant. A shame for a New Year's Eve dinner costing €128. A bit disappointed. Fingers crossed for the rest of the evening, which ends at 3:00 AM... I wouldn't recommend it for these occasions.
