27/01/2026: A simple menu, good products! The service was just a little too slow during lunchtime, and the interior was quite quiet, so it was really pleasant. A special mention goes to the French toast, made with Bonnin brioche—it was to die for!

08/10/2025: Bistro Gourmand assisted us with our wedding on September 20, 2025. From the initial quote preparation to the day of the event, we worked with a dynamic and professional team. Choosing the menu and working on the event's execution was easy and stress-free. The team was completely autonomous on the wedding day, ensuring they were ready when the guests arrived. Both we and the guests loved tasting the wine reception. The meal also delighted all of our guests from start to finish. 01/02/2026: Passing through the lovely city of Nantes for a show, we were looking for somewhere to eat afterward. We quickly realized we were asking for hospitality at a very late hour, and after a few refusals (sometimes incredulous, "10 pm? You can't be serious!"), we were welcomed at "Chez Louisette," where we were served a hearty mixed platter. The main room was booked for a birthday party, and we enjoyed the band's playlist in our corner near the bar. A wonderful, convivial time. The Saint-Chinian wine was perfect. Thank you to the team!

13/01/2026: At Louisette's, it's a bit like having a beloved cat. You walk through the door and you immediately feel at home. It's not over the top. It's there, relaxed and welcoming. The music is well-chosen, accompanying you without being intrusive. You happily linger. A pint is €3.80. Really not bad. It's the kind of detail that makes you settle in and order a second one without hesitation. There's plenty to eat. I tried the fries. For someone from the north, they could be improved, of course. But they're still decent. Honest. Like everything else. The retro decor adds to the charm. A bit like that favorite old armchair, not brand new, but comforting. A friendly, unpretentious bar where you naturally return. Because you feel good there. Simply.

22/02/2026: This was our second visit, and it's always a pleasure to come and enjoy delicious dishes with interesting tastes and flavors. We waited a little while for our food, but it was Saturday night with friends, so we weren't in a rush. We'll definitely be back.

16/02/2026: Very welcoming staff, plenty of seating, and a menu with a good selection. We had the truffle pizza and the daily grilled special; it was excellent—very tender meat with a fantastic wood-fired grill flavor, and the barbecue chimney was visible from the dining area. Highly recommended!

05/02/2026: At the hotel in La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, I decided to get a five-cheese pizza. I got back to the hotel and realized the pizza was barely warm, undercooked...white as an aspirin, so the cheese flavor wasn't exactly great, and the pizza wasn't even cut. In short, I won't be going back. A bad experience for me.

21/02/2026: The menu is strange, with three different set menus at virtually the same price, no choices within each menu, and no way to change your starter or main course. As a result, everyone ends up feeling a bit frustrated because they would have preferred the starter or dessert from another menu, and it's hard to understand what difference it makes since everything is made to order. The owner is unpleasant, and the decor is ugly. The place desperately needs a complete renovation.

15/02/2026: Pleasant decor and welcome. The cuisine is very classic and uninspired. Lacking in creativity and flavor. Overpriced for a very average menu.

21/01/2026: I ordered two Christmas menus for my parents, and when I called today to reserve, they said they were permanently closed. This evening I received a call; they will refund me at the beginning of February.

05/12/2025: Customers turned away! We booked online and traveled 100km only to be told they no longer accept Smartbox vouchers. Disappointed.

27/08/2025: I asked for a café crème to go and specified that I wanted it poured directly into my own cup. Unfortunately, it was served to me in a cup. I therefore had to transfer the coffee myself into my cup, which was inconvenient. When I explained the situation, I was rudely told that it was not my role. Furthermore, my cup was only filled a third full and I didn't even get any sugar. It was a shame, because I would have liked to have had a more respectful and attentive experience. I do not intend to return, despite the fact that I live right next door.

07/07/2025: Hello After the toilet broke down, the air conditioning malfunctioned, the tables didn't cool, the heat was unbearable, and I had to leave the premises. I hope you'll resolve all these unpleasant problems. Thank you. I noticed on July 7th that the toilet handle was still broken. This is incredible.

05/07/2025: Company fresh and homemade bread but pastries It's not homemade and it's frozen because the dough is white and it's the chemicals used that do that. Unlike their bread which is yellow dough and without chemicals.

20/12/2025: A really nice hotel in the city center. Quite quiet; I wasn't bothered by any outside noise. The person at reception during my stay was very welcoming and friendly.

12/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. A simple but effective menu. Everything is homemade. I recommend it.

07/02/2026: Nice place and good food. Pleasant and quick service. The dining room is a bit noisy, but the positives outweigh the negatives.
