10/04/2026: A wonderful first experience at "La Route du Sel" with the family during a motorcycle ride. The food was simply delicious, generous, and beautifully presented—a feast for the eyes as well! We had lunch in the garden with a breathtaking view of the Loire River, and the sun was shining. We were greeted with a smile, the staff were very friendly and relaxed, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended. We will be back, thank you for everything!

24/03/2026: Charming village inn, excellent cuisine with expertly cooked dishes: asparagus, fish. From spring onwards, tables are set up on the terrace overlooking the Loire, offering a superb view. I can't wait to go back.

25/04/2026: We celebrated a family birthday at this restaurant and everything was absolutely perfect. The owner gave us an exceptional, warm, and attentive welcome from beginning to end. We had a private room, ideal for fully enjoying the moment undisturbed, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The service was impeccable, always with a smile, and the team truly contributed to making this an unforgettable evening. A huge thank you for this wonderful experience; we will definitely be back!

04/04/2026: A small, hidden bar/restaurant just steps from the Ralliement, this place is perfect for a drink and a bite to eat after work with friends. The service is very pleasant, there's a wide selection of drinks, and the atmosphere is relaxed. However, be aware that the portion sizes for the price of the charcuterie boards are a bit small; I think they're almost too small.

01/05/2026: A very nice selection of dishes, perfectly presented and allowing you to savor each course and its subtleties. Excellent table service. A very beautiful place. Our only regret, due to the vaulted ceiling and the lack of discretion of our table neighbors, was that we felt like we were eating at the same table as them and subjected to conversations that ultimately spoiled our moment celebrating our son's birthday.

22/03/2026: Another wonderful evening at the restaurant-theater. Delicious food, a very entertaining play (there's a dead body in my living room!). The only downside, which wasn't the fault of the venue or the staff, was a rather noisy group that slightly detracted from the enjoyment of the play. Thank you to Sandrine, her husband, and the servers for their warm welcome. Lots of love to Sandrine and her zest for life! 🥰

08/04/2026: As some of the first guests of the season, we found the property to be exactly as pictured, with a lovely atmosphere in the common rooms. We especially appreciated the owner's personal welcome and his kindness in helping us throughout our stay, including preparing the fireplace for us at night. The property has been in his family for over a hundred years! The meals, particularly the breakfast spread, were excellent. Our two children also had a wonderful time exploring the grounds and riding bikes along the property paths. While the weather was too cold to use the pool, it looks like a fantastic amenity for warmer months. Overall, it was a truly magical visit that our family will always remember.

05/04/2026: The Château des Briottières is magnificent. We were greeted by Arnaud, the owner, upon our arrival. The estate is absolutely incredible. We were the only guests on that weekday and were able to fully enjoy the tranquility of the château and admire the different rooms and their individual decor. We had a meal served in the dining room, and beforehand, we enjoyed an aperitif in the green lounge. Impeccable service and a very warm welcome. Thank you, and please continue to maintain this wonderful estate.

30/04/2026: The setting is nice, and the service is very good. However, I'm disappointed by the quality of the food and I don't think it's good value for money. I suspect the fries and desserts are frozen (if not, that's worrying). There's no justification for selling a frozen Paris-Brest/éclair for €8.50. The choux pastry on the profiteroles is completely dry. It's not bad, just ordinary and overpriced for what it is.

21/03/2026: Honestly, nothing to complain about: it was simply excellent. The dishes are incredibly well-prepared, everything was delicious from start to finish. I'd been there a few years ago, and it's simple: it's still just as good, if not better. It hasn't changed, and that's definitely a very good sign. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the manager is really friendly and welcoming, which makes all the difference. In short, a sure bet, I recommend it without hesitation!

23/06/2025: This restaurant perfectly combines the pleasures of taste and sight. From the dishes to the decor, it's a feast for the eyes and the palate. A true gem. Moreover, the owner's welcome is warm and it's a pleasure to chat with such friendly people. And to top it all off, when it's time to leave, the "pain" has never been so aptly named, as the bill is surprisingly light.
