Having tried it twice already, there's no doubt about it: it's the best restaurant in Metz if you enjoy old-fashioned bistro fare. The service is quick, yet the servers still have time to chat, joke, and ask questions. The food is high-quality, well-balanced, and reasonably priced. The dishes are classic but often given a modern twist, always maintaining a perfect balance. Of course, the atmosphere is that of a small, intimate restaurant where you shouldn't be afraid of conversation, but this only reinforces the "old-fashioned bistro" feel.

Our child was hospitalized, the veterinary services were notified, and they told us they were aware of the situation and that a visit was scheduled. Don't trust the reviews you've bought; if you value your health, don't go there! Shameful!

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant. The reception staff and the two ladies serving breakfast were extremely kind and attentive. As for the restaurant, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the Chef for the quality of the dishes, the new flavors, and this excellent culinary experience.

Nevertheless, I must state unequivocally: this restaurant is among the very best I have ever experienced. We were traveling as a group and even had a baby with us. Despite this additional challenge, we were served with complete ease, attentiveness, and warmth. The service was not only professional but also genuinely human, something you don't always find even in top restaurants. The chef and his wife run this establishment with palpable passion and true dedication. You can tell in every detail that their heart and soul are at work here. These rare places still exist, where culinary excellence, hospitality, and atmosphere merge into a touch of magic. For me, Restaurant Arnsburg is precisely such a place and undoubtedly one of the highlights of my culinary travels.

The only slight drawback—and I still gave it 5 stars because it doesn't warrant deducting a star—was the limited choice of side vegetables; only fries were available. We didn't have much choice in the vegetable side dish, though. (There were only fries.)
