It's a blend of audacity and complexity, resulting in sophisticated cuisine where the pursuit of flavor is achieved through subtle and surprising combinations.
The welcome is warm, and we particularly appreciated Pauline's smile and dynamism.
The wine pairing suggestions are very insightful and enhance a cuisine that perfectly balances modernity and authenticity, which, in any case, hardly needs any embellishment.
I recommend it without hesitation.

22/03/2026: This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The setting was lovely, and the waitress was very friendly and understanding, as we had to go see a show nearby. Thanks to her understanding, we were served quite quickly. The steak tartare with fries and the frog legs were excellent, no complaints whatsoever. The atmosphere was warm and the dining room was quiet. We will definitely be back. All in all, it deserves a 5 out of 5.

01/05/2026: My husband and I participated in the "I drink, you cook" workshop and loved the concept! I took a wine tasting course and my other half took a cooking class 😊, and we truly had a wonderful time! The pleasure of learning to cook and discovering the subtleties of wines, all in a joyful and friendly atmosphere, made for a truly magical interlude. We'll be back!
