04/05/2026: Breaded Arctic char served without vegetables or salad, with a thin slice of sausage per person as an appetizer. I was dissatisfied; in fact, I couldn't finish my meal and I felt ill because it was all very greasy.

03/05/2026: Two hours to be served at lunchtime… you really must have time to waste. Reservation at 12:30 pm, food arrived at 2 pm. And the worst part was the reaction when we dared to mention it: “You’re not the only ones, we have two other rooms and a terrace.” A frankly inappropriate, almost guilt-tripping response, as if waiting that long was normal. As for the service, a nearly full glass of sparkling wine was spilled when clearing the table. It can happen, of course, but it perfectly illustrates the overall lack of attention. Thankfully, it was replaced, but still… And the food? Decent portions, but completely bland. The lamb shank, in particular, was tasteless, characterless, as if it had been forgotten in the kitchen when it came time to season it. In short: a long wait, little consideration, and food that doesn’t make up for it. Definitely not a place that makes you want to come back.

08/04/2026: Very disappointing experience. One of the waitresses spoke aggressively to my son, even raising her voice at him for simply calling his sister. What was completely unacceptable was her telling him she would “slap” him if he entered the kitchen. We understand boundaries, but this kind of behavior towards a child is not appropriate. Staff should communicate respectfully, especially with families.

28/05/2026: I came to this tea room with my son to sit on the small terrace. There were two free tables: one with a "reserved" sign and another without any reservation card. My son sat down at the latter while I waited in line to order. A saleswoman, or perhaps the owner, gestured to my son from inside the bakery to get up, even though there was no "reserved" sign on the table. Normally, she could have simply told us politely that the table was reserved, but waving her hand as if to "shoo" my son away was unacceptable. Furthermore, the only response we received was that "since there are place settings on the table, it's reserved." In that case, it would mean that in all restaurants, as soon as there are place settings, everything is reserved... Perhaps you should consider your logic. The only normal way to indicate a reserved table is with a "reserved" sign placed on it, period.

05/05/2026: The manager is very haughty with people who don't look European… it's a shame because the products are good quality and the employee is friendly to all customers.

31/05/2026: A disgrace to avoid! I've been coming for 10 years, waiting 3 hours for a meal. Plus, they tell us there's no more children's menu and no more roast potatoes—are they kidding us? But they know how to charge exorbitant bills for garbage. The vol-au-vent was disgusting and not even hot. Change of ownership. And the waitresses—they clearly didn't know the meaning of friendliness. Mother's Day ruined.

29/03/2026: It's an old restaurant and the owner also, but they try their best and have very good food for the price. Every Sunday they have two different 3 course menu. We have been many Sundays there because the price quality ratio is unbeatable and the older lady serving is very friendly.

02/12/2025: The restaurant was empty, and the menu? A scrap of paper! They didn't even have a drinks menu; we had to guess what we wanted and what they actually had!! 🧐 There was a heated argument between the cook and the waitress, which was really bad. The online menu is completely outdated, both in terms of price and the food itself. The food was disappointing; I could easily make the same thing at home myself 😅 They didn't even offer a carafe of water. The service was slow, and they didn't even ask how I wanted my meat cooked. I went home and ended up having to cook my own meal. I definitely do not recommend this place. 😒

29/11/2025: We were so looking forward to visiting this unique place; we'd only heard good things. So we took the trouble to book six days in advance, and what a surprise it was when, on that fateful Saturday evening, the day of our reservation, we found the doors locked. There was no note of apology on the door and no phone call to inform customers of the reservation (because, as professionals, we record the customer's phone number when taking the order). So we drove 70km for nothing. Thanks a lot, Jeep, we won't be back.

06/11/2025: We've been here several times and are always warmly welcomed and well served, especially by the hostess who is very pleasant and offers great advice. The menu is varied, blending traditional and exotic cuisine in a very pleasant jungle/lounge atmosphere. A sure bet when you want to relax in peace and treat yourself, even if it means having a proper communion meal ;)

03/03/2026: An unpretentious little inn with friendly staff, quick service, generous portions of decent quality, a pleasant, slightly old-fashioned atmosphere, and regulars, which is a guarantee of food safety 😊😉

11/04/2026: The service was truly disappointing, both in the dining room and the kitchen. Depending on the dish chosen, you'll either be pleased or disappointed. Prices are excessive.

20/04/2026: We ordered a tiered cake for my son's christening, and honestly, it was perfect. Everything was excellent, the work was superb, and all my guests were delighted. Thank you so much, I'll be back!

12/04/2026: As a long-time customer, I've noticed that there aren't many bakeries in Yutz, and I've had to admit that the quality is very inconsistent. I ordered a St. Honoré cake for Easter Sunday and received one that looked like it was two days old. The choux pastries were dry, and don't even get me started on the color. Extremely disappointed.

23/05/2026: I like lemon tarts, my daughter likes chocolate croissants, and my son likes apple tarts.

21/05/2026: The waitress served our cakes while wearing the gloves she'd used to mop the floor. Furthermore, €4.50 for a lemonade made only with tap water and lemon juice, not even sugar, is outrageous. Finally, the hot chocolate had a strange taste, a sort of salty aftertaste. I don't recommend it; as a long-time customer, I'm very disappointed.

14/05/2026: Fantastic lunch with friends! A varied menu, delicious food, and a warm atmosphere. The staff was lovely, and there was no wait. We had a great time and weren't disappointed.

16/02/2026: A rather pleasant establishment, warm welcome and good traditional cuisine at a good price.

08/03/2026: I got sick after eating the meat and waiting 35 minutes for my main course. At the end, we were told we couldn't pay by card. In short, I won't be going back.

01/03/2026: What a disaster! It started right from the beginning… we ordered Moselle wine from the menu as an aperitif, and the waitress arrived with a Côtes de Gascogne, saying she was substituting it because they didn't have any Moselle wine. We refused and ordered another wine, despite her surprise… The scallop and morel risotto was on the menu. We ordered the dish. The waitress told us there wouldn't be scallops and morels with it, but prawns, because they couldn't afford to buy scallops and morels… An hour and a half later, the dish arrived, and we were told it was taking a long time because we hadn't ordered a starter… The dish was good, but nothing special. The service was catastrophic; the waitress didn't understand any of our requests. When it came time for dessert, we decided to refuse and give up. Oh well, so much for dessert. Why does the chef employ such unqualified staff in the dining room? And what about the dining room… the tables are chipped, the baseboards are falling off… And the final nail in the coffin… “Our card machine isn’t working, you have to pay in cash.” I won’t even mention that the cashier didn’t know how to do the bill and, more importantly, was just guessing at the prices. She didn’t have any change, she was just bartering. It was like something out of a comedy sketch 😂 and the other customers felt the same way.

18/04/2026: First visit to this bar, threatened by a visibly drunk customer whom I never saw, the owner, although friendly, preferred to ask me to leave rather than to deal with this DANGEROUS person!

18/04/2026: Aggressive customer, he has the right to hit whomever he wants, and on top of that, he's being defended and we're the ones who have to leave. We can't call the police because this man's son is in the force... bravo!!!! Refused to be served because of this guy
