23/07/2026: A fantastic experience at Vertigadin. By far the best restaurant we've ever eaten at! The staff were incredibly kind. The service was always friendly and with a smile. Excellent from drinks to desserts. We highly recommend it!

As for the desserts, they were to die for! And of course, the service was on par with the desserts, the dishes, and the ambiance. A must-try!

A succession of dishes where seasonal produce, culinary expertise, and unexpected twists come together in perfect harmony. We sometimes forget to acknowledge the remarkable work of the front-of-house staff. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and discretion contribute significantly to the overall experience. At the Auberge de la Grange aux Loups, you feel at ease and, above all, you eat exceptionally well.

12/04/2026: A gastronomic establishment offering refined and inventive cuisine of consistently high quality. The welcome was a little too familiar; the unfiltered owner made some inappropriate remarks (and surprisingly addressed our friend informally, whom he didn't know...). Also, and somewhat less importantly, the restaurant could use a serious paint job, as it clearly hadn't been repainted in ages! Located in the middle of the countryside, this unlikely spot represents a bold gamble to attract customers seeking the kind of cuisine that absolutely won us over; therefore, the aforementioned drawbacks won't deter us from returning. An address to discover, absolutely!

09/05/2026: We were invited to the restaurant “Aux Trois Fleurs” to celebrate our friend’s 50th birthday and his twin daughters’ 18th, and it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Upon arrival, we were charmed by an aperitif served on the patio, accompanied by fresh, homemade canapés: small verrines and bite-sized morsels, delicate flavors… everything was delicious. We then explored the restaurant’s dining rooms, both magnificent, with beautiful exposed beams and spaces that were both elegant and welcoming. The service was impeccable: an attentive, professional, and always responsive team. As for the food, everything was perfect: for a starter, a tomato carpaccio with burrata, very fresh and flavorful; for the main course, grilled salmon served with a quinoa timbale and baby vegetables, perfectly balanced; and to finish, an absolutely delicious Paris-Brest-style cream puff dessert. A big thank you for this wonderful time in such a beautiful setting. An address we recommend without hesitation!

The dishes are prepared with finesse, the fresh vegetables are perfectly seasoned... and the portions are very generous. You can go there without hesitation! Thank you, Alain.

The meal trays were particularly well-presented, both in terms of style and packaging. The dishes were fresh, balanced, well-executed, and absolutely delicious. A high-quality experience, delivered with professionalism and real attention to detail. I highly recommend it.

04/06/2026: A lovely hotel in the perfect setting. Our room 104 had good views of the lake and chateau. The service is wonderful and the staff very accommodating to our lack of French language. Our room was very clean but the beds could benefit from being a little more comfortable. The rooms are quite Spartan. No parking but there is plenty of free parking around the town. Our meals in the hotel were very good, and wine is available by the bottle or caraffe.

23/07/2026: We were on our way back from vacation and took advantage of this stop right next to the highway for a refreshing and delicious break. We were served quickly and it was delicious. The town is beautiful and we easily found parking. We'll be back!

05/08/2026: The setting is magnificent, undeniably so, but unfortunately the service was subpar! We arrived about ten minutes before our reservation time for two people and asked for a table by the water. A table for four was available, but the waitress told us it wasn't possible and that we should have arrived earlier to have any hope of getting a good table. Fine, we accepted being seated in the middle of the terrace. The most frustrating part was that, fifteen minutes later, a couple arrived. The same waitress separated the very table for four we had requested to seat them… by the water. It's hard not to feel that the treatment depends on who you are! As for the food, I ordered a glass of wine as an aperitif. The glass was very thick, and the dishes weren't clean, which is unacceptable in an establishment of this caliber. The wait was then interminable. The service was far too slow, and after waiting much too long, we finally decided to leave before dessert. On the other hand, the waiter who looked after us was very pleasant, smiling, and professional. That was the only real positive point of this lunch. In the end, despite the exceptional setting, this experience left a bitter taste. We won't be back.
