10/06/2026: Everything was great: Maxence's welcome, the quick and high-quality service, and the truly excellent starter and dessert. The only slight issue was that my meat was initially undercooked and then overcooked with a burnt taste. These things happen, but everything is homemade. I highly recommend it! The owner is very kind.

02/05/2026: We were blown away by the food, from the appetizers to the desserts. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the meat and fish were cooked to perfection. The French toast with salted caramel butter was absolutely delicious. A huge congratulations, we'll be back!

08/06/2026: A very good experience at this charming restaurant in Rethondes. We opted for the Lobster menu, which offered dishes that were all very well executed and expertly prepared; it was perfect. The lemon-based dessert was undoubtedly the best lemon meringue tart I've ever tasted. The menu included an interlude with lemon sorbet and lemon cream. I don't usually like alcohol with desserts, and even less so with ice cream, but their cream (La Pulpeuse Citron) was truly very smooth and paired beautifully with the sorbet; you couldn't taste the alcohol at all. A good meal, a lovely setting, and welcoming staff.

07/06/2026: Excellent value for money, pleasant setting. The lobster menu is highly recommended, especially when paired with a bottle of champagne. A great stop before visiting the Château du Plessis-Brion.

02/06/2026: A lovely Sunday meal for Mother's Day. The dining room is airy, the tables are well-spaced: the setting is pleasant. A large terrace will entice us back. The menu is varied but not overwhelming with different dishes. The prices are reasonable. The service is friendly and attentive. We will return.

24/05/2026: We came for lunch today as a family of three. We had booked a table on the terrace for Sunday lunch. We received a very warm welcome. The meal was superb. The waiters and waitresses were fantastic, especially considering how busy it was. What more can I say? We had a lovely time. Thank you to the whole team.

23/05/2026: The setting is very pretty, however the service leaves much to be desired. The wait times are extremely long. Furthermore, the waffle is really not recommended; it's a mass-produced waffle, which is truly disappointing. Finally, the diabolo was very small, which is also a great shame.

20/04/2026: I celebrated my birthday at Le Puit Chantant and I couldn't have dreamed of anything better. The new owners are lovely, very attentive, and did everything to make the evening perfect. The menu was tailored to our needs, the organization was seamless, and the atmosphere was truly fantastic with a music quiz, karaoke, and dance music—everything was perfectly balanced. We also had a wonderful meal; kudos to the chef! A warm and welcoming place, a dedicated team, and a truly positive energy. Thank you for this wonderful experience; I will definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped by a warm atmosphere and incredible energy that immediately set the tone for the evening. The quality of the food is simply remarkable, with the chef's true creativity evident in every dish. A special mention goes to the salted caramel dessert taco: a true masterpiece that provided a perfect ending to the meal! A big thank you also to the owner, a man of rare elegance, who takes the time to circulate among the tables with finesse and tact to ensure everyone is having a wonderful time. His advice is invaluable and always spot-on. And how could I not thank Raphaële, who took on the challenge of getting the whole room to sing for my birthday—a truly touching moment that will forever be etched in my memory as I turn 40! I recommend it 1000%: a place that is definitely worth the trip! Thank you again for this exceptional evening. We will be back with great pleasure!

15/03/2026: Idyllic. The setting is soothing, the decor tasteful, modern, warm, and comfortable. You feel like you're in a cocoon, yet the design is understated. To top it all off, the wines, food, and breakfast are exceptional. An ideal getaway to recharge.

14/06/2026: VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I ordered and paid for a strawberry cake for a birthday, but when I went to pick it up, my order had been forgotten. No replacement cake was available. I was offered a raspberry macaron: very hard, with very few raspberries and almost no cream. A huge disappointment for such an important occasion.

13/06/2026: The shop is very clean, the staff are incredibly kind, and the bread, macarons, brioches, and pastries are excellent. A big thank you to you all.

18/06/2026: This lunchtime, we stopped at Sylvia and had a lovely time. We chose croque-madame sandwiches, followed by crème brûlée for dessert, both with coffee. Nothing complicated, but sometimes that's exactly what you want: a simple, well-prepared meal served in a pleasant setting. The croque-madame sandwiches were delicious, the crème brûlée was the perfect ending to lunch, and we left satisfied. A place where you feel comfortable taking a break in the heart of Chantilly, unpretentious, simply enjoying a good meal.

31/05/2026: We had the Croque Monsieur with a salad. Very generous portions. So well prepared. The wait staff was very accommodating and helpful. We arrived via train and they were so nice placing our bags (carry on size) out of the way. Although this restaurant is very busy, it took no time to get seated and served. We sat outside and enjoyed the company.
