03/10/2026: I never come here anymore, I'm more of a Marigny kind of person, and the way I was treated confirmed why I don't come here. Personally, I don't recommend it and I'll never come back. P.S. If you serve beer to customers, it's not just for profit; you also have to accept that people need to relax after a week of work. A word to the wise. In any case, this was my second time here and my last.

23/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A truly wonderful discovery at Galway! We had a fantastic time, both with the delicious food and the warm welcome. I started with a shrimp appetizer, bursting with flavor. Then, a flank steak with a truly excellent pepper sauce, served with wonderful homemade fries just the way we like them: generous, flavorful, and perfectly in keeping with the spirit of the meal. 😋 And to finish on a sweet note, the banana dessert with ice cream was simply delicious. A real treat from beginning to end! But what really makes the difference is the service. Our server was exceptionally pleasant, smiling, and professional. She took great care of us and truly contributed to making our experience even more enjoyable. A place where you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and leave with a smile. I highly recommend Galway and we will gladly return! 🍽️😊

17/09/2026: Whether it's the bread, pastries, or viennoiseries, everything is excellent. The flaky brioche is to die for! The staff is super friendly, and there are lovely little corners to sit and enjoy your meal. I highly recommend you try it, and you'll see!

16/09/2026: As regular customers, we ordered my wife's birthday cakes from them last weekend. As usual, it was a success, as both cakes were devoured! The service was perfect, the display case was full and well-organized, there was so much choice, and the products were fresh and truly delicious. I would definitely recommend it for an afternoon snack or for lunch, for example. See you soon! Maxime C

17/07/2026: Excellent training center, with outstanding instructors, especially Chef Jeudy, Chef Holleville, and Chef Paris, who guided me through five years of culinary training. A huge thank you to the director, Ms. Dupont, for the opportunity she gave me and all her support. A beautiful establishment and a very nice training restaurant. I highly recommend it for training or simply for enjoying a meal and a pleasant experience!

17/07/2026: A fantastic training center! Apprentices receive excellent support throughout their training, with a dedicated and attentive teaching team. The guidance is top-notch, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything is done to ensure the apprentices' success.

03/10/2026: Excellent experience at Relais du Valois... we've been several times and are always delighted with the quality of the food and the dishes offered... excellent value for money! I recommend it 200%, you can go there without hesitation for a delicious meal!

29/09/2026: A warm welcome, but a series of mishaps. Dishes arrived before the aperitif and starter. They were sent back to the kitchen. The aperitif and starter were served simultaneously. The salmon tagliatelle was actually made with gorgonzola... sent back to the kitchen again... so we ended up eating at different times. Complimentary aperitifs were offered for the inconvenience... thank you.

18/09/2026: Great! If I had to mention anything, it would be the seating process. Several people went straight to the bar to get a table, cutting in front of us. We waited for over 5 minutes, of course. It was busy, I understand. But being cut in line multiple times was unpleasant.

For cheese lovers, I've rarely seen such a wide selection and such excellent cheeses! This is our third visit, and we're never disappointed.

05/09/2026: I am always amazed by the finesse of Mr. Paumelle's cuisine, the wine pairings, and his cheese platter! An unexpected wealth of local produce. The desserts are sublime. A truly wonderful experience guaranteed. We are so lucky to have this restaurant!

02/09/2026: Passing through Beauvais, we booked this restaurant for lunch. A very good idea, as the meal was excellent. Very well located opposite the cathedral, the place is welcoming, with a simple yet well-executed layout. The level of the cuisine, from the aperitif (amuse-bouches) to the dessert, is very high, comparable to a Michelin-starred restaurant. The presentation of the dishes is superb. And it's delicious! You can chat with the manager who will serve you at your table, making for a pleasant experience. Bravo! Highly recommended!

14/09/2026: The worst restaurant of my life. They serve an awful tuna tataki on the daily menu, and when I couldn't finish it and told them what I thought, the owner came over and insulted me for two minutes. Unbelievable. And the prices are outrageous. Avoid at all costs.

28/07/2026: We booked a table to celebrate our two-year anniversary and we weren't disappointed. A small, cozy bistro, reasonably priced for the quality of both the service and the food. Friendly, welcoming, and attentive to its customers. A place we highly recommend.

26/07/2026: Actually, it's not the food itself that's the problem, but the service. The phone was unreachable, both the landline and mobile, to check if they had any availability. So we decided to go anyway, taking a chance. We went in, there were three of us, and the man was already behind his bar, not coming to greet us. I went over to him behind the bar and asked if there was any space (I saw two small empty tables). It was 1:30 PM, and he told me there wasn't. So, unfortunately, the service didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation.
