15/09/2024: The meal was excellent, the dishes were of good quality and plentiful. The service is very good and the atmosphere too.
08/09/2024: Traditional cuisine prepared with a lot of love, we are very well received and the service is impeccable.
The big disadvantage is that you have to reserve a table before coming, I came for nothing, it's a shame.

27/09/2024: We arrived at 9:40 p.m., there weren't many people anymore but we were still put next to the toilets, nice noise and the smell of hand gel. The menus given with traces of really disgusting food should be considered. The dishes arrived relatively quickly, we had flams, the goat's cheese was good but the salmon did not correspond to the description "cubes of roasted salmon" and we had very dry salmon crumbs for 15 euros.
But we finish well the purple ice cream is good.

The room was clean.
We arrived at 8:45 a.m. for breakfast (7 a.m. to 10 a.m.) and it was really difficult to find food. There was nothing left in the containers and the restocking took 1 minute (lack of organization or food). Very disappointed with the breakfast.
31/07/2024: I went there during a professional meeting and I absolutely do not regret my 3 night stay.
The staff was welcoming and friendly (responded to our slightest requests).
The catering was quite varied and excellent. All-you-can-eat breakfast to take to our rooms. We can see that the health protocol is extremely well respected.
Quiet and well-maintained site. Very clean and well equipped room.
I will return there for a leisure trip.

20/08/2024: Atterrati all'aeroporto di Beauvais e in direzione Normandia, abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per pranzo. Il ristorante è davvero molto carino e semplice. C'è poca scelta ma ottima e di stagione. Tutto perfettamente impiattato e ogni piatto avevo l'equilibrio giusto. Non abbiamo preso il dessert, ma ci hanno comunque offerto due bignè al cioccolato fatti da loro . Buonissimi
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
L'unica pecca, se dobbiamo trovarne una, è il servizio che è stato molto lento.

15/11/2024: Depuis le temps que je voulais essayer ce restaurant, je sais maintenant que j'y retournerai souvent.. produits frais, de qualité, les plats proposés changent de l'ordinaire. J'aime beaucoup la salle et sa disposition. On s'y sent bien, service impeccable.
06/10/2024: Façade qui paie pas de mine mais deco interieur dans le thème bistrots. Excellent acceuil. Ardoise courte sobre avec un menu à 36 E.P.D. les plats sont bien présentés avec de bon produit. C'est donc agréable et bon.

06/09/2024: Brunch for my lover's birthday on a Sunday at the end of August. In terms of food, it was okay, nothing more. The service was not the best - always had to look for someone to ask for water, clear the table. Then as we were the last, the team put everything away in front of us - and even vacuumed the inside! We were on the terrace - really missing a gardener - too bad because the castle is pretty in front when you arrive, but is in serious need of a refresh behind.

Clean and spacious room, very friendly staff and excellent swimming pool.
The place is ideal for having a good time and relaxing.

17/08/2024: Une nouvelle direction, une nouvelle équipe depuis avril 2024, et ce n'est pas évident de remplacer Fabienne, Jean-François et Lauriane après tant d'années en poste.
La nouvelle équipe a eu l'intelligence de reprendre la même formule le midi à 16 € du lundi au vendredi, la même cuisine maison et c'est bon.
Cela a pu en surprendre quelques uns au début et manifestement les clients, voire les habitués sont toujours au rendez-vous.
Bon rapport Qualité / Prix et en plus ils sont aussi sympas.
P.S. : Chut ... il ne faut pas le répéter mais c'est l'ancienne salariée d'une entreprise de Ferrières (76) qui a repris cette affaire en embauchant son ... ancien patron.
06/07/2024: We took a couscous to take away Friday evening it was excellent, it was a 4 part there was at least enough for 5 very generous.
The welcome was very good. Well done to the cooks, nothing changed. Very satisfied.

23/09/2024: Coupe de champagne à 30€ et Americano rempli de glaçons avec peu de matière (l'arnaque classique des barmans peu scrupuleux), par contre on vous rempli bien vos verres d'eau.
On sent la pression financière et s'est très désagréable quand on vient dîner et se détendre.
Service lent et très pompeux.
Pas d'accompagnement avec le plat, une première!
20/09/2024: Tout d'abord pour notre troisième visite en deux ans c'est toujours le même menu je n'ai jamais vu ça !!! de plus des plats alambiqués, compliqués qui n'apporte rien. Pour un restaurant que l'on dit un des meilleurs du monde faut quand même pas rigoler des restaurants étoilés de 1* à 3* bien mieux que celui-ci j'en ai fréquenté de très nombreux. Bon vent et que le remplaçant le remplace avantageusement.

20/09/2024: petit restau qui ne paie pas de mines a l'exterieur mais une très belle salle a l'intérieur cuisine simple mais délicieuse on y retrouve les saveurs d'antan.
accueil chaleureux quand au prix : excellent rapport qualité prix on y reviendra.
23/08/2024: Small family restaurant, simple but effective cuisine and above all a formula that defies all competition, I love it, try it you will not be disappointed.

The menu had a three-course dinner with optional wine pairings; which we had. Delicious and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

29/12/2024: There were 4 of us eating on a Friday evening, almost no one there. Honestly, it's not worth the price. The foie gras was not great, the dish with the vegetables was too dry and overcooked. A good wine list, nothing more
15/12/2024: I highly recommend this restaurant. Lunch was very good with good quality and well cooked products. We will come back to taste new dishes.
