23/11/2025: I've been a regular customer of this establishment for six months, but for the past two weeks I've been checking who's serving before going in because, unfortunately, there's only one waitress behind the counter, and she's completely unsuited to the job. I go elsewhere when she's there. No smile, an unwavering coldness, and no customer service whatsoever—a robot would be warmer. Madam, this profession is not for you. Thank you to Anne-Sophie and Soso for their exceptional kindness and professionalism.

20/01/2026: Coming from Montpellier for a business trip, I discovered this little restaurant with its retro feel, and what a marvel the steak tartare (sorry, Le Filet Américan!) was! A real treat, and above all, incredibly generous (like the people of the North I'm getting to know). Thank you for this beautiful dish and the slightly retro decor... Christian

30/08/2025: Warm welcome, meal for 4 on the shaded terrace (remember to book). Delicious mussels and fries (maroilles) and I loved the chicory ice cream! Excellent for recharging your batteries after a hike to Cap Gris Nez.

15/12/2024: Discovered it last night and what can we say... We loved it, everything was perfect! The setting is nice and original, the welcome is warm. The dishes all arrived hot with a beautiful presentation and above all really very good. The little birthday attention on the dessert plate had an effect on the main party. We had a great time at a very affordable price given the quality of the products offered!

22/10/2025: We discovered this restaurant two years ago and had a great meal there. Back in Sainte-Cécile for the weekend, we went back twice. The food is always as good, the welcome is warm, and the owners are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend this place.

25/01/2026: During a visit to the Le Galibot bar-restaurant in Lens, I was quite disappointed by the quality of the waffles, which frankly left much to be desired. They were completely uninteresting. It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant, but the culinary experience simply wasn't up to par this time.

09/07/2025: Disappointed with the menu, there isn't much choice left, even the burgers you can't add a steak anymore. As for dessert, my daughter and I had chocolate mousse which is also unlimited. Unfortunately, the mousse wasn't completely liquid, it was still 1:30 p.m. and the desserts weren't ready!!!! So disappointed with my visit.

04/02/2026: Don't order the "ch'ti" salad. It's bland. Uncut lettuce leaves, tasteless ham cubes. The fries are shriveled. The waitress at the bar spends more time on her phone than greeting or attending to her customers. That's a problem.
