15/02/2026: We went to L’Auberge d’Inxent for Valentine’s Day and everything was absolutely perfect. The menu was excellent, featuring fresh, local, and 100% homemade dishes. Each course was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with the fireplace adding a touch of charm and creating a very romantic setting. The wine list is also very extensive, with a fine selection chosen from local producers throughout France, which perfectly complements the experience. The staff is very pleasant, attentive, and professional. We had a wonderful time and a superb experience that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

16/05/2026: We can't comment on the hotel as we unfortunately weren't able to stay there… but we will most certainly return. As for the restaurant, it richly deserves its Michelin star. An explosion of flavors in every dish, the presentation and cooking are simply perfect… a huge congratulations to the chefs and also to the waiters and waitresses who present your meal with professionalism, smiles, and friendliness. Everything is absolutely perfect for a wonderful evening, and the value for money is more than reasonable. Thank you again for this marvelous experience.

13/11/2025: At the sports center, I've made it a habit to come every Thursday... a friendly welcome with smiles, generous and varied traditional cuisine... a pleasant setting... Everything is there to make this my regular spot until my retirement in early 2027!

09/11/2025: I had a flank steak with shallot sauce, which was cooked perfectly and very tender. The sauce was delicious too. Excellent value for money. The restrooms are very clean and accessible to people with reduced mobility (I know it's mandatory everywhere, but here they're really well-equipped). Well done to the whole team for your hard work every day.

20/04/2026: Great atmosphere. You can tell as soon as you walk in that you're going to have a good time. You can chat without being bothered by a waiter. The customers are respectful too. No pushy types, just people sharing a drink and/or a bite to eat. Our evening with a friend ended there, because we had no idea you could actually eat there.

And, incredibly, the last time she crossed in front of my car (April 19th, haven't seen her since), she decided to warn me by putting up her arm! It took me a while to understand her reasoning. Why force her way through? When she decides to cross, car or no car, she crosses...that's all! Besides, she wasn't working! So it was intentional to make my car stop, with that, oh so BEAUTIFUL SMILE! The following week, she was sick! I hope you're feeling better! I know, you're autistic and I'm not! And I'm not in your shoes! I'm just trying to understand you, is that wrong? And I'm not old-fashioned! Seriously! Reading helps you => it's great to read! In French or English! Good luck to you.
