31/12/2025: Completely bonkers 😜, funny and offbeat! The food is refined and delicious. The vegetables are grown by the chef, a surprising choice that revives forgotten vegetables. A big thumbs up from me. I highly recommend it without hesitation.

Original French cuisine with a thousand and one flavors, and a rich wine list with something for everyone! 28/11/2025: VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SOMMELIER We had lunch at this restaurant for a business meeting. After choosing the set menu, the sommelier came over and suggested a white wine. He then presented us with a bottle of Meursault (without showing us the wine list or prices), also suggesting a Saint-Aubin. At this point, it was difficult to refuse his recommendation in front of guests who seemed quite taken with them, especially since the wine list hadn't even been presented to us yet. The result: a bill of €270 for a bottle that was clearly not worth it. Too young, in my opinion.

24/01/2026: We felt right at home. The food was excellent and the service very warm. We thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere, which made for a delightful culinary escape. To all food lovers... come and dine in Albigny!

12/01/2026: Everything was perfect. There were nine of us, and we were able to try the entire menu; everything was exquisite! The service was also impeccable. Everything was served at once and piping hot. Go without hesitation!

24/01/2026: Original and constantly evolving cuisine, competitively priced for weekday lunches but a bit pricey the rest of the time; however, this is the price to pay for fresh, high-quality dishes that are constantly being created. Update January 2026: Following a period of decline a few years ago, we returned today. What a delight! Judging an establishment by the quality of its spotless restrooms would be rather reductive in this case. The gourmet menu is of exceptional quality, the service impeccable and very warm. Wines are served with the courses. A very pleasant atmosphere. The icing on the cake: they accept paper holiday vouchers—well done, as we end up spending more! Congratulations on the overall experience.

01/01/2026: New Year's Day meal with a group of 5 friends. It was okay, but the plates were cold, which was unpleasant—a shame for a group of 5. A bit pricey; we've had better.

13/12/2025: Perfect! A historic address where the cuisine is carefully prepared with good, fresh ingredients, the portions are generous, and the value for money is excellent. The waiters and waitresses are attentive, very professional, and truly passionate. We'll be back! 🤩

12/12/2025: I wanted to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this lovely brasserie, and I was treated to a calf's liver cooked to a perfect pink, a rare treat worth mentioning. The lemon tart was also only slightly sweet; again, it's rare to find this type of cake prepared with such precision. The service was pleasant, with a smile that was neither too quick nor too slow. A wonderful evening, exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely be back.

04/07/2025: Aux bons sauvages is a unique place. A bubble of conviviality on the quays of La Mulatière, locals, Lyonnais, and other aficionados meet there to share a good time. The food is good, the music is great (special mention to the jams on Thursdays), and we laugh. Zitouni and Oussama run the shop with expertise and humanity. Thank you
