03/07/2026: We received a fantastic welcome at this hotel; they were incredibly accommodating and practical regarding our bikes. The rooms are small but clean and functional. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We also ate there in the evening, and it was superb! The crepes were delicious! And the waitress was very friendly. In short, we felt very welcome. There's a lovely view from one side of the hotel! Thank you for the warm welcome!

29/06/2026: As long-time customers, we ordered two identical plates, each containing three pieces of meat that were tough and full of gristle. We pointed this out to one of the cashiers, who told us, "You're not the first..." No apology, no gesture of goodwill... It's a shame; it doesn't make us want to come back.

31/08/2026: While searching for a Korean restaurant near my accommodation in Paris, I visited this place because it seemed like it would be run by Koreans and had good ratings. Since I was returning home the next day after a trip of about 10 days, I was craving kimchi stew, so I ordered kimchi stew, soybean paste stew, and soft tofu stew. The kimchi stew was delicious with perfectly aged kimchi, and the soybean paste stew was tasty with a seafood flavor, but the soft tofu stew was bland and felt like something was missing. Overall, the food tasted good, but perhaps because they have lived in France for a long time, the curtness of the owner—who seemed to be new to the place—made me feel a bit awkward as a Korean visiting a Korean restaurant in a foreign land. The man who took my order was also very perfunctory; among all the restaurant staff I visited in Paris (including Amsterdam and Brussels), the lack of kindness or friendliness was among the worst I've ever encountered. It is a Korean restaurant, so couldn't they at least provide bottled water for free? (Of course, I suppose tap water would be free too.) Aside from the taste, I was left with a lot of disappointment.

21/08/2026: After several visits to La Brizolée during our week-long vacation, it's hard not to want to reinforce this establishment's positive reputation with enthusiastic recommendations. Beyond a menu that combines quality ingredients and culinary expertise in generous portions, the servers make you feel comfortable and are always attentive to your needs. Ultimately, La Brizolée is that essential place you look for when you want to enjoy what truly matters: spending quality time with family or friends. From the Doubs region, we'll miss this restaurant as much as we miss our vacation!

31/07/2026: We'd love to give it 6 stars, but it's not possible. The welcome was excellent. The atmosphere was pleasant. The dishes were very tasty, with a menu to suit all tastes. Vegetarians, we were in heaven! The cocktails were very original and well-made. In short, don't change a thing!

03/07/2026: Good evening. This establishment is to be AVOIDED… “Absolutely!!!” I can’t tell you anything about the reception, the service, or the quality of the food. I booked 48 hours in advance… directly… with (some doubt) WE WERE STILL LEFT IN FRONT OF A CLOSED DOOR!! P.S.: I’m being polite… But the insults… how can I put it… “they were like sheep from the Alps!” A word to the wise… Everyone should come to ST ROCH 3!!!

24/08/2026: Excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, and I particularly appreciated that the coffee included in the set menu was replaced with tea, organic no less, offered by the waiter. I highly recommend it!

08/04/2026: I really love this restaurant; I go quite often and it's always a pleasure to return. I almost always order the warm goat cheese salad—it's absolutely delicious. Sometimes the goat cheese is on bread, sometimes on croissants, and I enjoy both versions. The service is excellent, the servers are friendly, and it's a pleasure to go there every time. It's simple, good, and efficient; I'm never disappointed. I go back regularly without hesitation. 🙂

08/09/2026: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. We had booked a table for lunch to coincide with a Dragon Boat show and had specifically requested a table a little further back so we could eat in peace. This request was completely ignored: we were seated right in the middle of a walkway, in a particularly noisy environment. The service was also very poor, with little attention to detail and, most importantly, a large number of dishes on the menu were unavailable, leaving very few choices. As for the food, it was another huge disappointment: very average quality, uninspired presentation, and an overall impression more akin to cafeteria food than what one expects from a restaurant. Between the noise, the location (despite our prior request), the service, the lack of choice, and the quality of the dishes, we left very disappointed with this lunch. An experience we will unfortunately not repeat.

07/09/2026: The food was beyond mediocre: The mussels marinière were disgusting! In a tasteless broth! The chestnut ice cream was a scoop of vanilla ice cream with three large chestnuts stuck in it, and runny whipped cream! The bread was stale and defrosted! The service was adequate.

21/03/2026: A charming stopping point for a break, the service is friendly, the waiting time reasonable, the food could be improved (frozen minced meat so served medium).
