08/03/2026: We came every morning to enjoy a good coffee on this lovely sunny terrace while the children were at ski school.
The coffee and chocolate croissants are very good, and the welcome is pleasant and warm.
23/02/2026: We were ignored by the waitress inside who took the orders of three tables that arrived after us... We left and went to eat our crepes next door where the service was quick.

15/03/2026: We had an absolutely magical lunch at this restaurant. Every bite was delicious, but what truly made our meal unforgettable was our server. She told us she'd been in the business for about forty years, and it showed in every moment. She brightened our lunch with her kindness, attentiveness, and passionate advice. We left with hearts full of gratitude. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts; you are a treasure to this place. We will definitely be back!

16/11/2025: Extremely disappointing experience. I was a guest and didn't comment so as not to embarrass my host, but:
Overpriced wines: €8.50 for a fruity Italian wine by the glass with no appellation, and over €40 for a bottle of basic Gamay.
Regarding the vegetarian dish, "you have to trust the chef." This was translated 15 minutes before service, and he didn't know what he was going to send. I ended up with a slice of roasted squash, a side dish, for a menu costing over €38.
The desserts were advertised as homemade, but they probably weren't; otherwise, how could a chocolate fondant arrive cold?
Not to mention the dog in the kitchen entrance... Truly far from the hygiene standards of the industry.
Despite the good intentions of the staff, it just wasn't good enough. Nothing lived up to the prices, despite the promising setting...
It's time to rethink your positioning or change chefs.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and kindness. The owners are incredibly friendly, attentive, and passionate about what they do, making the experience even more enjoyable.
As for the food, it's simply divine: flavorful, generous dishes, carefully prepared to showcase high-quality ingredients. Every bite is a delight!
Between the friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, and delicious cuisine, this is a place I wholeheartedly recommend. A place where you feel right at home… but even better.

13/03/2026: I'm really disappointed with the staff's welcome, especially the physiotherapist and the bartender who just walks by without stopping when you ask for a drink, as if you're bothering them!
I've read the reviews and I see there are a lot of negative ones for such a small casino. The responses are promising for staff improvement, but in fact: I visited in March and the welcome was the same! When you come to a small casino, you expect a warm welcome, and that's definitely not the case. And don't even get me started on the machines, which are outdated and offer very little choice.
08/03/2026: There's a real problem with the service; the dealers are incompetent and unpleasant, all they care about is tips! And as for the bartender, I didn't see him! Judging by all the bad reviews, I'm not the only one saying it: the staff needs to be re-evaluated!

Hotel Restaurant Auberge de Savoie

02/01/2026: We stayed three nights at the Auberge de Savoie in Moûtiers with friends.
The welcome was very good, and the staff were pleasant and smiling, which was much appreciated.
However, our experience was severely marred by serious issues with comfort and cleanliness.
From the moment we arrived, there was an extremely unpleasant sewer smell in the room. Air freshener plugs were already in place to mask the odor, but they were toilet air fresheners, which still left a persistent and very unpleasant smell. So much so that all our clothes left smelling of it, even those in our suitcases.
The carpet in the room was in a deplorable state: numerous questionable stains, a very dirty appearance, to the point that we didn't dare walk barefoot or in socks. It clearly hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The box spring was also stained (including with blood), which is unacceptable.
Other negative points:
• No safe in the room
• The two single beds were not at the same height, and the mattresses were very worn
• We had pushed the beds together to sleep as a couple, but housekeeping systematically separated them again
• The trash was not emptied
• The blankets were barely made, giving the impression of sloppy cleaning
On the positive side, the bathroom was reasonably clean.
In summary, despite a friendly welcome, the overall condition of the room and the lack of cleanliness do not meet the expectations one has for a multi-night stay. Significant improvements are needed regarding hygiene, room maintenance, and odor control.
19/12/2025: Excellent inn, 100% Savoyard. I highly recommend it. And above all, a very good restaurant.

The team was dynamic and incredibly friendly!! Great sport with a magnificent view, good music, and a super warm welcome for us and our dog.
The perfect spot at altitude in La Rosière!
We'll be back no matter how long the hike takes.

18/03/2026: Hot chocolate with whipped cream is a must. Friendly staff. A cozy spot by the fireplace, perfect for bad weather. Accessible on foot.

04/11/2025: Great time with the family, we were right to arrive early. The meal was perfectly fine, the desserts were nothing special.
01/11/2025: Stopped by several times for a coffee or a drink, small platters... alone, with family, or for a business meeting. After several years, I've concluded: a lot of turnover, very young servers, probably paid a pittance according to the pay scale, and the same managers rotating through the chain's establishments (you rarely see them in the dining room, not even during rush hour). In short, the recipe for toxic, cushy management that damages the city's reputation, and which should be replaced by people passionate about their work and who know how to run a business. And also, probably, they should pay them properly to avoid driving away their staff and discouraging young people from this wonderful profession. I recently remember a young woman, Lola, I think, who deserves to be a manager. Quick, professional, smiling, but stressed. You can feel the stress of the servers and the difficulties they face. People clearly come here for the setting, the proximity to the Parc Floral. It's magnificent. So it's justified on the bill, nothing shocking. BUT, the staff is underpaid and exploited. There are long delays between The moment we were seated, the moment our order was taken, and then we were served—even during quiet periods. But during rush hour, it's terrible. Every time, it saddened me to see the waitresses (and sometimes waiters) running around in all directions, left alone when people arrived in groups, without time to clear and clean the tables, constantly being called away. And with no colleagues coming to help, they had to deal with the discontent of customers who had the wrong people. I know I won't return to any of the Epikur group's establishments until the management changes. And I advise both locals and tourists against it. One of the few quality restaurants, L'Estrade, has closed; we won't find that same quality at La Rotonde, even though it has everything to be an exceptional establishment because of its location. A huge waste.

19/03/2026: Excellent experience at Chalet les Cigales!
After a bad experience right next door, what a pleasure to discover a restaurant with a warm welcome, a smiling and attentive team, and efficient service.
We were very well received in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. The dishes were delicious, generous, and served with a smile, which makes all the difference. You can feel a genuine concern for the customer and a desire to do things well.
A great place to eat in La Toussuire, where you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. I highly recommend it, and we will gladly return.
13/03/2026: Upon arriving at the restaurant, we discovered a sign saying "Reservations only or wait here." A waitress told us she had called her manager, who ignored us for five minutes before finally deigning to ask how many of us there were (five). The response: "We'll finish what we have to do and see if we can perhaps clear a table for you," without specifying a time, then left without a word. In short, we were treated like dogs.

22/03/2026: The waitress scooped up the spilled digestifs from the tray and poured them into a glass, which she then served us. The service was incredibly unpleasant. The food was truly awful (especially the tartar, and the ground beef was served raw with a few other ingredients).
17/03/2026: Fantastic family-run restaurant, authentic atmosphere, top-notch service.
I highly recommend the homemade lasagna, which is incredible and well worth the trip.

01/11/2025: A pseudo-trendy restaurant. Predominantly full of show-offs. A bit tacky. They fill your plate with the powder from their sparklers. And a DJ who only plays a 70s/80s playlist.
Not a repeat. Avoid it. It's not worth the price.

03/03/2026: We had a great experience at La Sivoliere. All the staff were very kind, warm, helpful and professional with a smile always on their face. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel home away from home. The service was perfect. The rooms were small but cozy and equipped with everything we need. The ski shop was great with always the great help of Antonio and Coralie. The Concierge team tried to accommodate all our requests with patience. The reception team were always ready for anything. Finally, all the shuttle drivers were super nice and real gentlemen. We will definitely go again there next year.
25/02/2026: ❗️Be careful when booking! Information about this room on the website does not match reality and is misleading.
In fact, the Suite is significantly smaller than advertised and is not suitable for accommodating 4 people. The living area is extremely small:
❌ not enough space even for basic comfort
❌ no proper space for storing belongings
❌ impossible to move freely
❗️The actual conditions do not correspond to the stated room category.
In addition, the real size and layout of the room do not match the photos on the website. The room looks much bigger online than it actually is this is misleading ❗️
The advertised view of the forest or mountains also does not match reality the view is restricted, and this is not mentioned anywhere ❌
❗️It is important to note that we were not the only guests facing this issue — there were other guests at the reception who were also complaining and arguing about the same problem.
I consider the information provided about the room to be misleading.
❗️If no solution is offered by the hotel, we will escalate this matter through the booking platform and relevant authorities, including seeking compensation.
❌ Overall, this was a very negative experience. I do not recommend.
