11/03/2026: I completely agree with the negative reviews regarding the waiter who seemed completely out of it, attending to other tables before ours. We had to call him twice before he even acknowledged us. It took 20 minutes to get a beer and then 45 minutes to get our daily special (served by another waiter) even though the terrace was practically empty. A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE

11/03/2026: We came this week and ordered with a waiter. We waited over 15 minutes for two beers and a chocolate, and the waiter came back to us and said he'd been in the kitchen and therefore hadn't served us. Your employee seemed lost; we wondered if he'd been drinking alcohol given his state. So we left without ordering anything!

25/01/2026: The worst bar in Chambéry! The staff are incredibly rude, no greeting, no thank you, no human warmth whatsoever. Orders are taken 30 minutes after we arrive. And all this for the price of a coffee and a hot chocolate…!!! Avoid at all costs.

19/10/2025: So here we have reached, not the summits, but the human stupidity of high-altitude catering. If you arrive in traditional ski gear, you are looked down upon and put in a corner. EVERYTHING is overpriced, the music is way too loud, you can even hear it from the top of La Saulire! An establishment like we no longer want in Courchevel, fed up with this kind of wart at the top of our beautiful mountains. Return to traditional and accessible.

29/08/2025: Rude waiter and super expensive. Also super loud. People are coming to the mountains to relax not listen to your stupid music. Food is average, nothing special.

24/01/2026: Okay, the Caesar salad was good, but the fries were definitely very, very frozen…! It's fine in a pinch, but don't expect haute cuisine! The waiters are friendly!

17/03/2026: The small bowls at the salad bar were full of water. Not wet, just a puddle at the bottom. I asked an employee for a napkin to wipe a bowl so I could serve myself. She brushed me off and left. I did the same. Perhaps it would be a good idea to review how customers are treated, not just the staff. And perhaps wiping the bowls after they come out of the dishwasher would be a good idea too.

15/03/2026: I have never seen such appalling service. • The welcome: I had barely ordered a hot chocolate when the waitress verbally attacked me, replying, "Yeah, well, a coffee!" Clearly, the concept of choosing your own drink is not part of the plan. • The service: When I politely asked for my hot chocolate to be made by hand, I was rudely ushered towards a machine. • The quality: The icing on the cake? The hot chocolate was salty. Undrinkable. Friendliness is free, but apparently not here. I absolutely do not recommend this place; avoid it if you want to be treated with even a modicum of respect.

30/03/2026: Maybe some of the best on the slopes food in the resort. Great ambiance. Always a pleasure to stop there for lunch. Strongly recommended.

26/03/2026: Top food had a great time here Starters great - morel casserole to die for and the truffle eggs. Pain perdu was awesome. Service great will be back for sure

03/05/2025: Lovely tent on the way to the Dutchweek tent. Always pleasantly busy and the TV is always on with sports. The service is very friendly and fast. The food is excellent, especially for the price and the crepes are especially delicious (recommended: Québécoise crepe!).

02/03/2026: Well… if you have an hour and fifteen minutes of your life to waste, feel free to go to this shop where the atmosphere was not for sale, just like the drinks. 1 hour and 15 minutes for 3 Viennese chocolates (which we didn't even get), nobody to come and see us… I do not recommend it.

04/03/2026: Disgusting Simply awful This place supposedly has a reputation for being a must-visit in Courchevel For those wondering whether to go, apart from the singer who is great, everything else is catastrophic!! The food is abominable And the cleanliness is nonexistent; we sent back the salad because there was a bug inside... In short, avoid it

27/01/2026: The quality has declined recently, the main course is basic and a bit heavy, the dessert is industrial, which is a shame because the team is very friendly.

01/01/2026: Frozen waffle, unpleasant staff, dropped my crepes on the road and still served them at the table. I had to argue with the waiter to get them to replace them. AVOID
