02/04/2026: A great place with a fantastic atmosphere and delicious food

01/03/2026: A small, very cozy restaurant where they even prepare the meat on a grill right there in the restaurant. We went there because of the good reviews. Reservations are absolutely essential. You can also make them online, but you have to leave a €50 deposit per person! The restaurant is therefore very busy. This was also reflected in the service: impersonal, rushed, and not very communicative. We had a Savoyarde fondue, which was extremely runny. The cheese and white wine didn't blend at all. The green salad was quite tasteless, and the accompanying bread often fell apart in the fondue. The ham was nothing special either. The red wine was too cold. We also had dessert and coffee. Before we had even finished the coffee, the bill was placed on the table WITHOUT us asking. So, for us, it's quite clear – we can do without it.

11/02/2026: My partner and I have been going to Castello d'Enzo restaurant several times a month for the past few months. It's always so delicious! The meats are melt-in-your-mouth tender, always accompanied by fresh vegetables 🥰 We get the lunch special and the portions are really generous 😋 Even the appetizers and desserts are delicious and homemade 🙏 The value for money is excellent 😉 The staff is lovely, and since we come often, we've developed our little routines, haha ​​😊 I highly recommend it! Thank you!

04/06/2026: If you're looking for quality and friendly service, look elsewhere. We have a small dog, and the sign at the entrance says: "Terrace and garden at the back." I introduce myself and ask if it's okay for two people with a small dog. The response is, "I haven't trained it yet, given the weather..." "Please sit here, table 2, so you don't bother anyone with the dog..." We felt welcomed right from the start. I ask to see the menu: the response is, "I am the menu..." In short, it's not at all appealing, and what's more, the food is bland. In summary, we won't be back.

07/04/2026: Thank you to the servers for raising the bar! The owner is awful. He's condescending and speaks rudely to his employees! Luckily, the servers are impeccable and very friendly! Special mention to Victor, who is a fantastic server!

22/03/2026: One of the absolute best hotels I've ever stayed at! Absolutely magnificent and wonderful service. It was absolutely amazing, bravo! A hotel you just have to go back to!

15/03/2026: We stayed at the Hotel Le Blizzard in Val d'Isère for a week last year and loved the experience. Unfortunately, this second stay was somewhat disappointing in several ways. 1. The reception staff weren't particularly welcoming. 2. Housekeeping didn't come to our room every night, and even when they did, they didn't always leave water. Two nights, we found our pajamas, which had been on the bed, on other furniture—quite surprising for a hotel of this standard. 3. Breakfast was also disappointing: several dishes were cold on multiple occasions. 4. Dinner at the La Luge restaurant was terrible. 5. We unfortunately booked a massage at the spa on the wrong day (an error on our part, which we fully acknowledge). However, we would have appreciated a bit more flexibility from the hotel, for example, the possibility of rebooking at least one of the two massages free of charge or at a discount. 320 euros down the drain. It wasn't all bad, though: the room was very nice and the bar always has a great atmosphere in the evening, very cozy! We also had a fantastic dinner at La Mourra.

10/04/2026: The food was terrible. My burger was medium-rare instead of rare, the bun was cold, the bacon was half-cooked, and the cheese was just thrown on haphazardly and not melted. The pizza had absolutely no pizza flavor; I've never had such a thin crust—all you could taste was the cheese. Thank goodness the pizza was there, because I couldn't eat the burger.

09/03/2026: Excellent daily menu. Friendly welcome and quick, efficient service. Lovely terrace overlooking the village center.

11/07/2026: We came in the restaurant rather late (restaurant closes at 14:00), the staffs are super friendly, arranged everything they have from the kitchen - freshly made healthy home cooking style - we left (with two young kids) fed and happy. We do not speak French and staffs do their best to explain all in English to us. Thank you so much for the hospitality, definitely recommend and will return once in the region again!

18/03/2026: Homemade cuisine...plenty of choice...a plated buffet where you pay for what you choose to put on your plate...a family atmosphere! Everything is there for a good time...
