22/02/2026: Disappointed. The "supreme" was just a small chicken leg with very little garnish; considering the price, you expect better. The atmosphere was too noisy. The music wasn't great for a Saturday night. It's a shame it's going downhill...

25/01/2026: - Staff: Only one waitress for the entire dining room. The manager stood there watching her colleague run around; that's very professional… sometimes you have to put in the extra effort. Especially when it comes to customer satisfaction and minimizing wait times. Huge waits for our orders, for drinks, and for our food. Staff who didn't know their menu. A simple question about the ingredients in the "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was answered with "I don't know." We weren't the first to order it that evening; a quick glance at the previous tables would have been helpful. Security guard: What's the point of having him? An additional waitress would have been more useful. - Food: Inflexible. Impossible to change an ingredient in a dish, e.g., replacing the chicken with a steak in a burger. No alternatives were offered. Hot box (served for 2 people): only 1 slice of ham + 3 slices of rosette sausage (enough for 2 people). Served without salad or spoons. When we asked for extra charcuterie, it was a farce: we were brought only one slice of ham (for two people), with the express assurance that it would be free of charge (thank goodness!). - DJ: extremely loud music, so loud that we couldn't stay inside for long once the volume was turned up during dessert. Our evening was cut short. The playlist was clearly wedding music, with no contemporary tunes (so much for transitions). This establishment has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of work. This review is intended to suggest improvements, not to criticize the establishment.

03/04/2026: Super friendly with a great welcome and really cool service from Thomas – he's incredibly kind and very professional, well done! The food was delicious and the sunny terrace was perfect 🤩

19/03/2026: The computerized reservation system is malfunctioning; our reservation wasn't registered despite the payment being processed. Apparently, the servers are aware of the problem, but the person who took our payment didn't offer a single apology… he was very pleased with his full terrace and didn't seem to care about this issue, which could potentially harm his business.

23/03/2026: We had dinner one evening, the four of us, at Le Plancher des Vaches. Everything was perfect. From the reservation, where the owner offered to call me as soon as a table became available (which he did at 8:25 pm), as I was hesitating between the two seatings, 7 pm and 9 pm, right up to dessert. We already know where we'll eat next year on our last day of skiing.

19/03/2026: The waitstaff and cooks are fantastic. However, the owner is really not great. They wouldn't allow a stroller for a one-year-old... The mother went back to put the little one to bed and therefore didn't finish her meal... This is truly the first time in 50 years in the restaurant business (I'm a restaurateur) that I've seen anything like this... Luckily, your waitresses and cooks are excellent. Sir, I invite you to visit one of my establishments in Normandy anytime.

31/03/2026: Location and deco are top. Food is good (only good, not WOW). So not in line with the prices (very expensive) to start with. Service is awful and at the opposite of the “premium” prices… Should have paid attention to the reviews - first and last time there. There are PLENTY of BETTER OPTIONS (in that price range or less expensive) in Val or Tignes, where people are actually happy to welcome you and to serve you excellent food

31/03/2026: This is the place to suggest to someone you don't like/cares more about the gram than eating. Pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews without any description are fake given they always come after a bunch of people have given 1 star ratings... Really disappointed by my experience here. Whilst the location and views are truly epic, that is simply the only thing going for this establishment. The food was incredibly overpriced and poor quality (even considering Val d'isere prices), the markup on drinks was extortionate (again, I'm basing this on what you'd expect to pay in Val d'isere), the food was all stone cold when it came out, getting a waiters attention was a lesson in patience, and when the bill came we had to get them to correct it 3 times because they added so many things to the bill we never even ordered. I'm writing this review the day after visiting, where over half our group are suffering from food poisoning. 1 star is only because I can't give 0.

06/03/2026: The wait was endless; I had to call the waiter myself even though the restaurant was practically empty. The waiter was very nice, though. The food was awful, not homemade at all, just terrible.

03/03/2026: Hello, we've owned property in Tignes for a few years now, and this is our first time at this restaurant. It's a very reputable establishment with attentive staff, the young people are very friendly, and the service is top-notch. The meals are very generous and quite reasonably priced for Val-d'Isère. Our children ordered the children's menus, received a free cocktail and games, and ate half portions, just like us. A truly excellent establishment, not to be missed for a great family outing. Our digestif was even offered to us on the house. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing! See you soon. Yann

22/03/2026: We ate there twice, the pizza chef is excellent. We weren't planning on ordering pizza, but it was a very pleasant surprise! The desserts are good too. The self-service system isn't very welcoming, but frankly, we weren't disappointed with anything else. A very pleasant surprise.

14/03/2026: The La Bergerie mountain restaurant in Valfréjus boasts a lovely location, and the place itself is pleasant. It could be a truly fantastic spot for a break in the mountains. Unfortunately, the major drawback is clearly the service, especially at the bar. A particularly unpleasant young waitress, without a smile and unfriendly, made us feel like we were bothering her when ordering. The waiter, for his part, was impressively slow. The result: phenomenally long wait times at the bar, which completely ruined the experience. We especially get the feeling that they're taking advantage of being the only restaurant at this altitude, which means customers don't really have any alternatives. It's a shame, because with decent service, the place could be truly enjoyable. But as it stands, the welcome and service don't even deserve one star.

28/03/2026: With a view of the lake, I went several times for a drink, inside or on the terrace; the atmosphere is nice at lunchtime in the quiet or in the late afternoon, with a few more people.

26/02/2026: I think I forgot my electric toothbrush! Ideal for business trips, close to Albertville city center, quiet, and comfortable enough. You can arrive late; everything is set up to ensure your arrival.

17/02/2026: Hotel not chosen for its location, but it wasn't great either. Ridiculous room, bed only 120cm wide, otherwise the bed would have hit the walls, no bedside table. Decor straight out of the 70s. Soundproofing practically nonexistent. Woke up by the upstairs neighbor at 5 am, no air conditioning. Outdated bathroom. Wooden floor covered with a coating to look cleaner, but noisy; you can hear everyone moving in the hallway and in the rooms. A tiny desk. To avoid getting depressed, I had to change hotels the next day.

28/02/2026: We were just passing through and received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal. We will be back.

04/11/2025: We didn't have time to eat. We had mentioned upon arrival that we had an hour and a half to eat. Despite this, we left without eating. Really disappointed.

25/02/2026: Having been in Val d’Isère for several years, particularly during the Grand Marnier era, I've noticed that some people seem to be mistaken about the establishment when they leave negative reviews. The crêpes at O ​​Rendez-Vous (now La Petite Crêperie) are excellent, and the Nutella crêpe is €7, not €7.50, which makes me question the veracity of some comments or where they were actually made. As a regular customer, I mainly see a close-knit, efficient, and always smiling team that does its best to serve customers quickly. Before posting a review, it would be important to verify that it concerns the correct establishment, as several comments are completely unfounded.

31/03/2026: I didn't like the crepes at all, and the strawberry diabolo wasn't fizzy, so it was just the dregs of the bottle. I also didn't appreciate the Coke being served directly into the glass.

26/03/2026: Outrageous... we came to eat and my friend had a suitcase because she was leaving the resort. There were barely two tables in the restaurant, so it wasn't full at all... The owner spoke to us very rudely, without any kindness or politeness, telling us that the suitcase had to stay outside even though it was snowing heavily because she didn't have enough space. 1. Only 2 out of 10 tables were occupied. 2. There's a way to speak to people.

29/01/2026: We had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food is excellent, as is the service. The team is dynamic, attentive, and very professional. The decor and ambiance are lovely. I highly recommend it. The prices are very reasonable for the level of quality offered, especially compared to other lakeside restaurants. We each ordered the Alchemist menu, with an aperitif. The cooking and flavors were perfect. I highly recommend it.

22/12/2025: -Under New Ownership- Magnificent Thai cuisine 🤩🤩🤩 Warm atmosphere and attentive service. The cocktails and wines are extraordinary. A taste of Thailand in the heart of the mountains. Thank you for this experience. We will be back very soon for a family dinner or takeaway.

20/12/2025: Newly open thai authentic restaurant this year. The food was amazing. We eat pad thai, green curry, and pad kra pao it was delicious. 1st thai authentic restaurant in courchevel. The service was good. The portion was big. If any of you craving for asian thai food. You must try this restaurant.

04/04/2026: I've never been treated so badly in a restaurant. The woman with short, white hair and bangs was extremely unpleasant. She even refused to tell me where the restrooms were; I still don't understand why. I had to ask her colleague (who was kind and friendly) after asking her three times. I can't comment on the food (which looked very good) because I only stopped for a coffee and a drink. But I was so put off by this woman that I'm leaving such a negative review, hoping she's not the owner.
