Ideal for a short stay.
Free internal parking.
Quiet place.
The catering is excellent with very good value for money.
It's a pleasure to eat a good meal in the evening with half-board with homemade cuisine, quality products and quantity!

very clean room

but hotel in the city center, non-air-conditioned room with large view and very noisy and busy street
a good welcome all the same but there was no hook at all!!!
In short, we won't come back

18/04/2024: Decoration redone for the Bar part since 2021 (less cocoon and fun). Clientele too international and poorly educated. Rooms identical to 2021 but very good in practical comfort and space.
Restaurant service lacking flexibility.
Ski Set inside and very professional staff, very flexible and adaptable to the situations of each skier unlike restaurants.
Comfortable room but bathroom smelling musty because the hotel chose pretty floor tiles that retain humidity.
Ideal location.
Impeccable reception service and concierge.
The hotel has its own parking lot. Not cheap (Val Thorens!) but very practical.
15/04/2024: This is an amazing hotel. Excellent location. Rooms are good but not cleaned properly. You have to ask for things like water, tea bags, dusty.
We were a big group of vegans and vegetarians. At first reading the reviews we were disappointed to book the hotel as they were not good for restaurants. We spoke to the managers for both the restuarant and they went out of their way to make us delicious vegan food. We had small kids and they took care of their dietary requirements. Staff are excellent with amazing service. We are planning to go back next year.

14/12/2024: Simply came to have a butter and sugar crepe for 4.5 euros, I'll let you judge the result in the photo.
This is not surprising when we see the perfect mastery of the food hygiene rules of this establishment: butter in the open air, the same for the pancake batter and the chocolate. I went to tell them that this seemed problematic in relation to food hygiene, I was told that they were up to standard and that they could not put the lid back on between two customers in the middle of a "rush" (1 customer every 15 minutes at 3 p.m.)
09/12/2024: I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a galette and the quality was really poor: the dish lacked flavor, and the ingredients seemed not very fresh. The presentation also left something to be desired. In addition, the service was not attentive and not commercial. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this establishment in Chambéry.

25/01/2025: SERVICE AND QUALITY: Low level dishes contrary to the price charged.
The waiter was inexperienced and rude.
The meal (fondues and burgers) arrived almost at the same time as our aperitif.
We kindly commented to the waiter, telling him that we wanted to have the dishes after finishing our drinks, because fondue with a cocktail wasn't great.
The dishes were kept warm, the result: the fondue arrived with an unpleasant texture, just like the burger.
In addition, the portion sizes are not there.
Conclusion :
The service is deplorable and the quality of the dishes is very low compared to the price.
There are other cheaper and significantly better restaurants in the building.
24/01/2025: A nice brasserie, a rather friendly welcome and efficient service. The daily specials are varied and can be served with salad 🥗
I also tried one of their burgers… a treat.
Halfway through my stay, it’s a safe bet that I’ll go back

-ve We were in the vip area, and we paid a lot. However, unnecessary cheating in our bill, they add 100 euro charge for the power bank that they put on the table and we didn't ask for, it was a shame, I was there many times this is the 1st time, I was scamed.
14/05/2024: Probably the most disrespectful experience of my life. Showed up on 3/31/2024 and were met with a horrible experience, including:
1. Having the staff stand behind the bar and almost refuse to serve us, despite being open
2. Pretending to not speak English (you are a bartender at Folie Douce…)
3. Refusing to get the shot ski when requested because it is “too far away”
4. Cheering us out of the establishment when we left
Made a lot to effort to make it to the bar and was disgusted with the treatment. What a joke.
UPDATE: Email to their team was ignored entirely, took no responsability for the poor treatment of me and my friends.

28/08/2024: Dîner à quatre en famille avec Reservations, nous avons été placés tout de suite à l’arrivée. Le cadre est très agréable déco très sympathique mais ça on s’y attendait après avoir vu les photos sur Internet. C’était le dernier jour de service pour l’été. Ils allaient fermer jusqu’à la saison d’hiver mais ils ont au moins le mérite d’avoir ouvert pendant le mois d’août. C’est déjà pas mal. Il y avait donc un petit peu moins de choix sur la carte mais tout le monde a trouvé son bonheur.
Évidemment, l’addiction est un peu salé, mais c’est en rapport avec l’emplacement qui est parfait dans la station et la réputation du lieu.
Bref, ça vaut quand même le détour.

I am going to share with you our very bad experience in this “altitude self”.
After a long morning of skiing, we decided to stop off to eat at La Bergerie for its more than ideal location in the Valfréjus ski area.
When we arrived, we got into the VERY long queue for the cafeteria. Understandable during peak hours. But after a real 30 minutes of waiting, we hadn't moved a single meter and no one was served. There was simply no one to cash in, the kitchen was a mess. After an hour we have our tray.
I took a photo of the plate of steak and fries that was served to me. What scandal?? Where are the quantities?? The steak is poorly cooked, and has no taste, the unfortunate 3/4 fries are not salty...
The asking price is outrageous.
We came out 1h30 later, we were hungry.
I usually do self-catering in other stations, we don't come to have extremely high quality cuisine, but we should at least put in the quantities.
