30/08/2024: Un endroit hyper agréable, vous êtes accueilli par Florence et Fabrice avec une grosse dose de chaleur humaine et de sourir. La cuisine parfaite autour des fromages savoyards. Mais pour ceux qui n affectionnent pas le fromage , le Tartare de bœuf est un bon choix.

28/09/2024: An excellent time in this very good quality restaurant. The “confidence” menu is extra and very generous. The dishes are of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff. The Chef: Extra, he’s the one who comes to take your order at the table.

08/09/2024: Fans of the Atelier that we have known since its beginnings. Anneciens, every time we go to Chambéry, we stop at the Atelier. Always perfection, the same know-how. Gilles and his foie gras, unmissable, you will be delighted.

23/08/2024: Accueil sympa, ambiance superbe, vue sur le four à bois, serveuse efficace, très gentille et professionnelle. Quand aux plats, tout est parfait. Os à moelle, œuf cocotte aux cèpes un régal suivi d’une matouille et d’un reblochon fondue, très copieux, charcuterie délicieuse, rien à redire. Un petit génépi offert par la patronne. 09/09/2024: During the weekend in Chambéry, we tried this restaurant. It starts with a very friendly welcome. The dishes are tasty and generous. From starter to dessert, no false note. Very good restaurant, I recommend it.

31/08/2024: We took the tasting menu, very very generous for a dinner. Two starters, a main course, a fish, a cheese dessert and then dessert. Everything was good on a semi-gastronomic level. We had difficulty leaving because we ate so much! The waiter was very kind, took great care of us and was also very affable. The restaurant deserves its positive reviews, the products are fresh and the flavors varied. The outdoor terrace was a nice surprise. We will come back.

23/09/2024: We came to have dinner at this restaurant. The retro atmosphere is charming, everything is very clean and well arranged. The appetizers were delicious, except the watermelon one where the contrast with the onion was too pronounced, I couldn't finish it. The same goes for the tomatoes: the dish demonstrated technique and research, but in terms of taste, nothing exceptional. The pork was very good, but the sage flavor inside the roast was perhaps a little too present and did not leave enough room for the demi-glace, although it was skillfully prepared. The olive dessert really surprised me, I highly recommend it. The choice of bread and the service in general, in a bistronomic style, deserve. Some pairings should be rethought, perhaps with a little less technique but more familiarity in flavors. We will definitely come back to try new dishes.
