10/10/2025: A restaurant with a unique and charming decor. The music was a little too loud for my taste, but still pleasant. There were three of us, and my friends' dishes were apparently good. For me, the beef tartare was "tough" and unseasoned despite the small cup of capers. The knife-cut tartare wasn't salted, peppered, or even seasoned with condiments. The portion was minimal for a price that suggests a certain amount. Very disappointed and leaving hungry, I won't be returning.

Pour aller plus loin encore et mieux accompagner cette belle carte, une sélection de vins plus fournie et moins classique serait une piste.

20/01/2025: Perfect meal. We have been going to this restaurant twice a year for several years. We have never been disappointed. Our last visit was on January 18, 2025 and it was magnificent! We enjoyed the meal from start to finish: everything was delicious and in decent quantities. The quality/price ratio is very good. And what we have on our plates changes from what we see everywhere. The map is never the same, which leaves the opportunity to make new beautiful discoveries with each visit. Really, it's very sincere and I wish your restaurant long life and success because it deserves it. I'm already looking forward to coming back to see you. See you soon.

26/08/2024: Recommended by the restaurant Le Mansart closed this Monday evening, reservation via The Fork for this brasserie facing the town hall of Fontainebleau. Friendly welcome and brasserie dish on the menu. The herring and potato starter was perfect and then foie de vaux impeccably cooked. I recommend this brewery. AMEX card accepted.
