17/10/2025: A boss who usually jokes has forgotten what humor is..... unpleasant as hell when we told him, I repeat, with and with humor: no andouillettes on the menu.... we were rebuffed because he is the boss and he decides the à la carte menu. You have to relax, Sir, and differentiate between aggression and humor. Same when we asked for the side dish with the main course: here it's fries and nothing else... well the fries were average. When it came to the bill, we wanted to share, but the gentleman responded aggressively: it's too late, you should have said it first.... all that with love. No goodbye, nothing.... even the boss saw his behavior and was embarrassed for us. Too bad, the previous times were warmer... and there won't be a next time. Being friendly with your regular customers is good, but you mustn't forget the others if you want to keep your reputation. Have a good vacation, Sir, you need it

The welcome was very warm and the spa is pleasant. However, a major drawback: we had booked a couples treatment with access to the spa, sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi.
Upon arrival, the sauna was out of order. Furthermore, only one person was there to manage everything, which resulted in a couples massage… performed separately, which is very disappointing when you book specifically to share this experience as a couple.
When it came time to pay, another unpleasant surprise: the manager wanted to charge us more than the price agreed upon at the time of booking. We are very disappointed by this lack of consideration and business sense.
We do not recommend this establishment.

30/11/2025: I came today and was very disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for dessert and asked four times for a carafe of water, only to receive it at the beginning. The menu of three small grilled herrings with one hot potato is very expensive at €20. It's outrageous!
Deleting negative comments on Facebook is unacceptable and childish.

No customer service whatsoever.
29/12/2025: The bread is excellent, the pastries too, and the service is always very welcoming. We're so glad we have them in Blangy because the bread at the other bakery is really terrible. Thank you!

Following my visit to pick up a package today, I received a very unpleasant welcome. No greeting, gentlemen, very aggressive, and they treated me like a liar. As they say, it's those people from Cany again, coming to cause trouble...
But gentlemen, you checked, he did have my package, which he handed over to me.
For a small village business, I don't understand such a reaction. If you don't like it, close your business; there will surely be other, more helpful managers.
You won't see me again.
Reply: I may be from Cany, but I pass by your place every day for work.
We are not the only ones complaining about your package pickup service. We will contact the delivery company.
P.S. I may have made some spelling mistakes, but you should learn to respect your customers as a business owner should.
20/11/2025: I came to pick up a package here, which had been dropped off at this store, even though I don't usually shop here. The welcome was rather cold and unpleasant. It's a shame, because a pickup point is often an opportunity to project a good image of your establishment.
I understand that I'm not a customer who eats in – I don't smoke and I don't come in for coffee – but that shouldn't affect the quality of the service. A little more friendliness and a better sense of customer service would be appreciated.
Response: Seriously, your response is a joke! I came into your establishment all smiles and greeted you warmly. But I see that you always have something to say on every negative review! RUN AWAY!
At no point was I aggressive. I simply asked a question about the delivery of my package, and it was even to start a friendly conversation, nothing more.
As for what you call "muttering," I did indeed leave saying, "As for friendliness, forget it," because your welcome was cold from beginning to end.
You seem very comfortable criticizing your customers in your replies, but remember that here, you're not the one rating the customers: the customers are rating your establishment.

23/12/2025: I've rarely seen management eat during lunch, especially since there's only one server for both the bar and the restaurant. The management of the place is surprising; I rarely see staff or management eating during service. People often eat before or after lunch, which creates a bad impression.

28/12/2025: The waitress was very nice, but she didn't realize she was using two different-sized glasses for the two people to serve the wine. The "rougaille saucisse" (sausage rougaille) was a rarity in name only. The side dishes were either frozen sausage and fries or tagliatelle, instead of rice and red beans. Another dish was a bagged salad. For dessert, there was a Yule log or frangipane tart that looked like they came straight from a supermarket shelf. Nothing was homemade except the bill, which was eye-wateringly expensive. Very, very disappointed!
