20/07/2026: Very disappointed with this restaurant. The mussels weren't great and the staff weren't very friendly. Furthermore, we were there for a birthday celebration and no gesture of goodwill was offered. A shame, as it would have been appreciated.

20/07/2026: I ate the Margherita pizza because I hate to waste food, but for something homemade, the ingredients were really not up to scratch. The €24.50 set menu included a good fish soup, a rouille that had no flavor whatsoever, and a very good scallop gratin despite it being out of season (so it was frozen). The apple tart was a mystery because it had pastry cream. I wasn't familiar with that version. Overall, the service was very good.

06/07/2026: I would like to sincerely thank the waitress for her warm welcome and professionalism. Despite my late arrival, she greeted me with a smile and great kindness. I enjoyed a delicious Caesar salad, served in a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you so much for this lovely welcome; I will gladly return!

13/05/2026: My husband and I had lunch here today and we won't be back. We ordered grilled andouillette sausage with mustard sauce. The andouillette was so overcooked it was black with a crust on top; it was inedible, and the owner told us it was normal, lol. He always served it like that. You should think about cleaning your grill. It's not the first time I've had grilled andouillette, and it's never been that black. Furthermore, the mustard sauce had no flavor. You should add mustard and seasoning to the sauce. It was better before, when the other owner was there. He's terrible and not at all customer-oriented. I don't recommend it; avoid it.

16/05/2026: Hotel with a great location and friendly owners, however, the hotel is aging and could use some updating. The room was poorly ventilated (there was a smell upon arrival), and the breakfast was very mediocre: vacuum-packed jam, boxed orange juice, and no toaster available.

12/05/2026: Disappointing restaurant, the sole was very average and expensive for Dieppe, with greasy fries... The only positive point: tablecloths on the tables

25/05/2026: Ideally located less than 300 meters from the beach and its cliffs. A 5-minute drive from Le Tréport. Typical regional architecture. The friendly and professional staff at this establishment welcome you warmly. The large, shaded garden is perfect for dinner or breakfast. My wife and I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay.

25/05/2026: A very beautiful establishment with a magnificent park where we enjoyed dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. The meals are very good with a wide selection, and we were also able to enjoy the spa area.

16/07/2026: At first the bread was good but the more time passes the more the taste changes, the bread becomes less good than before and we have the impression that the quantities decrease.

06/06/2026: A very good experience at this hotel; the rooms were clean, functional, and modern. The hotel is well-located and quiet. The welcome was very warm and friendly; it's a pleasure to find hotels like this. I recommend it and will stay here again if I return to Étretat!

06/06/2026: Our stay was admittedly short, but it was very pleasant. The room was spotless, as was the shower, and the bed was also comfortable, which is important to me, especially after a long day. The host's welcome was warm, friendly, and pleasant; we thank him for his good humor. I highly recommend it, thank you again!

10/08/2026: Very good food, fast service, nice atmosphere

06/08/2026: We were seated on the terrace... The table was wobbly, the waiter had to stabilize it, and we felt like we were asking for a favor. The tablecloth was stained, a glass was chipped... The scene was set, and we should have left then and there because what followed was disastrous... We were immediately served bread and fish rillettes to appease us. Then we waited quite a while for our aperitif... Our order was taken for a "main course and dessert" set menu. The waiter didn't write it down: a fillet of pollock with coconut curry sauce. The main course was served after an interminable wait, with us being given "cocottes" (small casseroles)!?... "Coconut" sauce and "cocotte" if you're not paying attention... Why not!... So, surprise, it had nothing to do with the fish or the curry sauce. We started eating, of course. We had to try it!... The sauce was greasy and tasteless, and the fish didn't taste like fish at all. And for good reason: the waiter, having failed to note our order, served us calf's head with gribiche sauce in a casserole dish... We realized what had happened when we consulted the menu again to choose our dessert. This time, a waitress asked if everything was alright... We expressed our doubts about this dish, which we barely touched and barely touched. Another waiter came to apologize, and the one who took our order simply told us that the mistake was ours! We tasted it, so no changes were made. Then came dessert, and more waiting... We went to pay the bill, which we checked, and to our astonishment, we were charged for dishes from the menu, including a veal sweetbread at €30.50 and a dessert at €10 instead of the €26.50 set menu price. A heated argument ensued. This same gentleman kept interrupting us, insisting that we had to pay for what we ate... Okay, but first, the main course was wrong, and second, the bill was incorrect. He had a complicated explanation and even suggested we call the police. What business is it of the police?!... A real nightmare. The bottom line is we'll never go back and we'll let everyone we know about how we were treated.

28/03/2026: It must have been 15 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, but even though we told the waitress it was cold, the radiators weren't turned on. We ate lunch in our coats. Three pasta carbonara dishes and three soft drinks for over €50... and what can I say about the pasta carbonara? It wasn't anything special, and I even found hair at the bottom of my plate... disappointed to have wasted my money.

27/07/2026: We came to eat as a family and had a wonderful time. The meal was delicious and the atmosphere pleasant. Thank you to Awa for her warm welcome; we will gladly return.

25/07/2026: The reception staff could use some customer service training. Upon arrival, the receptionist confidently asserted, without checking, that our reservation was at the Beach Club. Despite our confirmation, she insisted and became quite unpleasant. Her manager arrived and did the exact same thing... before admitting that this problem had already occurred the previous week. No apology, just five wasted minutes before we were finally seated... in a nearly empty restaurant. Luckily, the food was better than the service.

19/07/2026: We shared a table with friends and, as previous reviews have said, it was awful. The waitress was barely acceptable, not friendly at all, and only pretended to see us when we asked for something, all in an effort to finish as quickly as possible. A place to avoid without hesitation.

17/07/2026: Had a lovely evening at the brasserie. A romantic dinner. Very quiet place, excellent service, and pleasant staff. The seafood platter was excellent.

14/07/2026: The meal was okay, but nothing special; it didn't live up to the website's description! They didn't even let you finish your aperitif before bringing you your main course! My husband hadn't even finished his whisky! The service was unprofessional and rushed! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Expensive for what you get! Avoid it! Very disappointed!

27/06/2026: Hello, we were very disappointed and paid a very high price. We weren't informed of the price of the dish; it was supposed to be the fish of the day. My husband ordered a ribeye steak, which was inedible. He had to wait fifteen minutes before receiving veal instead. The plate returned with the piece of meat and a small bowl of sauce, but no side dishes. This is unacceptable for this type of establishment. We have never been treated like this. 10/07/2026: A very warm welcome and a delicious, well-presented meal worthy of a top restaurant. Being on the terrace, the view of the Seine is a very welcome bonus. I highly recommend it! 👌

08/07/2026: The restaurant is well located, facing the Seine. There are 9 dishes on the menu: once seated, we were told that 4 were no longer available (at 7:30 pm). Don't be fooled when they offer you water – it's bottled! The completely empty terrace didn't bode well.
