04/10/2026: Charming restaurant in the heart of a typical Luberon village with a magnificent terrace offering stunning views. Delicious menu with gluten-free options available. A delicious gluten-free baguette can also be ordered. Tastefully decorated hotel room with very comfortable bedding and a warm welcome. The breakfast is delicious.

27/09/2026: I cannot say enough good things about our experience as guests at Le Saint Hubert Hotel for four nights. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and enjoyed breakfast in the morning with an amazing view of the valley from the dining room. The owners and staff were terrific and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The bar/cafe is also a great place to have a morning coffee or to enjoy a drink in the afternoon or before dinner. Heartily recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

The dishes were delicious, the service was top-notch, and the entire team was absolutely lovely, always smiling and attentive. An excellent experience, both in terms of the food and the service. 25/09/2026: Best meal we have had in quite a while (including those at other 1* restaurants). Yes, it’s more expensive than all the standard restaurants closer to the centre but the difference in quality of ingredients, taste and service far exceeds this difference in price. Well worth the money.

13/10/2026: It was a classic place where you could really feel French dining culture! I heard it was popular, so I went about 5 minutes early after looking around nearby. There were already two groups waiting, and as soon as I sat down, several more groups came in, so it filled up quickly. I had the full course meal. It was definitely different from the Paris or Dijon style beef stew. I tried the velouté that a French friend recommended; it had a unique flavor and was served warm. (It tasted a bit like a mix of curry, pumpkin, and butter.) The food was delicious, and I liked that they served various kinds of bread and replaced the forks, spoons, and knives with every dish. Although it was tasty, everything was incredibly salty, and the dessert was a cake with a lot of rum in it, so the flavors were generally strong. The bread was delicious, so it was fine if you ate it together. It was fun that the male owner? said "Thank you" in Korean both when I took my order and when I left😆

23/09/2026: As n outstanding meal for four of us on the patio at La maisouneta. As mentioned by others , the lamb is amazing but equally fine we as the fish in a subtle butter sauce. The restaurant has an excellent selection of local and regional wines to compliment the food. Truly outstanding.

The food is exactly what we love: delicious, homemade dishes, undoubtedly prepared by the very friendly owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the service was cheerful, and the bill was very reasonable.
