The setting is pleasant, and we felt very comfortable there.
The owner's welcome was warm and friendly.
A nice selection of wines served by the glass.
As for the food, the dishes were appetizing and delicious...

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this establishment, which is well worth a visit.
28/01/2026: During a weekend getaway with a friend, we booked a table at this restaurant and we weren't disappointed by the quality of our meal. The ingredients were high quality at reasonable prices, with a wide selection (meat, fish, burgers) and equally delicious desserts.
The setting is lovely and the restaurant is quiet.
The service was also excellent.
We had a wonderful time!

07/12/2025: We spent 14 days in this beautiful region. Approximately 24 meals. My favorite. Why? The exceptional setting; the attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes, the flavors of the food, the service, the wine list, and as a bonus, we had a visit from the chef and owner who took the time at the end of our meal to chat with us. Very friendly. Wonderful memory. If I could give it a 6, I would.
15/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening at Restaurant Les Saveurs Gourmandes. The food and wine were excellent and we were very well attended to. It was a celebratory meal for 6 and I heartily recommend visiting.

26/01/2026: A delightful treat on a rainy day, a warm welcome, charming and attentive staff, a cozy atmosphere in the lounge, tranquility and charm made for a very pleasant moment, with homemade chocolate and refined teas... not to mention the pastries and waffles which are well worth the trip, all for a very reasonable price... don't hesitate, go to Serge Clavel, you won't regret it... a gourmet's word.
17/01/2026: A true VISUAL FEAST, this tea room combines refinement and creativity. Taken care of by Camille, we spent a delightful moment amidst the sweet and colorful flavors of this unexpectedly magical place. Hot chocolate, rooibos infusion with ginger and lemon, and other sublime treats.

08/11/2025: We were greeted at 1:30 pm with a smile. We ordered andouillette sausage served with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were cold and the sauce was poorly emulsified, resulting in bland dishes in some areas and an overpowering mustard flavor in others!
The waitress was pleasant and efficient! If you ignore the fact that she repeatedly petted a customer's dog and continued serving without washing her hands!
We will not be repeating this experience.

What can I say? The welcome was superb, the food delicious (special mention for the chicken tagine and the lemon meringue tart), and the staff incredibly attentive!
I left with a hat given to me by the owner, to whom I express my sincere appreciation and gratitude!
Thank you for this truly special moment!
I will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment!
15/01/2026: If you're looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the world, if you want to eat well, if you want to taste a good wine, if you want to meet a real character and not just a chain, then this is the most unique and authentic place in Avignon, tucked away in an alley at the end of a gallery. You'll stumble upon Marie's Dadaist and cozy terrace. Thank you, the only place in Avignon that doesn't resemble all those overrated, pretentious, and bland city centers.

The service is attentive and professional, yet remains simple and friendly, which immediately puts you at ease. The prices are in line with the quality offered. A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend.
