18/07/2026: A very nice restaurant, the setting is magnificent with the grapevine growing inside. A very wide selection of wines. My only complaint is the menu, which isn't suited to the heatwave; there aren't enough light and refreshing dishes. I would have preferred smaller portions with a bit of greenery. The waitress and chef were very welcoming, and the gougères were excellent.

17/06/2026: We were warmly welcomed for a good lunch. The staff attentively provided a suitable shaded spot for our family. The fries served were very tasty and not too salty. Service took a little longer than our toddler could handle in terms of energy, but that was made up for by the good food. Because we have a number of (mild) allergies, it was important that we could communicate well with the staff. One of the employees spoke good English; we only had to mention the allergens once, and he knew exactly what we could and could not eat. If you have severe allergies to certain traces, I don't know if the kitchen can handle that; you need to discuss that carefully with them yourself. A nice place to return to 😊

17/06/2026: A very generous and well-filled Époisses burger, perfect for those with a hearty appetite, made with excellent local ingredients – my mouth is watering just thinking about it! I highly recommend it, especially after a few days of hiking in the Morvan region.

The dishes were generous and delicious, and the service was impeccable. A very good, friendly, and delicious restaurant.

04/07/2026: I knew about it in the evenings on weekends. I tried it with a friend for lunch and honestly, it was very good. A €25 set menu, starter, main course, and dessert. Fresh, tasty, and above all, generous portions without being excessive—just right. The service was excellent, with smiling and attentive young staff. Don't hesitate to go.

30/07/2026: We've been coming to the Auberge d'Augy regularly for over 10 years. Marie, the owner, is exceptionally welcoming and kind. You won't find anywhere else in the region where the value for money is so good. The dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, delicious (kudos to the chef!). We've never been disappointed and we highly recommend this inn, located just 10 minutes from Auxerre and the Burgundy vineyards!

18/02/2026: The menu was very good, but the portions weren't sufficient (especially the lamb chop; there should have been at least two for the price of the dish). A small comment to the chef, who justified the portion size by saying it was cooked thoroughly (but a raw lamb chop rarely weighs 150g of meat on its own without the bone). Also, there was no "classic" meat dish for those who don't like lamb or red mullet (squab wasn't included in the menu). Scallops are an option if you're not allergic. Ultimately, you're mainly paying for the restaurant's beautiful setting, as we were left wanting more.
