23/12/2025: We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. The Galettes Saint-Malo (seafood in a mustard sauce) and the subsequent Crêpes Suzette (flambéed with Grand Marnier) were absolutely delicious. They were brought directly to our table from the kitchen, and the flambéing was done right there. The owner and staff were very kind and friendly. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommended.

16/12/2025: Since arriving in Toucy, I've been going to this wonderful restaurant. The people are very friendly, the food is delicious, and I highly recommend it.

24/10/2025: After going there several times, I'm adding one star. It's true that the food is very simple, but that's kind of the point. There's no menu or drink list, so don't hesitate to ask if they make a certain drink, or if you don't like the dishes, ask for one that's not on the menu. It's a nice place when you don't necessarily want to cook, or when you want to eat quality food for a reasonable price. It's perfect for lunch with colleagues, for example. The menu is €16.50 per week, which is very affordable. The waitress is cheerful and friendly if you take the time to chat. They'll be cold to you if you're cold to them. The three dishes that come up often and that I think they do best are: 1. Flank steak 2. Burgers 3. Fillet of pollock Currently, for weekday starters, there's an all-you-can-eat (or almost all-you-can-eat) cold buffet with salads and charcuterie. The fries are very good and I think they're homemade, as are most of the desserts. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area :)

27/01/2026: Lovely place. We were greeted by a charming dog who kept us company during our meal by the warmth of the fireplace. Friendly staff, good food, and pleasant company. What more could you ask for?

19/12/2025: I went there for the first time when I moved to the area...the setting was nice, it was summer...I think that prevented me from really looking at the food...I went back this winter and it was a disaster...look at the photos posted by people who ate there...frozen food, canned food, microwaved food (I had fish and it was like rubber!!!) I have the impression that the house wine was watered down...No matter what you order, the garnish is the same...I have trouble understanding the enthusiastic reviews for such miserable food.

26/11/2024: Excellent stay a few weeks ago. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the plate. The dishes are all more surprising than the others with their flavors and originalities. We spent three days half board. Excellent value for money. Everything is homemade. We will come back because we really fell in love with this hotel, its environment and the region. 06/11/2024: We have been stopping at this establishment for a few years now and there is nothing to complain about. The rooms are welcoming (tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets are available for a small snack). The quality of the dishes offered by Mr ROBBE is always of excellent quality and develops our taste pleasure. As for breakfast, it is grandiose (homemade cakes, brioches, pastries, different types of bread, homemade jam and yogurt without forgetting fresh fruit and orange juice). The room staff is very pleasant and friendly. Thank you for this admirable welcome.

10/02/2026: We only dined at the restaurant where we ordered the gourmet menu. The food was exceptional from start to finish. In short, I would say that the combination of flavors and textures was perfectly balanced. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The servers were all incredibly attentive, and some were even very pleasant (special mention to the cheesemonger!). I had an unforgettable evening in this magnificent setting. A little tip for future customers: don't underestimate the portions, as the gourmet menu is already quite substantial.
