18/02/2026: The menu was very good, but the portions weren't sufficient (especially the lamb chop; there should have been at least two for the price of the dish).
A small comment to the chef, who justified the portion size by saying it was cooked thoroughly (but a raw lamb chop rarely weighs 150g of meat on its own without the bone).
Also, there was no "classic" meat dish for those who don't like lamb or red mullet (squab wasn't included in the menu). Scallops are an option if you're not allergic. Ultimately, you're mainly paying for the restaurant's beautiful setting, as we were left wanting more.
17/02/2026: Excellent evening. The welcome, food, and wines were all of very high quality.
A real pleasure for this relaxing break.
We will gladly return.

The meal was excellent from start to finish. The welcome was warm. The waiter was lovely. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it. Especially if you're passing through Vézelay, don't hesitate.

26/07/2026: We've been going there for over 10 years: never disappointed! On the contrary! We adore their shaded terrace (but in winter, the interior is also very pleasant). Their cuisine is wonderful; a guaranteed culinary journey; my taste buds always thank me for going! The service is ideal: attentive and discreet. The atmosphere lives up to everything else. A huge THANK YOU again to the team at Les Cèdres for the delightful evening we spent there! Oh, and don't forget to book!

15/07/2026: Goat milking, pony and horseback riding, lunch at the farm (delicious local produce), a walk in the marsh, and a visit to the mill. From the welcome to the explanations and the lunch itself, everything was perfect. An ideal place to spend quality time with family. Thank you.

19/02/2026: It's not just the shutters that are old; the dining room, kitchen, and toilets are too. It's like stepping back in time to the 1950s. We were a group of ten, completely alone in the room. If we hadn't come, there would have been zero customers. It was a Sunday lunchtime. The crepes are simple and tasty, but they arrive in dribs and drabs. And to top it all off, the bill was impossible to decipher, requiring us to pay for about twenty crepes or ice cream. We had to pay for an extra crepe to speed up the process. The staff were very nice, but I think they should find another line of work.

21/03/2026: During a hike and visit to Sens, we had lunch at Guy's. The food was excellent (the blanquette was delicious!), the rosé from Burgundy was lovely, and above all, the service was top-notch, all for a group of 25 people. A truly great place, well done!

19/05/2026: An incredible experience shared with my wife. The setting is sumptuous. The room was spacious and comfortable. Dinner lived up to the restaurant's two Michelin stars, with sweetbreads and Wagyu beef cooked to perfection… We spent a truly timeless moment at this establishment. (Special mention to Mathieu who made our visit to the bar an unforgettable experience.)
19/05/2026: We had an absolutely perfect stay at Domaine de la Côte Saint-Jacques.
The hotel is simply fantastic: the rooms are magnificent, the setting is peaceful, and everything is designed for the comfort and well-being of the guests.
The restaurant service is exceptional: a truly memorable gourmet experience, dishes as beautiful as they are delicious, and staff of rare professionalism and kindness.
A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless moment. We will definitely be back!

24/10/2025: After going there several times, I'm adding one star.
It's true that the food is very simple, but that's kind of the point. There's no menu or drink list, so don't hesitate to ask if they make a certain drink, or if you don't like the dishes, ask for one that's not on the menu.
It's a nice place when you don't necessarily want to cook, or when you want to eat quality food for a reasonable price. It's perfect for lunch with colleagues, for example.
The menu is €16.50 per week, which is very affordable. The waitress is cheerful and friendly if you take the time to chat. They'll be cold to you if you're cold to them.
The three dishes that come up often and that I think they do best are:
1. Flank steak
2. Burgers
3. Fillet of pollock
Currently, for weekday starters, there's an all-you-can-eat (or almost all-you-can-eat) cold buffet with salads and charcuterie.
The fries are very good and I think they're homemade, as are most of the desserts.
It's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area :)

He listened to us, adapted to our needs, and quickly found solutions for us.
He is very accommodating; you feel special and pampered by him.
His team is fantastic, kind, and discreet. True professionals, the kind you rarely find, at a more than competitive price.
We were delighted with his menu; everyone thoroughly enjoyed it.
If you have the chance to book him for your wedding, don't hesitate for a second! :)

03/07/2026: This is the second time my wife has ordered a raspberry cake from them, and I have to say, this cake is to die for. The raspberries are high quality, the whipped cream is superb, and even though I'm not usually a fan of sponge cake, she absolutely loves it. As for the food, I've never been there myself, but my wife has, and she says it's incredibly good. Honestly, if you want a really good meal or a delicious cake (since they also have a tea room), run, don't walk! 👍👌

I was even able to bring my small dogs inside; we ate outside in a lovely spot.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
