23/09/2024: Sunday, my fiancé invites me to a restaurant and tells me we let's go to joiny to an old address where we were going. Renowned for its good cooking, unfortunately for us the good one is still there but no longer the cooking, tasteless and flat cuisine without flavors, could the chef have had covid to lose his taste? What a disappointment!!

26/09/2024: I stayed at the gîte during my stay, a quiet and relaxing place, the place has a large garden which must be pleasant on sunny days. Very warm welcome, good value for money meal. I recommend this place.

07/01/2025: We lived a wonderful family experience in this restaurant located in the center of Noyers. We had booked the same day and we were seated in the courtyard which is magnificent with beautiful trees. The dishes are delicious and inexpensive (20€ max). I particularly recommend the sirloin steak and the chocolate fondant which were to die for. In addition, the service is truly exemplary: our server was very cheerful and immediately put us at ease with his good humor. In short, I highly recommend and we will definitely come back.

The pancakes are always good, plentiful with local offerings (Chaource, Cider from the Pays d’Othe, etc.) Reservations are strongly recommended as the team does not accept unforeseen visits. Perfect for a light dinner, early in the evening

20/09/2024: Nice affordable hotel, very modern and spacious and clean. Good for a stay over 2-3 days. Came for a wedding and the rooms were nice, near the town and 15 mins drive to shops and chateau de fuy

30/11/2024: It's nice, small, and cute, so there's something to see here and there. The rooms are antique, but neat and clean. The taste of the food is average, but I really like the atmosphere.

21/11/2024: Ce qui aurait pu être une soirée sympathique s'est transformé en expérience grandement décevante . Nous avons choisi, pour augmenter notre plaisir, le menu à 50€ entrée+plat et un vin à 50€. Parlons d'abord de l'entrée ....une catastrophe . Des saint Jacques baignant dans un potage et surmontées chacune d'une lamelle de truffe . C'est bien la première fois de notre vie que mon frère et moi avons découverts des tranches de truffe avec absolument aucun goût !! Dès l'arrivée des assiettes nous aurions du sentir l'odeur puissante des truffes mais rien, nada . Les Saint Jacques aussi étaient décevantes, du style bas de gamme décongelées ! Le potage quant à lui était bon ... un potage de légumes quoi, à plus de 20€ pièce ! Nous avons fait part au serveur de notre mécontentement et il est allé rendre compte en cuisine et a confirmé que les truffes étaient bien inodores ce qui ne les a pas empêché d'en servir tout au long de la soirée !! Nous pensions qu'ils feraient un geste pendant la soirée du style fromage ou dessert offert mais le seul geste a du être un doigt d'honneur. Le plat était très bon mais pas copieux . Le vin, plus grand chose dans la cave donc choix très réduit ! Le service un peu limite car plusieurs serveurs mais une impression qu'ils papotaient plus en cuisine qu'autre chose. Donc conclusion, pas nécessaire et pas envie de tenter dessert et fromages, nous n'y retournerons jamais, pas question de laisser un pourboire . Et dire que dans un article parlant de la reprise de l’établissement par mister Cohen il n’était pas question de changer le chef .... à ce niveau c'est du masochisme et du suicide pour l’établissement qui aurait de quoi sortir du lot !! Envoyer des plats en sachant que les produits étaient mauvais on peut considérer ça comme du non respect des clients et du vol.

17/12/2024: Nous sommes arrivés sans réservation alors que le lieu est habituellement très fréquenté : Accueil aimable et professionnel Nous avons été servi rapidement et c'était excellent !!! Nous le recommandons !

24/11/2024: Tweemaal mochten wij hier met zijn tweeën genieten van mooie gerechten. De eerste indruk van het interieur na passeren van het buitenterras is een ruimtelijke. Met de voortschrijdende tijd vult de brasserie helemaal vol, en is het toch een beetje passen en meten. Wij aten er ondermeer salade nicoise, boeuf bourguignon met aardappelpuree, Saumon gravlax, crème brulee. Het smaakte goed tot zeer goed! De bediening door een oberes was uitstekend en toeschietelijk; haar mannelijke collega’s waren gereserveerder. Al met al een fijne lokatie met voor ons Hollanders fijne openingstijden.

27/10/2024: Nous étions 6, et sincèrement nous sommes partis sans prendre le dessert. Je déconseille, même si vous n’avez pas d’autre choix.
