05/11/2025: Unpleasant waiter, he refused to serve us because our friend wasn't ordering anything, even though 3 or 4 of us were ordering, and he didn't serve us what we wanted in order to make us pay more.

01/11/2025: We went to this establishment because it was the only one open. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best... The staff wasn't very friendly. A waiter was smoking in front of the customers at the entrance. We asked for a carafe of water, which never arrived... It's a real shame that the only open café didn't live up to our expectations.

27/12/2025: Arrived late, very warm welcome, traditional Burgundy cuisine, hearty, flavored with epoisse cheese...the address is certainly worth the detour.

11/11/2025: I went to this restaurant to celebrate my 45th wedding anniversary. The dining room is bright and beautifully decorated. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very professional, with a delightful touch of humor. The menu is well-presented and offers a wide selection. The dishes were a delight; everything was perfect—the cooking and presentation were impeccable. Very importantly, they gave us time to savor each dish, which deserves to be highlighted. I thank the waitress for her humor and her smile. Hats off to the chef for his work, worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant.

05/12/2025: Disastrous value for money. We decided to leave the motorway to treat ourselves to a decent lunch. What a disappointment! An andouillette sausage served with pea puree (perfectly in season!) for €25. We ate much better ones on the motorway, and for much less money. The two stars are for the Chablis and the gougère. Next time we won't be making the detour; this experience was so disappointing.

24/11/2025: €269.40 for two nights without breakfast. The bathroom was dirty and had no heating. The fan in the room was noisy and ran intermittently. A blanket was available for an additional fee. The television was tiny. This hotel definitely does not deserve its 3 stars.

17/08/2025: My husband knew Louisette's when it was an institution, we ate very well there after it was taken over under the terraces of the mill and today it is the Auberge du Moulin and we went to eat there but were not satisfied with the fruit salad, the rest of the meal was okay but not great and the cleanliness, so don't look at the ceiling, cobwebs in several places and on the walls, like above the radiator next to our table in the dining room and the window panes are dirty. Good luck

16/08/2025: To avoid... Firstly, the outdoor menu of the day's menus does not correspond in any way to that offered inside. Very few people in the restaurant and on the terrace, a total of 15 people. We sit down, the restaurant is in a lamentable state of cleanliness, very old spiders and webs throughout the restaurant, and the cobwebs full of dust. In the restaurant, a place where the children or grandchildren of the restaurateurs play, this one makes them leave, however all the unpacking remains scattered. It comes time for the aperitif, we are brought the kir which was supposed to be served with appetizers, which we have to ask for, what a mistake with an aperitif cake like reheated shrimp chips... then an interminable delay to get the starter. I had ordered a mixed salad, it was very bad and tasteless. The sauce diluted with water, only a combination of raw materials not good and with a scary egg white color. I pointed this out to the person who served us and she came up with a lot of excuses that had nothing to do with it and in no way justified the poor quality of the starter salad served. Then the main course was a sirloin steak with sautéed potatoes, the beef was only tender in the middle and the potatoes were huge, barely cooked inside, some still hard. And the finale, the only dessert on the menu was homemade, a fruit salad that we had, so the best of it... the fresh fruit was not very fresh, not of good quality and, moreover, bathed in an exotic fruit nectar, certainly to mask the lack of freshness of the fruit, so the fruit only tasted like nectar and was therefore inedible. All this took us 2.5 hours for no satisfaction... as I complained they only charged us for 2 meals out of three but even at this price the quality of the meal was not at all up to the bill. Beware of previous reviews that concern the previous owner because otherwise you will encounter the same mishap, a pleasure meal turned into a nightmare meal...

29/08/2024: Very friendly place and quality dishes. On the other hand, the price is very much overestimated. €90 for two for a plate of charcuterie, cheese, dessert and a glass of wine. It's very excessive even if I say it again, everything is very good.

25/10/2025: Dinner with family and friends. A disaster from start to finish. 16 out of 18 people ordered the daily special. A 1.5-hour wait for starters... the main course was served 45 minutes later, less than lukewarm. Mediocre quality. Almost no desserts left. Unfriendly waiter. In short, a first...but a last!
