12/08/2026: A truly charming little restaurant run by a slightly overwhelmed but very kind lady and her husband, a chef who uses homemade ingredients. They offer a set menu for €14 and another for €21. Go without hesitation... I recommend making a reservation.

28/07/2026: You absolutely must stop here, especially since there aren't many restaurants to choose from when you're coming from Puisaye. The menus offer unbeatable value for money, the host is very pleasant, and the chef enjoys interacting with his customers. A truly affordable place to eat, and have a glass or a bottle of Irancy to go with it—it's Baptiste Bienvenue! We'll be back; the atmosphere is very welcoming and family-friendly.

14/06/2026: As regulars, since we stop here every time we're in Chablis to enjoy the famous oeufs meurette (which we highly recommend), we stayed here for the first time and we weren't disappointed! The room was recently renovated with a superb shower room and toilet, and it even had air conditioning! See you next year!

07/08/2026: Beautiful, atmospheric, traditional Burgundian restaurant. Lovely dining room where you can enjoy well-prepared and well-presented classics under the vines. Service is relaxed yet discreet and skilled. The wine list is incredibly extensive, featuring great wines at very competitive prices. Good glassware and excellent wine service. In short, highly recommended if you are in the area.

03/08/2026: A wonderful experience following the brewery tour, with Sébastien's explanations being very interesting. The tasting that followed the tour was very well conducted, with details that helped us appreciate each beer and discover their differences. The shop is very well run, and Béatrice was excellent at advising us to choose according to our preferences! Remember to book your tour, which takes place on Friday mornings! We will definitely come back to buy beer at the brewery on our next trip to the area – it's well worth the detour!

02/08/2026: The beer is really excellent, the season IPA is killer 👍 but it lacks a bit of atmosphere and conviviality.

19/08/2026: Truly disappointing considering the restaurant's reputation. €42 for the lunch menu included a tomato gazpacho with three tiny cubes of salmon as a starter, stale, defrosted bread, a fillet of sea bream (perhaps also frozen?), and ice cream for dessert (a very small portion). This is far from being a refined and flavorful dish that stands out from the crowd. I won't be back.

19/08/2026: We came on the evening of August 19th, and everything was perfect from start to finish: starter, main course, dessert, and wine. The welcome was wonderful. The main course was fabulous, delicious, and beautifully presented. The servers were friendly and professional. We will be back very soon.

It's a true haven of peace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lovely walks in the surrounding area. It was a complete change of scenery. A big thank you also to your restaurant team: dinner was excellent! Finally, we loved the hotel's decor and the comfort of our room, especially the quality of the bedding, which allowed us to rest well. We plan to return!

19/04/2026: This is the second year in a row that we've been meeting up with friends at the mill. The welcome and service were very pleasant, as was the ambiance of the cozy lounge and the dining room, which was perfectly remodeled. The outdoor setting offers a beautiful countryside ambiance. The dinner was beautifully served and delicious. As for breakfast, it's worth the detour! The hotel aspect could be improved a little, especially in the communal areas, but honestly, this place will be a great place for a future stay.

16/07/2026: Fantastic find!!! 🤩 We were two couples, a baby, and two large dogs (not easy to fit on the terrace, right by the Yonne River, but we managed...). Excellent welcome and very accommodating staff. As for the food, I highly recommend it! We thoroughly enjoyed it! Delicious, high-quality ingredients... A menu perfectly suited to the warm weather... Thank you for this wonderful family meal.
