15/09/2024: Here is an establishment that we did not know about.
We reserved a table for 10, we were welcomed very warmly by the 2 hostesses.
Our table was ready and the menus distributed.
As an aperitif, most of us opted for a mojito, well we waited a bit but it was worth it.
The dishes afterwards were appreciated because they were very well prepared and presented, in short we enjoyed ourselves.
As for parking, no problem, it's located right opposite.
We had a very good evening and price-wise we got out for around €50 per person, aperitifs and wine included.
In short, I highly recommend this restaurant.

14/07/2024: We stayed at the hotel, but were unable to enjoy the restaurant because it was under construction. The boss is very nice. The room was large, but the bathroom was too small: small shower, small sink and too low. Decent breakfast.

22/08/2024: Very good atmosphere, very nice boss, however each dish lacked a little salt. Small downside also for the green beans which disappointed me a little. It's a bit of a shame because apart from that I would have given it 5★. Well done though, I hope to be able to raise the score the next time I come.
You see in the attached photo the snails and the veal kidney in port sauce with green beans.

14/09/2024: Very very good, hearty and delicious dishes. However, the waitress of a certain age with glasses is extremely unpleasant, looks down on you and speaks to you in an unprofessional or respectful manner.
We came twice, twice we got the same behavior from him: we will not come back.
Concerning the atmosphere, we came across a couple of stuck-up people who were listening and commenting on all our discussions, staring at us from start to finish. It makes you want it!

05/09/2024: A simply magnificent place, both in terms of the welcome, the setting and the dishes.
A waitress who is always smiling, pleasant and very kind! The cook too!
The view of the Tholon, as well as the calm, allows you to have a great time.
The dishes, copious and quality, were perfect!

25/09/2024: It was a bit out of necessity that I had lunch at this restaurant. When I asked the question about the origin and breeding conditions of these animals, it seemed to bother the waitress. In fact, there is a strong chance (or bad luck) that they come from intensive breeding, which in my opinion is penalizing. That's why I rate it so low.
05/08/2024: Discount voucher in your pocket to use before August 8, what a huge disappointment to find the door closed on Sunday August 4, 2024.
On the internet temporary closure but on the door (20 km from where I live) a little note from the team warning us that the establishment was closing permanently.
Too bad but I really liked going there

19/09/2024: For lunch yesterday, I chose a Chablisienne ham with new potatoes. Very disappointed with this dish: the ham was grilled and very dry, the sauce good but served sparingly, the accompaniment very sparse (2 small potatoes and two pieces of an undercooked vegetable that I couldn't make to recognize). The setting is very beautiful. The correct service, nothing more. But maybe I was unlucky?
