I thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly cooked duck hearts, accompanied by a delicious mashed potato enhanced with toasted hazelnuts (a delightful discovery), and a very good wine by the glass. For dessert, a tarte tatin with a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back! 👍 Well done to the new team! 👏👏

25/02/2026: A very pleasant restaurant by the river. The outdoor atmosphere is lovely and intimate, with soft lighting and trees. The menu is appealing, focusing mainly on Spanish dishes (paella, grilled meats, tapas). Excellent for a family meal or a get-together with friends, lunch or dinner.

15/12/2025: I've only known this restaurant for a short time and I go there often for their pizzas, which are truly excellent. This time, I tried the pasta dishes and the salmon and burrata salad: a real treat! Beautifully presented, served in a bread bowl which was delicious. The portions are generous and the quality is definitely there. On top of that, the two owners are very kind. I don't usually leave reviews, but this one was well deserved. I recommend it 100%! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

03/02/2026: After some confusion about the restaurant, I booked L'Absolu for my birthday, thinking it was a different restaurant I'd already visited. With my children, grandchild, husband, and me, we walked through the door with many questions on our minds. Honestly, we all unanimously had no regrets; we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, everything was delicious, and the dishes were beautifully presented. We had a lovely evening. I'm so glad I discovered this cuisine and this place, which I wholeheartedly recommend. Thank you to the staff for the warm welcome. A wonderful discovery!

The meal was excellent; we ordered some sushi as a starter followed by a Thai dish. Everything was delicious, I highly recommend it. And please, make the trip to the restaurant; it's very well located and it will give it more life!

The food is excellent, very flavorful and generous portions. My gyozas were delicious, and they're among the best sushi I've ever had. I also got some Thai basil stir-fried chicken to go, which was also excellent. I highly recommend it!
