It’s a cuisine with lots of flavors, pronounced tastes that change from usual and are very delicious. The portions are very generous, which is a big positive point!
The waiters give good advice, and you feel that the cuisine is homemade.
The only downside is that on the terrace there is a lot of traffic and the area is not at the best level of attendance…
But it’s minimal, the address is well worth the detour! So go for it!

21/09/2024: L'endroit est très agréable et en plus on a le choix entre intérieur, entre/deux et extérieur. Le personnel est agréable et attentionné. Nous avons trouvé les crêpes bien équilibrées et très complètes sans être lourdes à digérer...Le top dans le monde des crêperies (sauf en Bretagne où certaines sont à égalité) . Le cidre fermier passe super bien ...en deux mots : nous reviendrons seuls mais aussi avec des amis pour faire découvrir une vraie crêperie . N'hésitez pas à venir

19/08/2024: Excellent restaurant gastronomique, qui vaut bien des étoilés ! Finesse et qualité des plats, carte de vins raisonnable, gentillesse du personnel et une terrasse d'été très agréable.
Seul bémol : l'éclairage des tables le soir qui mérite d'être amélioré pour profiter du travail de dressage des assiettes !
La meilleure table entre Toulouse et les Pyrénées !!!

Le personnel est adorable, les goûts et la créativité sont la.

05/08/2024: Too bad, the dishes were delicious and plentiful but appetizers and desserts need to be reviewed. A mojito without rum, a cheese and charcuterie plancha for 27 euros, which can be found elsewhere for between 12 and 15 euros. The chocolate profiteroles with the non-existent hot chocolate so they were hard and not defrosted. We paid more than 60 euros per person, almost the price of a gastro.... Maybe this message can help you improve certain things, because the dishes were really great...
25/06/2024: We appreciated the kindness and personalized welcome by the artists and attentive service people. Excellent presentation of the meal. For us, the performance and the organization of the dinner show were fabulous. Bravo and thank you all for this moment of joy and relaxation. Beautiful work, magnificent costumes. 11/09/2024: very friendly and relaxing cafe, the bento are very good, the mochis excellent, the atmosphere is very calm and the waiters are friendly, plus there is a vegan alternative to fried chicken with super good fried cabbage, a small downside for the beep beep which sounds very loud and stresses a little haha but otherwise really very happy I will come back
10/09/2024: One of my favorite cafes in Rennes. Fast service with a smile. The dishes and pastries that I was able to try were good. Special mention for the matcha dark chocolate cookie which is my favorite.

Décoration sobre et moderne avec cuisine ouverte sur le restaurant qui permet d'observer la préparation des plats effectués par le chef et sa brigade.
Le menu découverte propose une entrée, un dessert et un plat avec au choix un poisson ou viande, élaboré avec des produits frais et de saison.
Rapport qualité prix correct.

16/09/2024: 16/09 first time I eat at this restaurant, the meat (beef fillet) is excellent, very tender and no need to chew it with bits of nerve in the teeth or fat! The tomatoes are fresh and the burrata excellent. Very good service. Server listening. Well done to the cook. Very rare to come across good cuisine.

Precision work (certainly relentless) which transports us to new flavors. Wonderful. The welcome and support during the meal contribute to the right moment.
20/09/2024: Impossible to describe this culinary experience, there are no words, only emotion. The taste buds see all the colors! Very professional and very friendly staff. The owner of the place is discreet and humble, even if he works under the eyes of the guests. The setting is sober but warm. In short, a real moment of happiness in one’s life! 08/09/2024: Well.... wouldn't be an understatement if I say it's one of my favorite restaurants in Toulouse ever. Amazing consistent mind-blowing food. The hosts are one of the warmest and sweetest souls, which most definitely adds to the experience. Give them a try, and I'm sure you will not wait to go back again.
07/09/2024: We did not at all appreciate the attitude of the waiter during the service. I can understand that there were a lot of people but we find it important to respect the customer especially when the restaurant is an immersive restaurant like this. The waiter was very direct when I asked what to replace the meat with for the vegan alternative present on their dish. He replied with “nothing” which I find unacceptable for a 22€ dish. so really not a very inclusive card. In addition, we did not find the flavors from there.

09/08/2024: The best restaurant I have been to in my entire life. Caesar salad I have never eaten as good as the authentic one. The boss is very understanding and accommodating, of all the restaurants I've been to it's the only one where you've had quality food for a good price and for the wonderful tiramisu nutella dessert 😍 whether it's in Toulouse in France or even in the whole world the authentic is really by far the best restaurant of all time. My cousin had taken one that didn't suit her anymore and he changed it without taking it into account, he changed my dessert from the menu. Never change anything in the taste or cooking method. Everything is impeccable. I would come back here 24 hours a day.
