07/01/2026: Sixta exceeded my expectations. I read the previous reviews and was excited to find a true vegan restaurant. I ordered, “velouté de carottes et lentilles vertes, granola salé gingembre, huile verte” as an entree. Without exaggeration this was the best meal that I have had during a two week holiday in France. Beyond the excellent food and the cozy atmosphere the staff were warm and welcoming. I highly recommended this to anyone who observing a vegan diet.

We weren't particularly fond of one of the cocktails, but the house rum punch was delicious. We received a warm welcome; the waitress took the time to explain each dish in detail, and the chef had a kind word for every customer, which was much appreciated. Our first time there, but certainly not our last.
