25/05/2026: As a regular customer, I can say that the quality of the pizzas and service hasn't changed since the restaurant opened! The pizzas are very good, and the pizza of the month offers a nice change from the regular menu. Steven and his team also hosted us for a group meal after a baptism; we had absolutely no complaints about either the food or the service!

We were really missing something like this in Toulouse, a bit like in the Indian quarter of Paris! Go there, you won't regret it; it'll bring back memories for those who have already been to India!

We were particularly impressed by the perfect balance of flavors, the variety of tastes, and the excellent wine that accompanied our meal. We booked on a whim, without knowing what to expect. After the initial surprise of discovering the menu and its price, we let ourselves be swept away, and what a delight! From the very first bite, we were transported by the array of flavors offered in the amuse-bouche, and each subsequent course continued to amaze us. Perhaps the only slight drawback was one of the desserts, which was maybe a little too unconventional for my taste. Thank you to the dynamic duo at Rez de Chaussée who played a significant role in making this an unforgettable evening. We will be back, and this time it won't be by chance! Marie and Benjamin
