03/06/2026: While our two previous visits had been entirely satisfactory, especially in terms of the quality and variety of the dishes offered, two recent disappointments have brought down our overall rating. Indeed, just as we were about to enjoy a delicious meal, around 10 p.m., on two separate occasions, we found not a closed door, but an empty dining room with an elderly woman slumped on a chair at the entrance, the owner at the back of the room, and the owner's wife politely informing us that we were finished. It should be noted that the advertised closing time is 10:30 p.m., and it is unusual for service to end so early on a warm Toulouse evening (for Toulouse). Under these circumstances, please change the closing time. Furthermore, to avoid these disappointments, it would be appreciated and appropriate if you answered the phone. In short, these days it's not enough to be a good chef; you must also respect your customers. Otherwise, a grim fate awaits those who engage in this practice. Additional comment following your response: I have taken note of your response, which demonstrates a denial of reality that bodes ill. That an establishment of this nature closes its doors an hour before the end of service in a city like Toulouse raises serious questions about its long-term viability. Furthermore, I maintain that I called the establishment while staff were present but received no answer, and that this attitude reflects a lack of respect for customers. I therefore stand by all my statements and urge you to take the necessary corrective measures as a matter of urgency.

28/06/2026: We had a sense the Lebanese food in France would be excellent, and this place did not disappoint. A good Lebanese red wine (I wish Lebanese wines were easier to find in the States), and some appetizer standards (hummus, labneh, falafel, grape leaves), all excellent. The labneh was the standout— made with fromage blanc, it had a different and slightly sweeter taste than its counterparts in the States. The restaurant is also in a great location.

25/05/2026: As a regular customer, I can say that the quality of the pizzas and service hasn't changed since the restaurant opened! The pizzas are very good, and the pizza of the month offers a nice change from the regular menu. Steven and his team also hosted us for a group meal after a baptism; we had absolutely no complaints about either the food or the service!

28/04/2026: My first time at this restaurant for lunch today. The Bo Bun salad was generous and delicious. The service was quick and efficient, with a great atmosphere! Parking was easy. I wouldn't have thought to stop there, but this place is definitely worth the detour. The menu is very extensive, with something for everyone. It gets very busy, so it's best to book ahead. 🤗

19/05/2026: El Borriquito Loco in Toulouse is a fantastic place to spend a fun night out with an authentic Spanish atmosphere. The music is lively, perfect for dancing, laughing, and enjoying a cheerful and welcoming ambiance. The place has a lot of charm, with Spanish phrases written on the walls and fun details everywhere, giving it a unique personality. The sangria is absolutely wonderful: delicious, refreshing, and perfect for sharing. We also loved the tapas, especially the Padrón peppers and the aioli sauce, which were delicious. I also want to highlight the work of the security staff, who were very professional, friendly, and attentive, making the atmosphere pleasant and safe for everyone. A place with music, good humor, sangria, tapas, and a great Spanish atmosphere. Without a doubt, one of the best places in Toulouse to enjoy yourself and have a good time.

08/06/2026: Nothing exceptional, but the brunch is good quality with a varied selection. The two service areas are pleasant and allow for easy adjustments if one dish is unavailable in one area. Restocking is done regularly. Depending on the size of your group, you'll be seated at a more or less convenient location. There were two of us, and we were a bit in the middle of the walkway. It lacked a bit of privacy, even though it wasn't a romantic date.
