03/10/2026: Absolutely deplorable experience, avoid this place! I initially came to support a band playing at the bar. I was served a glass of warm, bad (corked) red wine. When I asked to exchange it, the bartender overreacted completely: he insulted me, calling me "crazy" and accusing me of "being pretentious." He was extremely aggressive and contemptuous, even going so far as to make me want to leave with violent and clearly hostile gestures. I have never encountered such a contemptuous and unprofessional welcome. Disagreeing with a customer is understandable, but verbally abusing them simply for pointing out that a glass of wine wasn't to their liking is completely unacceptable. Such behavior is utterly lacking in customer service. I strongly advise against this establishment if you are looking for even a modicum of respect and professionalism.

01/10/2026: I do not recommend this place. The pizza wasn't cut despite my request, and no napkins or hot sauce were provided. The taste was mediocre. The waitress, who wore glasses, and the pizza chef were unpleasant and couldn't handle the stress of serving three people. The meat, which was supposedly halal, was bought at a supermarket.

05/09/2026: The pizzeria is now located on Place de l'Église in the Saint-Simon district of Toulouse. The pizzas are still just as good 👌! I've attached a photo of the menu.

04/12/2025: I ordered lasagna Bolognese €12 The dish was already ice-cold (frozen to me) I microwaved it for 2 minutes, but that wasn't enough: it was still too cold in the middle, so I had to microwave it for another 2 minutes Unfortunately, the quality of the meal wasn't worth what I paid

14/07/2026: I regularly travel to Toulouse for business and, when I have the chance, I have lunch at La Table Midi31. Until now, everything had always gone very well. However, on my last visit, I was disappointed by the service. I ordered a glass of wine, and the waitress served it rather nonchalantly. Perhaps I'm mistaken, but her attitude made me uncomfortable and gave me the feeling of being judged. After a long journey and with jet lag, you simply want to have a pleasant time, not feel this kind of awkwardness. At the end of the meal, the waiter brought us coffee. We thanked him, but he didn't even respond, which reinforced this impression of being disregarded. On the other hand, I must commend the professionalism of the head waitress, who was always smiling, welcoming, and very pleasant. I hope this experience will remain an exception, as I usually enjoy this restaurant.

13/06/2026: ⭐ 1/5 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a ribeye steak for €39, and with a bottle of water, the total bill came to €46. At that price, I have the right to expect quality meat. Unfortunately, what I was served was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The meat was incredibly tough. I had to use considerable force to cut it with a knife. If even the knife struggles to cut the meat, how is a customer supposed to chew and enjoy it? In the end, I was only able to eat a few bites before having to leave almost all of the meat on the plate, as it was impossible for me to continue eating it. When I pointed out the problem to the staff, instead of checking the quality of the dish or looking for a solution, they blamed me for having asked for it to be cooked longer. What's absurd is that the inside of the meat was still clearly red. Furthermore, they acted as if I had never eaten ribeye steak before, even though I clearly explained that I had tried this dish in many different restaurants and had never encountered meat of such poor quality. I clearly stated that I couldn't eat the dish, but the restaurant refused to replace it and offered no reasonable solution to help the customer. What disappointed me most wasn't just the extremely poor quality of the meat, but also the way my complaint was handled. That a restaurant can make a mistake is one thing, but denying the problem and forcing the customer to pay in full for a dish that was practically inedible is completely unacceptable. They charge their customers high prices, but the quality of the food is absolutely subpar. For me, it was a very bad restaurant experience.

04/07/2026: We ate at this restaurant on Friday evening and what a disappointment… The menu looked quite appealing for €16, a reasonable price for an affordable set menu with a starter, main course, and dessert, and the reviews on Google were rather positive. We were invited to eat inside as there was no room outside, which was fine with us. The interior… Everything was a haphazard, haphazard affair, to put it bluntly… The service was catastrophic. They forgot to bring us our drinks, asked how we wanted our duck breast cooked, and when we said medium-rare, it was overcooked. They didn't have a proper knife for cutting meat, and the bread was stale. The salad was mediocre at best, but for the price we paid, we didn't complain. The toilets were in a deplorable state… The customers who went in before us had the same disgusted look on their faces. No toilet flush button, a broken tap, a very dirty floor… and when we arrived to pay, a bin overflowing with bread – unprofessional to put that right in front of customers' faces… Furthermore, if we hadn't eaten inside or had gone to the restroom, we would have said, "It's not amazing, but for €16 for the set menu, it's acceptable." But considering everything, we even think we paid too much for what it was. We weren't being unpleasant because that's not how we operate, but I still feel it's important to highlight our experience given the many positive reviews that we don't understand.

21/09/2026: The food is acceptable, and the prices are reasonable, but there's a real problem with a lack of professionalism. Tonight, another order was missing; other times, the bill was overcharged for something that didn't match the order. Each time, the customer has to consider the long-term consequences, which is very bad for the restaurant's image.

20/09/2026: I would have easily given it 5 stars because the food is excellent. I'm giving it 4 stars because I want to point out that the €5 "tieb" (a type of flatbread) deal isn't always available in the evening, which is a shame because it's what makes your restaurant so popular. Always offer this deal, otherwise it will annoy your customers and you'll see fewer and fewer people. You have my support so that your establishment can thrive.

19/12/2025: I saw something shocking when I went into the shop on Wednesday: six fruit tarts thrown away simply because they were almost a week old and no longer sellable. There are farmers and other people who might have been happy to eat them if you hadn't waited until the last minute hoping to sell them. There's also the "Too Good To Go" app. In these times, it would be great to avoid waste 👍

07/04/2026: Very disappointed. I booked a prestige room for €200 with a "king-size bed" (on Booking.com) and ended up with two single beds pushed together. No fridge due to "environmental concerns," and besides, the fridge was very hot and dirty. No bottled water in the rooms, towels too small, it took a long time for the hot water to arrive, quite a bit of dust, and no kettle even though herbal tea and tea were on the courtesy tray. The only positive point was the friendliness of the staff.

03/04/2026: A very good experience at this hotel. After my stay, I realized a week later that I had left my jacket in my room. I contacted them immediately, and they checked and confirmed it was there. They then sent it to me via Chronopost. A big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism. The welcome was truly fantastic, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant, which is very good and offers generous portions.

17/05/2026: An extremely disappointing stay at the Hôtel Le Trèfle in Toulouse. From the moment we arrived, the establishment gave a general impression of neglect and aging. The room was unwelcoming, with a very small window overlooking a rooftop, offering no real light or pleasant view. The lighting in the room was inadequate. Cleanliness was clearly lacking: the bathroom was dirty, with signs of wear and tear everywhere, and the shower completely flooded the room every time it was used. Furthermore, there was no toilet paper, and the room still hadn't been cleaned by 3 pm, which is unacceptable for a hotel. Several elements appeared damaged or poorly maintained, giving an overall impression of a run-down establishment. The television worked intermittently. The hotel is also located in a commercial area with no particular charm. The only positive points were the staff, who were friendly despite the situation, and the comfortable bedding. Unfortunately, this is not enough to compensate for all the shortcomings encountered during our stay. I definitely do not recommend it.
