21/08/2024: Deplorable reception from the Management, only the 2 young waiters do what they can. Very long service, vegetables arrived cold and looked very much like frozen foods. Left the tables hungry... Nervous meat and forced to ask for steak knives because they were not systematically given. No more choice of desserts of the day at the end of the meal, forced to take what was left. Ladies' sanitary facilities: no toilet paper, men's sanitary facilities: no hand towels.

10/07/2024: The 3 pizzas were seriously undercooked, I had specified not burnt because last time that was the case but here it was really not cooked, I had to put them back in the oven, too bad! And it lacks consistency. Too bad because it’s not cheap!

11/07/2024: We started coming regularly. The service is TOP and even if sometimes there is no place outside, people are very nice and invite you to share their table. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed. A very good neighborhood gay bar.
04/06/2024: On a 5-day pilgrimage to Toulouse after 36 years of absence, there is only one left, it is the QuinQuina Bar, and it filled me with joy to return to this place! The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant, the bar is open to the street with a beautiful terrace, ideal for an aperitif, or to get naughty later in the evening! The building has quite a character and that contributes to the charm and fun of the place!

So it's incredibly slow, they are overwhelmed even with 3 customers in the store. Sandwich not very garnished and also not very generous. (Salad has become as expensive as gold a priori).
Too bad, in other franchises it's not bad, we didn't get the best...

A tall, filling dough, it is certainly not a gourmet pizzeria, but a chain that works all over the world, so there is little to complain about.
I would probably lower the prices, completely too high.

I highly recommend this Bistrot Régent.
01/09/2024: We arrived this Sunday to eat (8 guests). We waited over an hour hoping for someone to come take our order but nothing. However, the waiters looked us in the eye several times but at no time did they come.
Result of the shopping, we left without eating or drinking, after 1 hour 10 minutes of waiting. Especially since the restaurant was not “overwhelmed”
Note that the table of two guests next to us made the same decision by taking the exit door.
This is unacceptable!!
