27/08/2024: My opinion will surely be biased because it is my favorite pizzeria in Toulouse. The pizza makers are very nice and helpful, the prices are great and the recipes are excellent! I recommend!

The service is pleasant
20/04/2024: I came over a year ago and really enjoyed this restaurant. I wanted to repeat the experience and I was disappointed, as was my family. The meat is filthy, both in the burgers and the steak. There's too much garlic, too much fat and you can't taste the meat. I won't come back again.
The only positive point: the service is pleasant.

20/07/2024: mis à part la nourriture qui est plutôt bonne, l’accueil est néanmoins à revoir, les serveuses ce permette de parler d’éducation car on leur demande un verre dos mais je pense qu’il vaudrais mieux revoir la leur car ça laisse à désirer, je pars du principe qu’elles travaillent dans le milieu du commerce et la moindre des choses serait d’être un peu aimable avec leurs client sachant que la majorité sont des gamins de en moyenne 11 à 17 ans qui viennent chez elles. je pense qu’il faudrais accepter que vous n’êtes pas bonne dans votre métier.

31/12/2023: With most chains, the standard is generally sub par and the staff aren't all that fussed about going above and beyond. This is not the case at this Bistro Regent!
The waitress was kind and helpful in making choices, and then the food was impeccable and would visit again.
26/12/2023: Very average meal Burger display but no more Burger at 12:30 p.m., fries much overcooked, cold sauce, dirty welcome toilets as cold as the waitress sauce to see again!!!! , very disappointed

22/08/2024: Absolutely avoid! It's really not what it was a few years ago, we arrived there were only 2 people at the table whereas before they had a good reputation, we have an aperitif, I ask for an ashtray because we are on the terrace in this one a cockroach!! Neither one nor two we leave

Arriving there we take: a Fanta, a coke and a beer with cheddar sticks.
Time to wait for other people.
The waitress brings us the drinks, drops the tray and the glasses break.
A little awkwardness that doesn't matter! On the other hand, we still see the waitress's unwillingness to clean up. Brings us the glasses after a complicated cleaning. A waiter brings us the cheddar sticks and we find ourselves stupid with our glass bottles not being able to open their caps. Seeing the waitress not coming back we decided to use our own means to open them, which made the next table laugh.
I didn't appreciate the nonchalance of this waitress.

I tried to eat there with a colleague yesterday.
Quick order, but then 45 minutes of waiting without any news or drink for me.
After a while, I ended up asking the waitress who took our order if there was a problem. “We have a problem with the entrance, it happens” ok. 10 minutes later still nothing. We left (we had to eat well before returning to work)
I can understand some “tense” situations in the kitchen, but the most important thing is to communicate. If possible, warn that there will be a wait, keep informed if there is a problem, suggest alternatives, etc.
I would try again later, but not immediately following this very bad experience.

04/04/2024: Very pleasant welcome, very cool setting and terrace close to the Garonne. As for the food I would say that it is a classic brasserie without taking too many risks. Judging on a dish is, I find, complicated but it’s true that I wasn’t surprised

A rubbery flank steak with 3 fries and a salad without dressing. I ask for a few more fries > 6 euros!
For dessert I was offered a raspberry tart. The waitress (the only one who smiled today) serves me a raspberry cake. So I'm sending it back because I don't like it unlike the raspberry tart. This visibly annoyed the owner.
Conclusion: 1h30 for 1 dish alone, without starter, without wine and without dessert, for the modest sum of 28 euros AT NOON!!! This is theft!!!!!
