23/06/2024: En ce dimanche 23 Juin, commande passée à une borne et à emporter vers les 11h. En attendant de récupérer les produits commandés, avons attendu devant le comptoir......et face à nous un employé qui portait un masque sous le cou,s,est tripoté le nez sans arrêt.....sans lavage des mains. BONJOUR L,HYGIÈNE !!!!!. , DEGOUTANT!!!!.Je me suis permis de le dire à un de ses collègues. Donnez des cours d,hygiène à vos employés......

18/07/2024: Bei meiner Beschreibung des Hotels bin ich schon ausführlich auf das Restaurant eingegangen, deshalb hier nur das Wichtigste: Wir wählen immer die Halbpension, da wissen wir, dass wir jeden Abend (außer Sonntag) eine Freude haben, ein Menu, das leicht ist, regional , gemüsebetont ohne sehr gutes Fleisch zu vernachlässigen. Der Küchenchefin, die ihrerseits in der Tradition ihrer Großmutter steht, steht jetzt ihre Tochter bei, welche sich aber perfekt einordnet - vielleicht, dass manches Gericht, v.a. die Desserts etwas leichter ist, aber sonst eine ganz angenehme Entwicklung. Als es heiß wurde, gab es Rotbarben auf Ratatouille, köstlich zu einem Fläschchen Weißen aus der Auvergne (St. Pourcain). Es gibt auch Regionales, wie eine Gemüsebrühe in der sich ein Kloß aus Schweinefuß und Schnecken ein Bad gönnt, oder Linsen, auf denen ein Kloß aus Kutteln thront, welcher mit regionalem Käse gratiniert ist. Beiden Gerichte, man glaubt es kaum, die selbst bei steigenden Temperaturen leicht sind. Zu dem guten Essen kam in diesem Jahr, dass das Restaurant (La Sapiniere) eine wunderschöne Terrasse hat, die großteils überdacht ist. Auch wenn ein überraschender Regen kommen sollte, man sitzt wind- und regengeschützt und genießt den sehr schönen Garten. Mehr Entspannung kann ich mir kaum vorstellen, zumal das Ganze in einer besonders schönen historischen Kleinstadt passiert, die wiederum nahe schönster und sehr naturnaher Landschaften mit vielen Kunstschätzen liegt. Eine Reise wert.

20/06/2024: Une valeur sûre, service impeccable, chaleureux sans être familier, plats succulents, alliant classicisme et créativité, nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et toujours satisfaits.

24/07/2024: Le restaurant s'appelle maintenant "Aux portes des légendes". Accueil et service impeccable, tout comme la cuisine. Tout a été parfait, de l'amuse bouche au dessert, un régal et tout ça pour 28 euros !!! Nous vous recommandons vivement de vous y arrêter, vous ne regretterez pas.

04/01/2025: Excellent rapport qualité - prix - service. Cuisine excellente et généreuse. Nous avons été servi par une serveuse très professionnelle et souriante ainsi que le papa avec qui l'échange et agréable et facile. Merci a eux pour ce moment.

23/11/2024: Nous y sommes passés le 19 novembre Cadre très agréable et chaleureux.accueil sympathique et une cuisine parfaite, délicieuse , une cuisson des poissons au top Ouah ! Le baba au rhum !!! N’hésitez pas à faire le détour

J'ai eu le plaisir de rencontrer une ex compatriote azureenne et un bien joli berger australien. Nous y retournerons lors d'un prochain sejour dans cette belle ville de Craponne sur Arzon. Too bad there is no longer a BUFFET to choose your Starter! - 2 - HOMEMADE and hearty dish of the day: Chicken Basquaise + Ratatouille + Sautéed Potatoes. If you're still hungry, just ask for a little more vegetables or fries. - 3 - Cheese Platter: TOP! - 4 - HOMEMADE dessert of the day: a real treat. Amandine Pear Tart, Floating Island, etc. . . . Friendly and noisy atmosphere (Normal given the large tables) So we talk with everyone: Everyone's jobs and professional worlds mix in a good mood.
