09/01/2025: The atmosphere was nice, there wasn't too much noise and not a lot of people we went there in winter. The service was fast, maybe a little too fast, the burger was not very hot I had the gateau di patate pizza, the crust was soft but the dough was generally very thin, it was quite good. Maybe a little expensive €17 We ended up with a fairly large tiramisu, not very caffeinated, it had more of a creamy taste with the dose of mascarpone. Generally speaking, the atmosphere was nice, the service was fairly quick, the food was a little expensive but good in taste.

12/09/2024: J arrive et demande à manger, la dame (patronne ou employée je ne sais pas) me dit ok mais pas avant midi, je regarde ma montre il est 11h59 ! Je lui fais remarquer qu il est midi elle me réponds « oui ben pas tout de suite », ok étant du métier je peux comprendre par contre le ton employé ça je ne comprendrais jamais, si a 11h59 ta mise en place est pas faite ce n est pas la faute du client… du coup j ai mangé j ai le voisin ou tout était prêt et où on m a reçu avec le sourire ! Voilà le commerce c est un métier…

28/08/2024: I don't understand the negative reviews, we ate there today, a porcini mushroom fondue with a plate of charcuterie, as well as a tiramisu dessert with Velay strawberries and blueberry tart, it's a real treat for the taste buds, we had a great time Reserve before coming!!!!

02/05/2025: Warm welcome, the pizza is not incredible, but not as horrible as some reviews might have made you think. It helps out well when there's nothing else open, which often seems to be the case in the area..

07/09/2024: We had booked for the Velay Auvergne rally, unfortunately two weeks before we were forced to cancel for personal reasons, we unfortunately could not do otherwise. We spoke to the owner on the phone to explain our problem and apologize for having to cancel our stay with them. In addition to the contemptuous tone and bad faith, he dares to tell us that the fact that the rally takes place near his hotel does not make him happy and he refuses to reimburse us. I find it really shameful, having canceled our stay 15 days before, and knowing full well that the room would have been rented immediately behind us given the number of people the rally brings to Estables. I don't usually post negative comments but I think it's deserved. To flee.
